We enjoyed our stay here. It was nice to be able to sit outside in a beautiful little patio and garden. The place was neat and tidy and the kitchen was fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils and anything else you might need. The bathroom is a bit tiny, that’s where the washing machine is. The shower is quite small which would be very difficult for a large framed person to use. There are clothes lines outside and a drying rack inside. The beds were comfortable but we found the pillows a bit hard. The area was central to shops, markets, beaches, boardwalks and a 20 minute walk to the Old Town along the water. Very easy to get around and excellent location. Our host Petra was great. We had to vacate our boat before check in time but he let us come early and that meant so much. He also arranged a ride to the airport for us with a friend that has a taxi business. Very nice gentleman and very honest! He charged us 40 Euro to the airport which was a 30 minute drive. I would recommend this cozy place to stay while visiting Split

Apartment was extremely comfortable and well equipped. It’s in a great location within a short walking distance to the old town and beach area. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with grocery shops and good restaurants near by.

Great location , so near to the beach and some nice restaurants nearby. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we missed was some wine glasses.

Good base for Split old town if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk. We enjoyed the walk in past the beach and also enjoyed exploring the area around us and not just the old town. Great amenities- local Spar, great restaurants and coffee shops nearby also. Also property was quiet and well equipped.

Très bonne prise en charge à l’arrivée et Petar est très réactif.Logement spacieux. Vraie deux chambres bien équipées et bonne literie. Cuisine fonctionnelle.Situé dans une zone résidentielle agréable. Plage proche.Un jardin dont nous n’avons pas profité.Eloignée de la vieille ville, mais au calme.Pas évident de trouver une place de parking. Mais c’est possible.La douche serait le seul point à améliorer.

L’appartement est idéalement placé pour découvrir Split: 20mn à pied du centre et 15mn de la plage. L’appartement est moderne et très propre, la terrasse est très agréable.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! Our host, Petar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the beautiful terrace, which was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the evenings. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Great neighborhood and access to restaurants and beach

We so enjoyed our two-week stay!. It was easy to get to several beaches and some great restaurants! Our host was very responsive to our questions and insisted in coming in to refresh linens during our stay. We definitely would like to come back to Split one day!

Fabulous Holiday

This was our first visit to Croatia and we had a wonderful time. Petar’s apartment was absolutely perfect for us. Super-comfortable beds, great location and the outside space was just fantastic.A beautiful garden that was always a pleasure to sit in with a coffee or glass of wine - loved the hedgehogs who visited us each evening. The apartment was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. Loved the location, an easy 10/15 min stroll to the old town and about 5mins to the beach. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants around (we enjoyed the pizzas at Movi and had delicious meals at Lola and Toc - you pass these en-route to the old town) It was lovely to have a drink at the marina just down the road or the cafe/bar (Star Box) also very close to the accommodation. All in all a fabulous holiday made more wonderful by this lovely apartment. Many thanks, Petar (and your dad!) Sarah and Mark

Perfect base for visiting Split

This is a lovely apartment set in a quiet residential area, around a 20-25 minute easy (downhill) walk into Split Old Town. It was exactly as described in the listing, very clean throughout and was one of the best equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. We did not need to buy any cleaning materials and there was plenty of crockery, glassware and kitchen equipment. The two bedrooms each have a good size, comfortable bed with lots of hanging and storage space. The outside space was a real bonus and the internet enabled TV came in use on days when the weather wasn't that kind (just remember to take your own logins for Netflix, Prime etc.) The shower room is quite small but functional, although there is quite a step into the shower cubicle so not ideal if you have mobility issues and the towels were small but plentiful. There is a well stocked Spar supermarket nearby and a number of local restaurants, as well as easy access to the seafront. We never met Petar, the host, but he was very easy to deal with via the Vrbo messaging site, responding quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

Still as good.

We stayed here 5 years ago and the property is still as good as our previous stay. The patio area has had a solid roof put on which makes it a better area to sit and offers some protection from the sun. We had no problems at all during our stay but I am sure Petar would have solved any straight away. The area is very safe and within easy reach of excellent shops and bars. We can highly recommend the pizza restaurant across the road and down the hill towards the marina. The sushi at the Spar up by the hospital is also excellent and much cheaper than Biberon near the apartment. If we decided another visit to Split we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Just ok

Not sure why this listing has luxury in the title. It’s acceptable, and I could see if we had kids that it would be great. The shower was teeny tiny (hard to even shave legs) and it was clogged. The towels and bed sheets were starched like crazy! Very scratchy and thin. We chose this over a hotel near the Riva because of the proximity to the nicer beaches. I wish they had beach towels for us as we had to buy some in town at high prices. The patio was nice in the evening.

The perfect appartment

The appartment was very nice with it's little backyard that we used a lot. It's close to the beach which is very nice. Maybe a little far from the old town, atleast if you're with someone with a small disability. But overall a very good stay

Great Appartement - Great area

We were 3 nights in this apartment and had a great time. The beach is nearby as well as a supermarket and great restaurant. It’s also possible to walk 20-30 min to Riva. Petar the host was super friendly and always available in case of any questions. The bathroom is small but totally fine. Otherwise the space of the apartment is good. We would come back again.
