Apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con balcón grande

Apartamento moderno de lujo directamente sobre el área de la piscina con fantásticas vistas al mar y al campo de golf. Acceso directo a jardines comunitarios tranquilos y cerrados (aptos para niños) con 2 piscinas grandes (otras 7 piscinas comunitarias en el complejo) además de hamacas y sombrillas. Un enorme balcón privado con barbacoa y zona de comedor (no visto por los vecinos debido al diseño elevado) orientado al sur con tumbonas privadas en el balcón también. El complejo también es muy seguro con guardia de seguridad las 24 horas en la entrada y acceso a la puerta cerrada a cada bloque.

Puerto de la Duquesa es un hermoso puerto deportivo cosmopolita que se encuentra entre 2 playas de bandera azul. Situado entre Gibraltar (aprox. 30 minutos) y Marbella (aprox. 20 minutos) con Málaga a solo 45 minutos de distancia, se puede viajar en coche. Puerto de la Duquesa tiene una gran cantidad de bares y restaurantes maravillosos con una amplia variedad de cocina internacional. Bordeando Duquesa es el complejo más grande de Sabinilla, que tiene un ambiente muy español. Aquí puede encontrar una gran cantidad de bares de playa y restaurantes de tapas ubicados a lo largo del pintoresco paseo marítimo. Las hermosas playas también están a 10 minutos caminando cuesta abajo con más vistas que se extienden hasta donde alcanza la vista. Duquesa también es conocida por su golf, con muchos campos galardonados a poca distancia a pie o a poca distancia en coche, siendo el complejo Duquesa Golf el más cercano, a solo 2 minutos.

LITTLE PARADISE!!!!

Spectacular apartment, it has everything you could need and a wonderful terrace with direct access to the pools. The location is perfect and Mandi, the host, is very attentive.

Good communication with host. It is a good 20 to 25 minute walk to Duquesa port which is all down hiil. Cab back cost between 6 and 8 euros. Port has loads of bars and restaurants. The balcony to the apartment is really spacious and there is fantastic views. The pools and gardens were clean and tidy. We often had the pool to ourselves.

Lovely spacious apartment

We loved our apartment, it felt like our home for the week, it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Mandi was a excellent host helping us with our transfers,recomending places to eat and drink,everything was perfect for us and we would highly recommend this for a amazing holiday

Just had a lovely holiday at this apartment, the listing is very accurate, it had absolutely everything we needed as a family of 4 plus a fantastic balcony, spent a lot of time out on it, the walk down to the Marina & beaches was not as long as we thought, 15 mins down the hill & 20 mins back up it, views from the apartment straight over the golf course to La Duquesa with the med as the backdrop, Mandi was extremely helpful with all our questions & responded very quickly, we would absolutely recommend this apartment no doubt. The Caddy Family.

Very relaxing patio with stunning views

My family and I had the best stay. We loved the apartment. It was the perfect size for me, my husband and 2 teenagers. And the best was the great, huge and perfectly equipped patio with fantastic and very relaxing views. We started every day with a nice breakfast on the Terrasse, enjoyed the views during the day and often also ended the day outside, mid April.Mandi is the best hostess ever. She was there for us many times before our stay to answer our questions and give us great tips about restaurants and things to do and also checked with us during our stay if everything was ok. We felt very welcome and would definitely come again! Thanks, Mandi!

Hjemmeside placering stemmer ikke med faktiske forhold.

Fin bolig med god udsigt, men langt at gå til havnen. God kommunikation med ejer. Køkken grej meget brugt og slidt (gryder og pander). Ikke meget service, hvis der skulle være bestik, tallerkner til 6 personer i lejligheden, som vi ikke syntes var muligt, der er kun plads til 4 voksne. Varmen kunne ikke fordeles i rummene, så lidt koldt i stuen og varmt på værelser.

Amazing place and host!

Mandi is an amazing host, who is extremely helpful and made us feel at home. The apartment is lovely and spacious, and the area is picturesque. Would highly recommend staying there!

Fantastic stay

From the initial contact for making arrangements to getting there, Mandi could not have been more helpful. The apartment is beautifully furnished- the photos don’t do it justice. The balcony must be the largest on the complex- we will definitely be back and cannot recommend this place enough

Mañana from heaven..

Happened across this holiday rental when looking for a place in La Duquesa,an area in south western Spain,that we favour and cherish. The sell points for us was that it had it's own stairs access to the pools and a huge balcony area. So it was booked. Upon our The keys were posted to us so no fussy check in. Even a return sae was supplied. On our arrival,we opened the door to find a wonderful,clean large apartment that met our criteria and then exceeded our expectations! Just fantastic. The apartment,location,views,complex....every box ticked indeed. I cannot recommend this property enough and will forever express the desire to return.

Lovely holiday

Lovely apartment, balcony wonderful. Everything you would need for a week’s holiday. So much already there that you don’t have to buy. Mandi’s suggestions on where to eat were followed up and excellent and she was very quick to respond to our requests for more information. We haven’t been to Estapona before but will definitely go again. It is a lovely area. Will hopefully book again.

The condo was fairly easy to find and once we got our bearings, the location was great. The outdoor patio space is phenominal. Despite it being "coolish" (weather wise), it's the area where we spent the bulk of our time. Furniture in the condo is comfortable and the unit itself is laid out well containing all the needed amenities. The unit itself is very secure, consisting of an outer locked gate and then the front door (which consists of a tri bolt lock). Any and all queries to the owner were answered promptly. Ample street parking is available.

The 2 bed apartment is a good size and has an amazing outside terrace with easy access to the communal pool. Mandi was really quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The most amazing terrace and views

The terrace is just wow. It gets the sun most of the day, the views are stunning, there’s shade when you need a break and the furniture is so comfortable and relaxing, plus right on the pool but sufficiently private. We hardly wanted to go out! Walking distance to the beach and port (20-25 mins), yes it’s back up at hill so you need to be relatively fit but otherwise it’s a short taxi ride. If you want views and peace you usually need to be on the hill and it’s so worth it. The living area is great too, feels like a loved home rather than a rental. The only little bit I struggled with was the bed, a bit hard for us but I’d still return!

A great stay at Coto Real

We had a wonderful time staying at Mandi’s lovely apartment on the Coto Real complex. A quality, roomy and well equipped apartment with a nice homely feel…but, as great as the apartment is, the balcony is the star! A really spacious balcony with seating, dining and sunbathing areas with plenty of shaded area too. The private steps taking you directly from the balcony to one of the communal pools was a particularly nice touch. The pool area and grounds were well presented and never particularly busy. Always more than enough sun-beds too. The complex is a 15/20 minute uphill walk from the port of Duquesa but this is what makes it such a great location. Great views from the balcony, no road noise and it’s quite a nice stroll down to Duquesa or the beach at Sabinillas. If you don’t fancy the walk home, taxis are cheap and available. Mandi’s communication was brilliant before and during our trip I strongly recommend this area, this apartment and Mandi as a host.

Amazing balcony space with great views

Ideally located for a quite and relaxing stay. The apartment boasts the use of two fantastic pools with plenty of sun-bed space. Property is very well equipped for those wishing to self cater with plenty of clean, bed linen and towels, even throws for those chillier evenings sat on the balcony. We have stayed in various apartments within Coto Real and would highly recommend Mandl’s for a great stay.

Skøn udsigt fra en dejlig stor terasse

Skøn stor lejlighed med store værelser. Fantastisk udsigt fra den meget dejlige store terrasse. Vil dog ikke anbefale denne til 6 voksne personer da sove sofaen i stuen kun var egnet til mindre børn. Ej heller køkkenet var helt beregnet til 6 personer. Mange praktiske ting manglede, og meget var i ringe stand. Dejlig vært, meget hjælpsom med div. Spørgsmål og praktiske ting. Vil dog anbefale en bil da det ligger stejlt oppe, Ca. 1/2 times gåtur til strand, havn og indkøbs muligheder. Men ellers et dejligt fredeligt boligområde.

Lovely views and a great spot

Good size, well equipped apartment with direct access from terrace to 3 pools. We were there at Easter and it was very, very quiet. I think we were the only occupants in the block. Terrace is half covered so we were still able to have a BBQ even on a rainy day. Mandi's communication and helpfulness was spot on throughout and she is very easy to deal with. Various people claim various distances to the marina so just to be pedantic, it's exactly a 2km downhill walk. We have kids of 5 and 7 and it took us 25 mins or so down and 30 mins up. It's easy to get a taxi from the rank in Duquesa though and was just under 10 Euros if you don't fancy the walk back up. Duquesa is a really chilled out little Marina with good restaurant options mainly catering to the British and Irish holiday crowd. Another 5-10 mins stroll along the promenade brings you to Playa de Sabillinas, which leans more towards the locals. Some great tapas options there. The only downside was the sheer amount of dog poo on the beach, pavements; everywhere really. Despite the number of signs, people blatantly just don't seem to clean up after their dogs. It wouldn't stop me returning to this part of Spain, but i thought i would mention it.

Winter in Manilva

Our stay was late February to early March. The weather was sunny most of the time and the large terrace allowed us to enjoy breakfast and lunch some of the time in the sun. Sometimes there was strong cold wind which kept us inside though. The air conditioning was excellent, however, and kept the apartment warm when needed. The apartment was well equipped and did not disappoint, it was as advertised. The location of the apartment made it an excellent base for exploring the coast and the mountains behind. We found Mandi to be very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again.
