Contemporáneo Beach Lodge Con las dunas de arena y vistas al río

Río detrás, el mar al frente y al lado de un paraíso natural. Junto a la playa está muy bien situado para todas las actividades de la naturaleza y el mar. Se proporciona una gran caseta segura para el almacenamiento adicional de bicicletas y cualquier otro equipo que decida traer.

Brillante y aireado en los meses de verano, cálido y tostado en el invierno. Magníficamente ubicado como una escapada en los meses de invierno y un punto de partida ideal para explorar la costa norte de Norfolk.

Beachside es ideal para familias o parejas que desean escaparse a la costa. La playa está a unos 40 pasos de distancia, directamente accesible por la carretera de la playa privada enfrente.

El patio frontal recibe el sol la mayor parte del día y es ideal para ver la puesta de sol sobre las dunas. Camina 40 pasos y mira cómo se pone sobre el mar. Maravilloso.

We loved the info sent from our host before our visit, it was really helpful. The beach cabin itself was very clean a d had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was beautiful, only a minute away from the beach.

Ideal lodge for a family holiday. Everything was as promised and we quickly settled in. Completely safe environment and plenty of ground for the children to play in. The property was lovely and clean, well equipped and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

An absolutely wonderful location. The beach was about 30 seconds away from the door which we visited every evening to watch the sunset.. It was peaceful and so relaxing.The beach lodge was clean and the decore was modern and not over the top. The beds were comfortable and the pillows clean and fresh. Great sized shower too.The little welcome touches were much appreciated, such as some sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk in the fridge. Not forgetting the delicious cookies. Great comunication with the host who was very accommodating. My family and I couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We wanted to stay longer. We will definitely be booking another stay there.

Easy key access to a wonderful holiday home.Everything you needed was provided except a fan but as it was such warm weather we had gone prepared.Sat nav took us straight to the location and we couldn’t believe that we were actually on the beach road and access to the beach was just over the sand dunes.Lovely walk into Hunstanton and great time on the beach watching the sunset.Would definitely recommend and stay again.Host was great with communication.

This is our third stay at Beachside for my sister and myself being so close to the beach and nature reserve and ideal for watching those beautiful sunsets.Easy reach for shops Hunstanton ,Sandringham ,Lavender fields and the lovely Brancaster Staithe and eating places within easy reach .Easy to contact owner if required We love Norfolk Brian and Eileen

We had a lovely, relaxing few days at Beachside. It was as described and very clean and well equipped. Communication with David, the host was very clear and timely. Would highly recommend it.

Extremely well located

Beachside is extremely well located in a lovely part of Norfolk. Bus service is extremely good, frequent departures to most areas. Abundant wildlife, saw a seal the on edge of the sea at South Beach. Great walk to Hunstanton along beach. The road servicing Beachside is in a poor condition, difficult access unless driving an SUV or four wheel drive. This was our fifth stay at Beachside over a four year period. .

Beachside Heacham

I stayed for a week with my 12 year old twins and my 11 year old son. The weather for the first part of the week was amazing and we enjoyed the easy and close location to the beach. The beach house itself was well appointed and had everything we needed for a mini break. David the owner was very helpful and I’d recommend the house to anyone wanting a cozy family house near the beach.

A magical holiday!

My sister travelled 5,000 miles from Canada and brought various members of the family, to share a holiday together. In total we had a party of 10, and having the two properties together was ideal.Our age range was 2-70,and it was ideal. A very peaceful location, lots of lovely walks

What a gem!

A fabulous stay in a lovely property. The owners were helpful and communication was swift and easy. The property is exactly as described. I was lucky with the weather so maximised on my opportunity to walk the stunning coastal paths in North Norfolk. The property is a perfect base to return to. It was very quiet (other than the glorious birdsong!) and felt like a home from home. I will return.

Beautiful escape

The hosts were great with contact from start to finish. We arrived to find a cake and some milk, which was a thoughtful touch, and they checked in with us to make sure we had found the place too. The location is perfect; really close to the beach but also there's a river at the back of the lodge where you can sit on a swing and watch the birds for hours. My daughter loved it and loved feeding the birds too. The place was spotless. Beds were so comfy too. We will hopefully be back!

Break away for my mum.

Splendid little lodge. Good heater’s, perfect for the terrible weather we unfortunately had. We could turn them up when the gale was blowing and the hail came, then down again when the sun did decide to show. We still had a lovely time and managed some bird watching by the river and talking to the ducks! The beach was great, we even got a good sunset one evening. The lodge had everything we needed and felt spacious in the main room. David was very helpful with the booking as we are not good with computers.

Wonderful as always

This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property, so we like it very much. It is well equipped and brilliantly located with very easy access to the beach, about a 50 meter walk and no roads to cross, and has the River Heacham behind it. The sunsets over the sea can be spectacular and the river has abundant wildlife. This time we saw a barn owl hunting just beyond the river. The walk along the beach to Hunstanton is well worth the effort. Access by car and bus to all of the beautiful North Norfolk coast is simple. Everywhere on this coastline is spectacular.

We are a young family and purchased the The Old Barn, Holme, in 2006. We carried out a completed refurbishment and modernisation and continue to make little changes here and there every year. We live near Stamford and travel regularly to The Old Barn to escape work and immerse ourselves in the sheer beauty of all that the North Norfolk coast has to offer.

In 2007 we also bought two properties next to the beach at South Beach, Heacham. We thought these would be perfect for our children to grow up around and play by the beach in the traditional way.

Beachside is a perfect base from which to enjoy beach activities. A fabulous vantage point to watch the sun rise over the grazing fields and snettisham woods, through to setting over the sand dunes. Surrounded by nature and an amazingly tranquil location.

Great for families or couples all year round.
