Ático idealmente situado a literalmente 200 metros de la playa, se encuentra entre Vilamoura y Albufeira en el precioso pueblo pesquero portugués de Olhos de Agua. Imagínese de pie en una playa cubierta de arena buscando el apartamento mejor posicionado, ¡es casi seguro que usted elija! La enorme terraza de este ático está decorada con muy buen gusto y cuenta con vistas panorámicas al mar para morirse. Hay excelentes paseos a lo largo de los acantilados y playas y luego descubre más restaurantes de los que es posible visitar. Esperamos darle la bienvenida a experimentar esta base de vacaciones ideal pronto.

Nice place

It was a nice place but need a little TLC as something are coming apart....like the fridge base. Furnishing are okay. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded. There should be a beach cooler. Hardly any outdoor furniture, no umbrella. The bed is comfortable but are two singles. The patio windows should be washed more often. They were very dirty. The lights on the beach are a bit annoying at night and it can get loud being on the main strip. The exits are a bit confusing and the key fob is falling apart. For the price, I expected more.

Great memories at Olhos D’Agua

It was a great vacation at this wonderful Penthouse Apartment which is set high above with a full view of the bay and beach area. The huge balcony is perfect for a relaxing day in the sun from sunrise till sunset with a panoramic view of the bay and nearby area. The second balcony is well sheltered from the wind and is also used as a dining area. The apartment is nicely furnished with marble floors throughout, upgraded appliances and equipped with fluffy towels in the bathroom. The location is ideal with a great supermarket, mercado with fresh meat, fish & vegetables and a taxi stand and bus stop within a 5 minute walk. There are plenty of restaurants along the beach and the surrounding area which are mostly frequented by retired tourists looking for a quiet evening of eating, resting and people watching. Alhos D’Agua has the characteristics of a fishing village with a few small fishing boats at the end of the beach and a short boardwalk of restaurants and bars along the beach. If you enjoy walking along the beach from Alhos D’Agua beach you can access the amazing Falesia beach on the west, with its distinctive red rock formation and Maria Luisa’s wide sandy beach on the east. When the tide is low, both of these beaches can be accessed along the beach or you can choose the 15-minute walk along the street down a long stairway path. This property is managed by a family-owned business who truly care about their guests. They provide an airport transfer to and from Faro and if anything is needed, you will be well looked after by Matt and Laura. Thanks again and I hope to return soon.

Die Dachterrasse ist großzügig und sehr schön. Von der Küche lädt ein separater Balkon zum Frühstück mit Meerblick ein. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Matt und seiner Familie war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Really enjoyable stay in Olhos D' Agua

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, Kevin was super helpful meeting us for check-in and explaining the complex, the apartment has dedicated parking on level -2 and the lift takes you to near the apartment entrance so minimum fuss unloading luggage etc. The balcony is stunning with expansive views over Olhos and out to sea, comfy furniture with thick cushions will make you want to stay and bake in the sun :) Other reviews mention how large the balcony is and are spot on, I should also mention the balconies are in a position that seems to give some protection against the winds, several days when we sat out it was calm on the balcony but quite windy in town, the second smaller balcony has a table and 4 chairs and was perfect for eating breakfast outside. We ate out most nights and there is a good selection of restaurants within a short walk, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to eat in. The location of the apartment is excellent and we are looking forward to being back in Portugal soon.

Lovely location in a modern block with outstanding views. Apartment well equipped, comfortable and warm- important with mixed weather in January. Check in could perhaps be simplified.

Fantastic property with outstanding views

We chose this property after seeing the photos on the website. The photos were absolutely spot-on and the view towards the sea is outstanding. The description of the layout and facilities were also very accurate. Upon arrival, the property was clean and the directions / instructions were again, spot-on. The booking process and questions we had were dealt with very quickly and professionally by the property manager. The pool and surrounding area was fantastic, and the whole complex felt very safe and secure. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you could need - just one small observation - that some of the crockery is getting a little tired! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives as it really is a gem - just a pity we only had 2 days of sunshine, but that's October for you :-) Thanks.
