Grandes terrazas y petanca en la parte trasera, en cerrada Domaine, zona tranquila, persianas de seguridad automáticas y puerta de entrada. Sólo a pie 800 metros de mar a través de dominio privado y viñedos. Cerca de la playa Gigaro, fácil 15 minutos en coche de la famosa plage Pampelonne, con sus clubes de playa y St Tropez 25 minutos.

Great family retreat

Villa had modern decor, well equipped with everything we needed for our relaxing stay. Pool was great, good size. Location was good, close to beach & local amenities.

Beautiful well appointed Villa in a superb location. Walking distance to beach through vineyards. Close to all the great restaurants in Gigaro. Kids loved the pool. Great holiday.

Perfect family getaway

First time holidaying in France and this exceeded our expectations. Great location for beaches and restaurants, great amenities. Steve and Zoe were easy to communicate with and kept us up to date with everything. We will definitely be coming back

Great place to spend your holiday

The villa is exactly as shown on the pictures and description. The pool is very nice and the lounge seats are the best after a day at the beach. Talking about the beach, in 15 minutes walking, you are Heracle plage, a very nice beach and not overcrowded, even in the high season. I definately recommend this villa.

Away from it all

The villa is exactly as described. Contemporary, lumineux and beautifully situated in a mediterran forrest. Yet Gigaro beach and its restaurants are within walking distance. We much enjoyed our afternoons on the terrasses of the house, tranquille, with a spatious pool. We'd love to come back

Handy Location for all things “Gigaro”

Spent one week with friends, followed by one week with my girlfriend. The master suite on the top floor is a gem and the triple aspect windows up there a joy to wake up to. The house is very private, though being south east facing you do lose the sun in the evenings which is a shame, as it was June, so you notice the chill when not in the suns rays. The location is great and being able to go for a run/ walk to Plage Gigaro, Cap Lardier and also walk directly through the vineyards of La Madrague was an absolute luxury. Plenty of lovely restaurants in the vicinity as well as the Lily of The Valley beach club. Great value house for the location. Couple of days rain before and during our stay meant the Saharan sand made the outdoor furniture and the pool a bit grubby, but that was unfortunate timing I think which all the cars also bore testament to. Property managers were very helpful and easy to contact.

Thank you for your comments and glad that you enjoyed your stay. The Saharan Sirocco with its red sand is a problem but thankfully doesn’t occur very often. We have purchased a wireless pool robot to remove debris in between the weekly visits of the pool maintenance team. As the summer progresses the afternoon sun does stay late into the evening on the lower terrace. We like to keep our rates competitive. Hope we can welcome you back next year

Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren im Oktober für zwei Wochen in dieser sehr schönen Villa. Wir haben uns schnell eingelebt und wohl gefühlt. Bei der Anreise wurden wir sehr nett von Zoe und Steve begrüßt. Die beiden standen uns während des gesamten Urlaubs bei Fragen zur Verfügung und waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Betten sowie die Decken waren wie neu und super bequem. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Pool wurde auf Nachfrage von uns gegen einen Aufpreis beheizt und wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Leider war bei Ankunft der Kühlschrank nicht so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten und auch beide Staubsauger waren komplett voll und nicht entleert. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder in die Villa Miabella kommen.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Zoe und Steve waren vor Ort jederzeit erreichbar und haben uns sehr nett empfangen. Wird sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub dort gewesen sein.

Lovely modern house with easy beach access

House as described. Modern. Well furnished and equipped . Nice pool (though consider heating out of season). Lovely south-facing beaches about 10 mins walk away through a private estate and vineyard. Good Spar supermarket/ boulangerie a further 5 minutes. Lots of interesting places within 40 minutes drive. Thoroughly recommended.

Fabulous stay!

We had the most wonderful stay at Miabella. The villa is beautiful and well equipped. Pool is absolutely gorgeous and access to the beach, restaurants and shops so easy. We can't wait to stay again!

Ein Kurztrip nach Sainte Tropez

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack und Interieur Idee. eingerichtet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Super schön dass es sogar einen Wein Kühlschrank gibt. Sehr gut, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein Bad ‚em Suite hat. Hochwertige Möbel innen und außen. Auch sehr vorausschauend dass erste Gebrauchsmaterialien wie WC-Papier, Spülmaschinentabs, diverse Putzmittel etc bereits vorhanden sind. Es gab einzig zwei Wermutstropfen aus unserer Sicht: leider kann man das nahegelegene Meer aufgrund der hohen Bewachsung der umliegenden Grundstücke nicht sehen Und die Betten sind (wahrscheinlich nur 1,40 Meter?) etwas schmal. Damit kann man bei den anderen Pluspunkten sicherlich leben 🙂

Très belle Villa dans un cadre Magnifique

La Villa est parfaitement conforme aux photos et à la description. Très confortable et très bien équipée, sa distribution offre une très grande intimité à ses occupants. La vue sur la pinède offre un cadre très reposant. La piscine chauffée est un véritable must en cette saison! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great place for a lovely South of France holyday

It is the second time we came to this property after an equally pleasant experience last year. The property is fabulous, nicely secluded with lots of privacy and a great view, atmosphere and a modern home experience with all the necessary amenities for the perfect holyday. I can highly recommend this place. Management and handling through the property agent was professional and smooth, so overall a 5 star experience.

Superwoche im zeitigen Frühjahr

Sehr schönes Haus, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Kleine Einschränkung, der Pool ist nicht beheizbar, daher Ende April nur mit täglich neuer Überwindung nutzbar. Daher ein Stern weniger, wenn auch im Sommer sicher nicht so von Bedeutung. Dennoch, herrliche Umgebung, Ruhe, wildromantischer Strand in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Buchung, Organisation, Check in/out, Service top. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Situation magnifique en face d'une forêt de pins parasols. Proche de la plage et du sentier du littéral qui est splendide. Assez proche d'un petit supermarché. Maison généreuse et piscine parfaite. Exposition parfaite au soleil. Situation très calme, chant des oiseaux. Accueil très charmant. Standards de construction français.

We are the Le Coyte family with teenage children and have enjoyed twenty years of extended holidays in hotels and villas in the St Tropez area. Our connection with the area started when I myself was brought to the area in the early 60's, with my parents.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

MiaBella villa, is a newly constructed contemporary Villa completed in August 14, on one of the last available building plots in the Var region.
Previously, we owned a semidetached village house in La Croix Valmer but needed more space for a growing family and importantly, a pool.
The St Tropez area is very beautiful, with fantastic beaches, something for everybody, from boating, walking, vineyards etc, etc.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

While staying at MiaBella we have wonderful Forrest views and it is quiet on the private domaine of de la Valle.
Within safe easy walking distance to the pine fringed beach, that look out towards the islands of Port Cros and Porquerolles.
