UBICACIÓN DE SUEÑO en CERDEÑA: impresionante refugio privado de caza a minutos de la playa

Berritta, ubicado en una propiedad privada de 30 hectáreas, es un pabellón original de caza de piedra de basalto que alguna vez fue parte de la propiedad feudal del siglo XV perteneciente a los Barones de la zona. Berritta ha sido meticulosamente restaurada para ofrecer un alojamiento encantador: 2 habitaciones dobles, cada una con sus propios baños de mármol. Arriba hay un acogedor loft de techo bajo con 3 camas individuales y 1 baño de mármol. Los techos de bambú y castaño están en el estilo original de Cerdeña. El amplio salón cuenta con chimenea, muebles antiguos de buen gusto, cocina completa y zona de comedor, y espectaculares vistas de la propiedad. En frente del albergue hay una terraza de piedra de basalto con mesa de comedor de teca. En la parte posterior hay una zona ajardinada con tumbonas y una zona de lavandería cerrada. Berritta es perfecto para alejarse de todo, incluso fuera de temporada, al tiempo que ofrece proximidad a la playa y al centro de la ciudad. Ideal para nadar en la playa hasta finales de octubre: actividades al aire libre durante todo el año.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location

The house was lovely, secluded and very peaceful. Ideally located for exploration of the beaches and mountains. It was very well maintained both inside and out and the owner was extremely helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

It was the perfect place for us. With the bicycles it took us only 12 minutes to a great beach. The mountains are beautiful and we went for several walks. We found mushrooms, figs and enjoyed the smell of eucalyptus all over the place.

One of the nicest I stayed in, ever.

This is one of the nicest vacation homes I stayed in, ever. The house felt very cosy, we were at home from the first day on. The house has everything you need, also a nice kitchen (we love to cook). We also loved the authentic style of the house. Also the location is very nice. The house is situated in a small, secluded valley and it's very quiet there. The beaches are not too crowded, even in August, and they are all beautiful with cristal clear water, perfect for snorkeling.

Charming House and a great get-away spot, Birritta

We were very pleased to find that Birritta was as beautiful (and perhaps even more so) as it looks in the web site photos. The house was spacious, clean and complete with all the amenities that you would want at a vacation home including luxurious sheets and towels as well as a modern kitchen with dishwasher and a separate laundry area. The surrounding area is great for sightseeing, stunning beach outings, all levels of hikes and vigorous mountain bike rides. The nearby town of Orosei offers great ice cream and pizza (which our 9 and 11y/olds loved) as well as convenient grocery shopping. We were very pleased with our choice to rent Birritta and our children fell in love with the property and all of the areas it offers for kids to play in. We would highly recommend it to our friends for a romantic get-away or a family vacation and we warmly look forward to a return visit soon.

Outstanding

We were looking for a house with taste and character and quite comfortable in the Orosei area. This is extraordinary difficult for any reason ...and we discovered Berritta, such a little gem. The house offers all the amenities you can expect whilst being really attractive: old stones and masonry, beams, wood everywhere, and all that charm that make you imediately feel at home. The location is ideal, in one of the less developed region of Sardegna: situated away from the main local road (a few minutes drive on a track), away from it all and so peaceful, it is close to the some of the best unspoilt beaches that you can enjoy on the island. Also, moutains are closed by, offering nice opportunities to walk and get some fresh air in summer and enjoy magnificent views. Orosei, the nearest local town, is a 5 minutes drive away, offering all you can look for. We would strongly recommend Berritta, and certainly will want to come back.

A rustic rural idyll minutes from Orosei and the coast

We had a lovely stay in this charming hideaway - a great place to switch off from the touristy hustle and bustle!Despite feeling rural it’s only minutes by car to Orosei - with plenty of bars and restaurants- as well as fabulous beaches (2 different oasi) and nature reserves. We also made a fabulous day trip to Cala Gonone and hired a boat - must do. The caves nearby are very much also worth a visit - pay the extra to take photos! - a fab restaurant there with a glorious view so plan ahead.The lounge, dining and main bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable and full of character. The kitchen is quite basic but the terrace is fabulous for outdoor eating. Don’t let the automatic sprinklers for the lawns catch you out early in the morning if enjoying a book on a sun lounger :)Some things to know before you go:- The property is down a long gated dirt track - only 1 set of keys offered (which operate the air conditioning)!! A problem if not all of you want to go out - especially when it is v hot! - the lounge has a ceiling fan, the 2 bedrooms have AC but the mezzanine (above the lounge) with the 3 single beds has only portable electric fans. This mezzanine area really is designed for shorter people/children as it doesn’t have sufficient headroom for an adult to stand. - bring your own drinking water- you should plan to take your recycling to a local centre (close and easy by car) as no rural rubbish collection- no TV - WiFi is ok if not multiple users at once

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Es liegt in Alleinlage und damit schön ruhig. Das Haus bietet Anfang Mai genug Platz um auch mal innen zu essen, die meiste Zeit kann man aber bereits wunderbar draußen verbringen auf der schönen Terrasse. Die Gegend ist sowohl für Wanderungen, Strandbesuche als auch Motorrad Touren gut geeignet. Wir hatten hier einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Motorradurlaub

Unser Aufenthalt war prima. Alles war wie beschrieben. Toll ist die Terasse, die leider nicht gegen Regen geschützt ist. Zwei Anmerkungen: Die Deckenhöhe bei den oberen Schlafzimmern ist auch für Leute mit 1,65 cm nur gebückt zu begehen. Das Haus liegt doch etwas arg Abseits. Die Wege sind nur befestigt, nicht asphaltiert. Der Weg ins Dorf führt über die Straße. Zu Laufen ist aufgrund der schmalen Strasse und Brücke nicht zu empfehlen. Für uns war es ein toller Urlaub, der nicht ganz billig war.

Sehr schön gelegene ehemalige Jagdhütte, spannende Anreise, super Vermieter - jederzeit erreichbar und immer mit Rat und Tat da, wenn Fragen aufkamen. Auf Anforderungen immer direkt und unkompliziert reagiert. Tolle Wegbeschreibung bzw. Beschreibung im Haus, zu allem was so anfällt. Wer die Natur und die Ruhe liebt ist hier Bestens aufgehoben! "Große Berghütte" in Meeresnähe

Es handelt sich um ein Haus aus großen Felssteinen, das den Eindruck einer Alpenhütte macht. Das Haus liegt an den Berghang angelehnt in Meeresnähe (ca. 4 km entfernt) in einem schmalen grünen Tal, das landwirtschaftlich genutzt wird, ohne direkte Nachbarn. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Steinterrasse, für die die Sonnenbedachung zurzeit vorbereitert wird. Hinter dem Haus liegt eine Wiese und der Berghang. Der Innenraum besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit einer Küchenzeile, über der auf einer offenen Galerie sich 4 Betten und ein abgetrenntes kleines Badezimmer befinden. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses liegen 2 Doppelzimmer je mit einem Badezimmer, einem Ausgang nach draußen und einer Klimananlage. Im großen Wohnraum mit 3 sehr bequemen Sofas und einem Couchtisch (altes Türblatt), die dem Kaminofen zugewandt sind und einem großzügigen Holzesstisch haben wir uns gerne aufgehalten. Die Einrichtung ist ehrwürdig und gediegen, die Küchenzeile mit Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Spülbecken bietet, was man braucht. Der Kaminofen heizt sehr gut, bei offenen Türen auch die Schlafzimmer. Schnelles Wlan erlaubt surfen, herunterladen von Zeitungen und den Anschluss eines TV. Hierbei allerdings gehen nur Netflix oder ähnliches. Ein mitgebrachtes google chromecast erlaubt im Zusammenspiel mit den Handyapps das Sehen von deutschen Sendern mit Nachrichten (Tagesschau 24) und Filmen, wobei nicht alle deutschen Inhalte der Mediatheken in Italien zu öffnen sind. Bei häufig kaltem Wind, Regen und Sturm haben wir uns gerne drinnen aufgehalten, abends kann man bis Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Haus windgeschützt durch die Rosmarinbüsche sitzen. Bei Sonne findet man einen Liegeplatz mit etwas Windschatten auf der Wiese hinter dem Haus. Wir waren sehr gerne im Haus, wir haben die Ruhe, die Abgeschiedenheit und die Blütenpracht der wilden Blumen und Büsche genossen. Zum Einkaufen nach Orosei ist es nah. Strände und ländliche Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Ruhe und Entspannung

Eintreten-sofort Wohlfühlen- hoffentlich mal Wiederkommen! Stefano konnten wir nicht persönlich kennenlernen, aber die Kommunikation per email und handy wurde immer schnell, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beantwortet. Eine kleine Reparatur im Sanitärbereich, die während unseres Aufenthaltes notwendig wurde, ließ er sofort in die Wege leiten. Empfangen hat uns Vanna, eine äußert sympathische Italienerin. Auch sie war stets gut erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Nun zum Haus: es strahlt eine stimmungsvolle Ruhe aus. Wir sind eingetreten und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten Glück mit dem Wetter Ende Mai, hätten uns aber fast einen Regentag gewünscht, um einfach nur drinnen bleiben zu “dürfen“. Die alten unverputzten Steinmauern und alten Möbel strahlen Gemütlichkeit aus. Bezug nehmend auf alte Kommentare: Ja, es stimmt, zwischen den zwei Schlafzimmern im EG hört man wirklich fast jedes Wort, das muss man wissen, aber uns hat es nicht besonders gestört, weil die oben genannten Vorzüge des Hauses überwiegen. Im OG gibt es drei Betten, durch den niedrigen Giebel eher für Kinder bis etwa 160 cm angenehm, aber sehr gemütlich ( + eigenes kleines Bad auch oben! ) Hundegebell war kein Problem, da sehr leise, mindestens 500m weit entfernt und irgendwie auch zum Landleben dazugehörend. Zusammengefasst: haben uns selten so wohl in einem Ferienhaus gefühlt, wie dort!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig und ist nur über einen (unbefestigten!) Privatweg zu erreichen. Es ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, bewusst jedoch ohne TV, also ideal zum Abschalten. Wir haben dort mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern eine schöne erholsame Zeit verbracht. Es gibt 2 Master-Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad im Erdgeschoss und eine weitere Schlafebene und ein kleines Bad unter dem Dach. Die offene Galerie erreicht man über eine Wendeltreppe. Als Erwachsener muss man im oberen Stock den Kopf einziehen, aber für unsere Kinder (4 und 6) war es optimal. Die Hellhörigkeit hat uns nicht gestört. In 10-15 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man schöne Strände. Check-in und Check-out waren sehr unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Just WOW!

We spent two beautiful weeks in Sardinia. We were 2 families with 3 kids. The location was perfect for us! We had enough space and still a bit privacy. But as already mentioned in some valiations before you can here almost everything ;) The equipment for cooking and soap and stuff was excellent.

A warm introduction to Sardinia

All our communications with Stefano (and Vanna the housekeeper) were warm and welcoming. This was our first visit to Sardinia and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hunting lodge, which had everything we needed for self-catering. Bottles of both red and white local wines were available in the lodge to purchase, which made the perfect accompaniment to meals. Located in a lovely rural setting, yet just minutes from Orosei, with good supermarkets and restaurants and easy access to the beach, it was perfectly situated, and ideal for anyone looking for a quiet break or as a base from which to explore the island. With temperatures in the high 20's all week, we couldn't have asked for more.

Top Lage im Golf von Orosei

Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen auf Sardinien im Haus von Stefano verbracht. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Abschließend ein paar Pros und Cons: Pro: Stefano ist ein absolut netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war von Beginn an sehr angenehm und positiv. Er hat auf jedes Problemchen und jede Frage super schnell reagiert. Das Haus ist sehr schön restauriert und eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Klimatisierte Schlafzimmer (2 von 3), Ventilatoren, Waschmaschine, Spüler und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche. Der Garten ist super gepflegt und man findet Sonnen- und Schattenplätze. Die Lage ist top. Nahe an der Kleinstadt Orosei gelegen, wo man alles findet, was man benötigt. Supermärkte, Restaurants, schöne Strände etc. Orosei liegt auch sehr zentral für Touren rund um den Golf von Orosei und ins Supramonte Gebirge. Im Umkreis von 1-2 Autostunden gibt es Tolles zu Entdecken. Contra: Für absolute Ruheliebhaber muss man sagen, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. Das Obergeschoss ist nur mit einer einfachen, unisolierten Holzdecke abgetrennt. Da hört man jeden Schritt. Vom Toilettengang ganz zu schweigen. Die Wand zwischen den Schlafzimmern ist auch sehr dünn. Man hört wirklich alles. Das muss man nur bedenken, wenn man sehr geräuschempfindlich oder mit mehreren Leuten dort ist. Die abgeschiedene Lage ist einerseits total angenehm, da man wenig Kontakt zu anderen Menschen hat. Die Hauptstraße hört man nur bei ungünstigem Wind. Allerdings liegen in der Nähe einige landwirtschaftliche Betriebe und dort kläffen die ganze Nacht Hunde. Das nervt schon. Man muss allerdings dazu sagen, dass man das Gebell (oder die Grillen / Zikaden) im Haus nur hört, wenn man die Fenster offen hat. Sind diese geschlossen kommt kein Geräusch von außen rein. Aber im Sommer schläft es sich bei offenem Fenster einfach besser ;) Die Terrasse ist super. Wir hätten uns aber ein paar mehr Gartenmöbel gewünscht. Es gab nur eine Liege und die beiden Holzmöbel auf den Fotos. Die Innenfotos täuschen etwas über die Raumhöhe im Obergeschoss hinweg. Die Stehhöhe ist eher etwas für Kinder, auch im Bad. Für Erwachsene ist es ein wenig zu niedrig. Mit einem tiefergelegten Sportwagen sollte man nicht anreisen. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr holprig :-) Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Stefanos Support war jederzeit tadellos. Die Cons sind bis auf die Hellhörigkeit eher "Jammern auf hohem Niveau". Aber insgesamt eben nur 4 von 5 Sternen.

Bellissima casa, bella location, ma siamo dovuti scappare dopo 2 giorni. L'interno non era piu' abitabile.

Beautiful and cozy

I can just join the previous comments: It's a very nice and cozy house with a beautiful surrounding. No fooling pictures, very clean and the interior with a fully equiped kitchen supplies everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It has a big patio to grill, relax or watch the kids explore the garden. It is completely surrounded by nature and you can only hear the birds around you. The road to the house is a little rough so you might want to rent a jeep and not a station wagon ;-) The garbage collection is a little difficult but the waste disposal site is easy to find. Easy to reach by car are beautiful beaches, nature parks, canyons and caves. Thanks a lot, Stefano for this amazing vacation and for helping us out with everything we needed!

Wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger Lage!

Das Haus ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kinder und Hund haben das weitläufige Anwesen für Entdeckungstouren genutzt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Video Misleading

We enjoyed our stay at Berrita but we're disappointed by the video that led us to believe you could walk from the property across a bridge and though some bush land to the beach in minutes. This was definitely NOT the case! You had to drive to the beach which was at least ten minutes away, so "close to the sea" and "minutes to the beach" we're not accurate descriptions. The dishwasher was broken and not fixed during our stay which was also a disappointment.

Gelassenheit - Entschleunigung- Ruhe - Erholung - Sommer-Sonne-Meer !!!

Hallo Stefano, wir sind nach wie vor begeistert und in Gedanken immer noch im historienträchtigen Jagdhaus. Die ruhige Lage, die atemberaubende Natur und der wundervolle Garten mit Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen, bietet endlose Entspannung und Entschleunigung – wer hier nicht zur Ruhe findet, findet sie Nirgends; die Zufahrt ist gut und der Weg inzwischen von Bodenwellen befreit; das Grundstück ist durch ein mächtiges Rollgitter-Tor und Brombeerhecken gegen fremde Zutritte geschützt; die Mülltrennung ist sehr zu loben und hat uns angenehm überrascht. Es ist Alles vorhanden, was die für Jeden so wichtige Urlaubszeit angenehm sein lässt. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, überdachte Terrasse, Grill, Sonne den ganzen Tag oder auch Schatten. Der Innenbereich ist sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet; der mächtige Kamin strahlt Gelassenheit und Ruhe aus; die Küche bietet Platz und Gerätschaften, Geschirr und Besteck auch für 10 oder mehr Personen. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen, um das naseweise Plätzen wieder zu genießen; das nahe Orosei (2 km) mit ansprechenden Geschäften und sehr freundlichen Menschen, lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die umliegenden Strände – ein Traum. Für mich ist Sardinien schon immer die Karibik des Mittelmeeres. Es hat sich in den letzten 30 Jahren nicht zu seinem Nachteil verändert; Alles ist so wie eh und je. Vanna – die gute Haus-Fee ist immer erreichbar, ebenso Stefano (per WhatsApp), Unzulänglichkeiten werden schnell erledigt. Tolles Haus in schöner Landschaft

Tolles Haus in schöner Landschaft, komplett bestückt mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr freundlicher und engagierter Vermieter, spricht auch sehr gut englisch. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge an wunderschöne Strände in der nahen Umgebung. Etwas hellhörig.

Cosy home, perfect place, wonderfull time

A very nice house in a beautyfull surrounding! The pictures won´t fool you! The cottage is clean and very comfortable. Well, the last 800 m to the house is a gravel-road, a little bit rough. It was a little bit difficult for me to drive the car without touching the ground, but you will find this situation in many rural places in Sardinia. Arriving the house you will find yourself in a very quiet area. A place, where you will meet wild rabbits in the morning and foxes in the evening. The wild boars are also present, but only at night. Our dog loves all of them ... If you like the song of the nightingale in the evening, take place on the terrace and listen ... The conversation with Stefano(then owner) was very easy, he speaks perfect english (in contrast to myself ...) In April the house was the perfect base to discover the Supramonte - Mountains for beautyfull hiking tours! But even long walks at the beautyfull beaches are also a good idea. We can recomment the house for 100%!!!
