Con una playa perfecta a solo 10 minutos a pie, y el mejor restaurante local a solo 2 minutos, esta auténtica villa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra escondida en su propia ubicación oculta, pero tiene una de las mejores vistas desde todas sus habitaciones y la amplia terrazas para tomar el sol.
Las 4 habitaciones disponen de baño y acceso directo a las terrazas y vistas impresionantes.
Ideal para una familia extensa (abuelita, abuelo, mamá, papá e hijos) o un grupo de amigos.
Pueden dormir 9 personas. Incluyendo una habitación familiar (con 2 camas para niños) y dos dobles.
La villa es amigable para los bebés. Mi encantadora nieta se queda aquí con nosotros este año, por lo que hay una cuna con colchón de seguridad, mantas de algodón y mosquitera, un asiento para bebé en la mesa y otra mosquitera para sillas de paseo, etc.
Es un simple hogar lejos del hogar en una villa auténtica.
Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones.
Disfrute del mejor desayuno recogiendo 'Tiropitakia' (pasteles de queso) calientes y pan de nuez fresco (comido con miel local) de los panaderos locales y siéntese al sol en su terraza privada para disfrutar de los placeres más simples.
Disfrute de las comidas en la soleada terraza cubierta de buganvillas; relajarse y tomar el sol en las terrazas muy privadas; o té de la tarde en el jardín de olivos.
Por la noche, observar las espectaculares puestas de sol con un cóctel en la terraza de la azotea es maravillosamente romántico.
Milos, una de las más pintorescas de las islas griegas, conserva su auténtico ambiente local y ofrece muchas gemas escondidas.
Se pueden pasar días en el agua; en la playa, paseando por el puerto, disfrutando de los numerosos restaurantes locales, paseando por las calles empedradas del antiguo pueblo atmosférico o caminando hasta las iglesias en la cima de una colina.
Descubre el anfiteatro recientemente renovado y el sitio de Venus de Milos. Disfrutando de las temperaturas de verano desde mediados de mayo (¡pero a mediados de abril estuvimos allí y volvimos al sombrío Reino Unido con bronceados increíbles!), esta es una fiesta ideal para familiares o amigos desde principios de mayo hasta finales de octubre.

Le logement correspondait à la description.L'hôte Jean Charles est très disponible et nous avons échangé à de très nombreuses reprises pour un soucis ci dessous...Dès notre arrivée, la climatisation de la chambre avec les 2 lits superposés était en panne.La seule solution trouvée et mise en oeuvre le mercredi, c'est à dire 6 jours après notre arrivée a été l'installation d'une clim mobile avec laquelle il est impossible de dormir et qui s'est en plus avérée inefficace.Bref nous avons loué un logement avec 4 chambres mais 2 personnes ont passé leurs nuits sur le canapé convertible de la pièce principale, ce qui n'a pas du tout été pratique!

Perfect holiday home

We had a wonderful time staying in JC's beautiful home in Trypiti. There were 8 of us in total with 4 children aged between 6 - 9. The property is very versatile with numerous terraces, a lovely outdoor eating area and 4 lovely en suite bedrooms. The views across the bay are stunning, taking in the beautiful sunsets. Trypiti has some wonderful restaurants and plenty of shops for general requirements. Its only a short walk to Plaka with lots of picturesque cobbled lanes courtyards to explore. JC was the perfect host and answered all our queries before our stay, and could not have been more helpful and welcoming. It really is a home from home and I would certainly recommend others to stay here.

La posizione della casa è perfetta. Nel piccolo Villaggio di Tripiti con una vista mozzafiato tutti i confort ( bagno in ogni camera, aria condizionata ecc ) Arredamento basico come normale in Grecia. Assolutamente da provare.

Une magnifique location sur une île superbe

Avec ses quatre chambres, la maison est idéale pour accueillir 8 personnes. Elles est très bien située au coeur du village de Tripiti, à proximité immédiate de Plaka (500m à pied), à proximité de très bons restaurants comme Ergyna et Bariello. Toutes les chambres sont indépendantes et donnent sur des terrasses orientées sur la baie de Milos. Elles sont toutes équipées de la climatisation, ce qui est appréciable lors des nuits les plus chaudes. La cuisine et le séjour sont très bien décorés et équipés. La petite piscine permet aux enfants de se rafraîchir et de passer du bon temps. Un autre point fort de cette location est la vue, incroyable, sur le baie de Milos. Sans oublier la grande disponibilité de JC, qui règle tous les problèmes à distance en un temps record. La machine à laver le linge a rendu l'âme pendant notre présence sur place. Une nouvelle machine était fonctionnelle dès le lendemain. Un SAV quatre étoiles! Nous recommandons chaudement cette location. Nos vacances à Milos ont été un grand moment, avec beaucoup de calme (à part les cloches de l'église mais c'est un détail) dans un cadre magnifique.

Una Grecia da cartolina

Caratteristica casa greca con ampi spazi esterni e vista da sogno, ideale per gruppi o coppie. Situata in un delizioso paesino e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Plaka offre tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno per una piacevole vacanza. Spazi interni, se pur non di recente ristrutturazione, adeguatamente forniti. Consigliata per chi ama una vacanza autentica, spesso a contatto con la natura (insetti e gatti friendly), che vi catapulterà nella classica cartolina della Grecia che tutti abbiamo nel cuore. Consiglio: tappi per i più sensibili dato la vicinanza alla bellissima chiesa di Tripiti e al suo campanile. Milos é bellissima, in questa casa lo sarà di più.

Incredible view overlooking Milos

The house is in the lovely town of Tripiti a great place to base yourself to see the Island. The house was comfortable and we especially liked spending the evening on the porch and eating fresh figs from the tree.

Heavenly !!!

A few years after, we still are under the emotion of what has probably been our best holiday experience for all the reasons explained in other reviews and in the description of the house. We don't know where heaven is but we won't forget where JC's house is. Thank you again JC.

Amazing holidays: awesome view -peaceful terraces

Almost 8 months later we still remember these holidays as the most perfect we had: we enjoyed relaxing times for breakfast and sun bathing on the terraces and spent the days discovering well preserved scenic beaches and small roads with wonderful views over the blue sea. Looking forward the next holidays there!

Very relaxing stay with great view over the bay

On top of the house itself which is perfect for great vacation with friends or family , the village of tripiti is the best spot to enjoy Milos. Milos with its wild beachs ans charming fishermen villages is one of our favorite greek islands.

Beautiful villa on a fantastic island

We stayed at the villa from 25.08 to 05.09 2015 and it was fantastic. The villa is beatiful, it has one of the best position on the island in the heart of the traditional village just under the church on narrow white and blue street and between two of the best restaurants on the island. The view from the terraces is one of kind, the beautiful bay, with all the ships from the smallest to the big cruise ships, entering and leaving the port. The position of the villa is very good sheltered from the famous Meltemi, the northern wind. The house is warm and very well equipped with all that you need to fell at home. The owner Jean Charles is a very nice person and you can see that from the house character. All in one is was a fantastic holyday in a beautiful villa on a fantastic island.

idyllic time in your villa in Milos

Hello Sarah and JC I thought I’d write this to you since we are just back from our idyllic time in your villa in Milos. Now its raining in England and we miss being there!! Its truly autumn in England but in Milos the sun shines every day! When we first found the village of Trypiti, the streets we so small and cobbled, we couldn’t believe that your villa would be right in the middle of the village and yet have the amazing views and peace and quiet you said there would be. So we turned off the main street, and in its own little private enclave, there sat your gorgeous villa, with no sounds except the occasional church bells and nothing but pure views from every window and every terrace. We woke the next morning, and couldn’t believe how amazing it was – the kids (in the bedroom next to us) and we - all walked straight out of our rooms, straight onto the terrace, and sat at the breakfast table, drinking freshly squeezed orange juice (my the local oranges are so sweet and juicy!) and fresh figs from your tree! Silence was golden as we just leaned back and looked around us at the views! We saw amazing birds flying overhead and the little boats coming and going across the water in the distance. On the other island opposite we used your wonderful binoculars to see the tiny church and people walking there to enjoy the peace and quiet. We were in heaven! By day we explored many different beaches, all with amazingly warm water, and we tried a different restaurant every evening. The local food is simple and healthy and so tasty! Our friends were taken by the romance of the island and he proposed to her! So while we were out visiting the restaurants, they sat on your upper terrace and enjoyed watching the incredible sunsets . They stayed in the annexe bedroom, which although was only 6 foot away from the main villa; it gave them a little extra privacy. With five terraces, we could choose to be together or apart, we could wallow in the chill-out pool, or sit in the shade of the olive trees. It was the simple life, the good life, and we miss it, and thank you, and would like to come back next year please! With heartfelt thanks Tracy and family.

My lovely villa has been my holiday sanctuary and where I go to relax and rejuvenate.
But word has spread amongst my family and friends and they have come increasingly often to stay and enjoy Milos's beautiful sunshine, local charm, the food and the lovely beaches and coves.
So now I am happy to share my villa with a few more guests, who will love it as I do.
I not commercially minded about my villa - its not a business - I prefer to work on trust and goodwill with my guests. If there is anything you want to know or need, just ask me, but in return I ask you to treat my lovely villa as you would do your own home.
Come and enjoy the scenery, the weather and the warm welcome, I know you'll enjoy it.

Why a French Man working in London has a house in Greece.
It ll started in 1978: going from one island to another one in the Egean Sea as a student totaly broke! Then I had the best week in Milos and promised myself, I shall come back.
I did in 2010 -fantastic memories stays- and bot my villa.
Since then not once I have been regretting it, even in full winter or in the summer heat, not to mentionned the kindness of the local people, absolutly helpful and friendly. I am sure that you will love Milos as much I love it
