OUR BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!!

OUR BEST HOLIDAY EVER!!! We are two families who decided to spend our holiday in Palma de Mallorca for the second time...... And we found the PERFECT villa for us!! Its a Big house, very spacious with lots of terraces, air conditioning throughout the house, a barbeque area, and a nice pool.... Complete with Internet, wifi, international tv channels for the kids, games for the kids. It was all newly furnished, with comfortable beds, and perfect installations..... A complete kitchen with everything necessary for our needs. The villa is also perfectly situated in an urbanization in Palma de Mallorca, within easy reach of the city center in 5 mins...... Even a local bus stop just 2 mins from the house. 5 mins also gets you by car to the nearest beaches! What a great villa for a family with kids and friends all together !! A good thing to note was that on the upper floor where there are several bedrooms, there are safety barriers for little children. Absolutely and totally recommendable! Without a doubt, we shall return!!!!!

Fabulous, classy, child-friendly

We just spend a lovely relaxing week in Mallorca with a group of friends (10 adults and 3 children aged 1-4), and the property has not only lived up to our expectations, but completely surpassed them. The house was spacious, light, elegantly decorated, and well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the sound-proofed basement area for the kids, the large gas barbecue, and the convenient access to the city centre by public transport (10 minutes away by bus, or 9 euro by taxi). Miguel was very friendly and helpful. We're all looking forward to coming back!

fANTASTICA VILLA

Excelente vivienda, con instalaciones completas de gran calidad, gran piscina y excelente jardin, extremada limpieza.Nuestra estancia en Mallorca fue una experiencia muy agradable dada la cercanía de la vivienda a dos campos de golf y la tranquilidad del lugar.Buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad.Repetiremos en la misma villa. Totalmente recomendable.

Wedding Retreat Villa

Villa is fabulous so large, clean and beautiful Miguel host is so helpful and quick to resolve any issues Pool area is large and gets sun all day Seating areas are amazing to chill out in the evening Large ping pong table great fun Extra shower in bathroom upstairs would be better than bath Highly recommend this villa for large groups Taxis were a problem to book - but then we did not a festival and holiday occurred during our sons wedding date Monday 27th June 22 Portal Portals and surrounding areas are fantastic 8 of us had a magical holiday

Fabulous family holiday

This was an excellent property from all perspectives. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots of safe outdoor space for the little ones to play. The table tennis was an added benefit. The property is near supermarkets (5 min drive) and the beach (12 minutes drive). Miguel was quick and patient in answering our queries. The villa was cleaned and all bedding changed after a week which was super. Hope to come again- it met all our expectations.

Luxury villa near Palma

The villa is spacious, stunning and immaculate. An ideal base to explore the island or just to chill with the family. Miguel is so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this villa for a lovely holiday!

Birthday celebration for Mum

Miguel hosted myself and my family as we celebrated my Mum’s 60th birthday. Everything was communicated brilliantly for the check-in procedure to Miguel purchasing some essential items as we were arriving so late on a Sunday. We were completely blown away by the style, design and cleanliness of the villa. Despite only staying for a week, it quickly felt like a home from home. Our group consisted on three children and five adults, all of whom were easily entertained by the facilities; especially the pool and bbq. A fantasy golf course was with in walking distance and easy to book a round. The bus service was regularly available into the town and very cheap (no cost for the children). Booking taxis was difficult due to the language barrier, however Miguel offered his assistance in booking them when we required. I could not complement our host enough for how welcoming he was. We left Palma totally refreshed and extremely happy. Would definitely recommend staying here to others.

Eine Woche perfekter Urlaub- trotz Corona

Miguel war ein phantastischer Gastgeber, jeden unserer Wünsche wurde sofort erfüllt. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz, es ist groß und sehr komfortabel. Die Nähe zu Palmas Zentrum war für uns sehr angenehm. Empfehlung!

Great experience

Great experience, Miguel (property owner) is fantastic, very attentive and responsive to any requests. The house was clean and as per the description and photos. I would highly recommend this property for large families or groups of friends. Although in a residential area, it has easy access to Palma (10-12 mins), Portals (10 mins), Cala Major (8 mins), Andratx (20 mins). There are 3 golf courses on your door step, Padel Tennis courts around the corner. Son Rapinya is 3 min drive away, where you can find some local shops and restaurants (10-15 min walk). 4 Day break with friends

We stayed here with 10 other people to celebrate my sons wedding. We all loved the house, the weather was fantastic for February so we made good use of the outside facilities including the Bbq. Everything was spotless and Well equipped would definitely go back

Exklusive Villa in ruhiger Lage in Vollausstattung

Für ein Team Training über ein langes Wochenende gebucht, Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Komfortable Betten, bestens ausgestattete Küche und - schnelles Internet. Wetterbedingt (November) die Aussenanlagen weniger benutzt, aber sah alles sehr gut aus. Bei niedrigen Aussentemperaturen konnte man auch die Zimmer via Klimasystem beheizen was ebenfalls sehr angenehm war. Alles in allem - in der Preislage ein gutes Angebot und mit Miguel hat man einen sehr engagierten Betreuer.

Underbart boende i utkanten av Palma

Bästa stället vi varit på. Allt har fungerat perfekt. Väldigt lugnt och vackert område. Kontakten med Miguel har varit utmärkt, verkligen en perfekt värd. Vi kommer väldigt gärna tillbaka hit. Barn och barnbarn var helt lyriska.

Alles wie beschrieben!

Sehr schöne Villa im Norden von Palma. Alles sehr sauber, modern und schick. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus zahlreich vorhanden und zudem noch eine Tiefgarage im Haus. Bei kleinem Problem mit dem Pool, wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden geholfen. Ein Sonderwunsch nach einer zusätzlichen Reinigung (weil ein Freund unter der Woche mit einem anderen getauscht hat), wurde kostenlos erfüllt. Sehr gerne wieder!

Felt like Celebrities

We are a group of 9 ladies and we checked in to Arabella on Thursday and stayed until Monday. We were all blown away by the standard and layout of the property. The photos on the Home Away website did not do the property justice - it is absolutely fantastic and immaculately clean. The format of the property lends itself very well to entertaining - lots of beautiful open spaces, furnished in a very contemporary manner, with air conditioning throughout. The facilities for catering are outstanding - lots of clean, white crockery and a fabulous array of cooking equipment - an air conditioned kitchen, with open access to a huge seated terrace and dining area made cooking a delight. Although we didn’t have any with us, the property was equipped well for young children - a range of toys and games were available and good quality, robust stair gates were in situ throughout. If bringing young children to the villa, I’d recommend bringing your own flotation aids, for added safety around the beautiful pool. The property is situated on a handy bus route, for access to the City and is close to shops and a couple of little bars - the Restaurant Pretoria nearby is a beautiful, small typically Spanish eating place - I recommend it highly. Miguel was a phenomenal host - we arrived very late and he was there to meet and greet us and had done some shopping for us, to ensure a restful and enjoyable first evening for out group. All in all, a wonderful accommodation choice.

Super Villa

We all had an excellent relaxing stay in Mallorca. Would definitely recommend this villa and come back again. Miguel was an excellent delightful host. Very helpful, even took us to the supermarket to purchase food on our first day. All the rooms were clean and spacious. Grounds private. My grandchildren, ages ranged from 2yrs to 18 years enjoyed the pool and game facilitates. We all loved the place.

Perfect villa for large groups of family/friends

We enjoyed the large pool, with plenty sun loungers, the shady spots in and around the villa, the well-equipped kitchen , spacious rooms and the playroom which was ideal for children to have a quiet time out of the sun. The large fridges/freezers and laundry room were ideal for our big party. Miguel was a splendid host -never intrusive but ready to help if required. The villa was immaculate and there we enjoyed the alfresco eating and lounging facilities in the garden. The No 7 bus to Parma is close by and runs quite late . The villa is in a quiet area and sheltered from surrounding properties, with golf courses close by. Highly recommended .

Fantastic Villa

A fantastic villa with excellent facilities. Group of 8 who were in Palma for 40th celebrations. Miguel couldn’t have been more helpful. Villa has a great outdoor facilities and the decor and cleanliness of the rooms is first class. Villa is in a quiet location and very accessible to Palma and the surrounding areas. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic house!

Super house. We were with 11 people, 6 large bedrooms, very well equipt kitchen: all you can think of is available incl. a large gas BBQ and a nespresso coffee machine and aeroccino. Several terraces, the swimmingpool is large enough to cool down. Two very large TV’s with >4000 channels (incl all Dutch channels). The bus stop to Palma is approx 2 min walking distance. A small supermarket, a bakery and a pharmacie about 10 min walking distance. Miguel is a wonderful host. He is very helpful: we arrived late (22.00 hrs) at the house. He had arranged some basic groceries to start. Super service. During our stay he was always reachable. We highly recommend this villa!
