Esta magnífica villa frente al mar se encuentra muy cerca de Gaios puerto y la ciudad principal y ofrece un amanecer muy singular, ya que se enfrenta a las montañas de la península griega desde donde el sol sube sus copas y acaricia suavemente su almohada. Este suave despertar será seguido por un buen desayuno en el balcón o la terraza mirando a la isla Monasterio de Panagia. El alojamiento que ofrece un tiempo muy relajante en la piscina y en el jardín. Vistas de las pequeñas islas de Panagia y Agios Nicolaos y las montañas de la parte continental Epiro en la distancia, en contraste con el azul intenso del mar Jónico, no decepcionan. Dos grandes cal sombrillas verdes ofrecen sombra del sol fuerte griega en torno a la terraza principal y la piscina se funde sin esfuerzo en el horizonte del mar azul y el cielo. El interior de la casa está decorado con una mezcla de tonos neutros tranquilas destacados por toques audaces de color.
Está situado a sólo paseo de diez minutos de la plaza principal de Gaios, a lo largo del cauce natural del puerto de Gaios.

Absolutely fabulous villa overlooking the sea, amazing pool area and the location was superb, 15 minute walk into Gaios where there are so many beautiful restaurants and shops - we cannot wait to return!

This is one of the most outstanding, beautiful area, as well as the villa. We couldn’t ask for a brilliant, clean, comfortable villa. Kostas was so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Romana came in every day and emptied bins with changing bedding and towels every three days. Giaos so many restaurants, all we visited were first class. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit

Amazing

The villa is in the best location meaning we did not need to hire a car. Loved watching the boats coming and going and host was very helpful and the cleaner is a lovely lady who came everyday.

Unbelievable

The best property we have stayed in, location, cleanliness, the pool, facilities were perfect. We were only a couple but the place is perfect for 2 small families. Everything you need is close by, we hired a car as well to see the rest of the island which was worth it. What a relaxing holiday for my husband and I on our baby moon.

Just bliss

The villa was perfect, the location for Gaios was great, the views were amazing and the villa manager was the best. Right from the start of our booking, the communication was excellent and it just got better. Any questions or advice we needed was never a problem and was actioned super fast. The villa is lovely and was more that we needed. It was cleaned daily and sheets and towels were changed midweek. It made a pleasant change not having to empty the bins and disposed of bottles.. There were couple of negatives about the villa but it didn’t impact on our stay here; we loved it. There was nowhere in the kitchen to keep the food that we bought so we just used the microwave. It would have been useful to have a few condiments - salt, pepper, olive oil maybe. A couple of lidded plastic containers to keep opened packets of food would have been useful and a saucepan to cook eggs - I used a casserole dish and they took ages to cook! The two downstairs bedrooms have no natural light, this suited me as I slept so well! Others might like bedrooms to be a little brighter. Kostas met us off the ferry and took us to the villa, giving us all the information we needed. He had left us milk, orange juice, wine, bread, loads of water and lots of other useful food items. The quality of the furnishing was excellent, particularly the outdoor furniture. There were lots of different seating areas outside which was lovely. Our favourite restaurant in Gaios was Mambo.

Wonderful holiday

The villa was ideal for us travelling with our son and his family; they had the downstairs apartment and we had upstairs. Although they are joined, it can also be separate and very private. We loved the outside areas and the views of the harbour, with boats coming in and out. Although the villa faces the road, it was very quiet, especially for sleeping. We really enjoyed the location as we could walk into Gaios and taxis were available to take us further afield. Anny was very helpful in making all our arrangements, including the hiring of a boat to Anti-Paxos.

Lovely stay - villa exactly as pictured

We had a fantastic stay here. Anny met us straight from the boat and was really helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The view from the property was fantastic, lovely to wake up to each day. The villa was a ten minute walk from the town of Gaios and only a few minutes from the new port - the location is perfect. The villa was cleaned daily, the beds were made and fresh towels provided frequently. We would highly recommend this property if you are considering Paxos.

Excellent stylish accomodation

We have been holidaying on Greek islands for 25 years, and this is the best property we have ever stayed in ! Comfortable, stylish, helpful and friendly staff, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Ionian sea and the harbour entrance-you can while away the hours watching the boats go by! Gaios has good traditional Tavernas ,and a good variety of sea trips to choose from-what more could you want? More than one week in our case!

An outstanding villa in a wonderful location.

This superb villa occupies a fantastic position with wonderful sea views. Close to the port, it is only a short, level, walk along the waterfront into the island's principal and delightful town of Gaios. Built to a high specification the villa is very well finished and equipped and was spotlessly clean. It has an excellent garden/outdoor area, again beautifully maintained, which includes a large swimming pool and plenty of places to sit out. The outdoor furniture is particularly good with high quality sun loungers, sun umbrellas, dining table and very comfortable sofa and chairs. We were concerned that the nearness of the road might be a problem but our fears were groundless. Any noise is minimal and does certainly not interfere with the enjoyment of this delightful villa.The little town of Gaios has a really good range of tavernas/restuarants and a good selection of shops that provide all you will need. However, the best thing about the villa Terra del Nonno is the owner, Anny, who lives next door. Anny greeted us on the quay when we arrived and continued to provide us with information/help throughout our stay. She could not have been more helpful, guiding us to the best restaurants, beaches etc. and introduced us to her equally delightful parents. She was also very respectful of our privacy. Her English is of a very high standard. This was our first visit to Paxos and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We can recommend this villa without reservation. A wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Incredible room with sea view near from old gaios

just 100 meters from the new port ( arrival from kerkyra & Igoumenitsa ), we enjoyed spending 3 days in this room ! The room is clean and big, the flat is new. We felt like home : confortable and big bed, kitchen, Washing machine very usefull, trendy decoration, wifi... the sea view from the room is quiet, the swimming pool is great with also a direct view of the sea. Only 1 km from old gaio, 10min away walking along the marina. Lovely welcoming and helpfull staff. we obviously recommend this place and this tiny island maybe the pearl of the ionnan islands. Special Thanks to our host Anny. Don't miss this place !
