Brambles es en gran medida un hogar familiar. La casa con sus amplias habitaciones está extremadamente bien equipada. Hay dos salas de recepción con TV (Sky en el salón principal) y también hay una gran sala de cocina-comedor / jardín. Está situado en un cierre de 5 casas similares alejadas de la carretera. Los propietarios viven en su barco estrecho Petroc durante los meses de verano. La ubicación es tranquila y bien alejada del tráfico de vacaciones, pero a poca distancia de todos los servicios y 7 playas locales. (2 millas)
Además de las salas de recepción y la cocina / comedor / sala de jardín con área de servicio, hay 3 habitaciones (1 King size, 1 doble y 1 doble), todas con lavamanos, baño separado que incluye ducha sobre bañera, ducha separada y WC separado y un guardarropa de abajo.
El jardín trasero está completamente cerrado. Los perros bien educados son muy bienvenidos.

We had a lovely stay from a very welcoming host(Gill). The house was well equipped and comfy. The garden was very tranquil with loads of visiting birds. 10 min drive to Padstow was simple enough.

Home from home in a great location!

Large property with a lovely private garden, dog friendly in a great location in the village of St Merryn which has many facilities including Rick Steins pub The Cornish Arms. Close to many lovely beaches, Padstow, Port Issac, Rock & Prideaux House & the Camel Trail, all worth a visit plus many more places of interest near by....Gill the owner was lovely & lived next door if you needed anything, also had excellent communication throughout and on arrival left us milk, scones, jam & cream in fridge, what more could we ask for!

Brambles St Merryn

We were lucky with the weather in October and were able to get out for great coastal walks every day. The house was fine and comfortable and the Well Park Hotel at Trevone was really friendly and dog friendly.

Marvellous Property ideally located for beach holiday

My wife, myself and our golden retriever Owen were delighted with the property. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable surroundings and dog friendly garden were just a few of the facilities provided by the friendly hosts of The Brambles as were the bottle of wine and scones upon our arrival. Fantastic trip

We had a brilliant stay at Brambles. This is one of our favourite areas in Cornwall with fantastic beaches, walks and pubs and restaurants. Brambles was clean, homely and had so many home comforts with toys for the children (5 and 1) and a lovely secure garden. We would happily go back again

Superb location and property

Lovely comfortable very spacious home in a quiet location with more than you could possibly want from a holiday home. We had a great family holiday and none of us wanted to leave. Defiantly be going back there in the future. Thank you Gill.

Lovely Brambles!

Super comfortable and spacious house with a lovely big garden for Poppy dog. A short drive into St Merryn and then on to the beautiful beaches at Harlyn and Trevone and scenic coast path. Gill, the owner was very helpful and friendly. This was our 3rd stay at Brambles - that speaks for itself.

Our holiday at Brambles

Perfect holiday, Brambles was clean, amazingly well equipped, spacious, the garden and grounds beautifully kept. Location fabulous for our fave beaches Constantine, Porthcothan, Morgan Porth, WatergateBay. Excellent info in the house. Could not find fault and hope to stay there again. Secure garden for our dogs. Just perfect. Plenty of parking in the driveway.

Family holiday.

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. Immaculately clean and well equipped. The owner kept in contact via text message to make sure we were happy and was very friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the beautiful beaches despite the extra crowds this year and we were especially lucky with the weather.

Family holiday

My family including baby grandson have just spent a week in this lovely house. It is very spacious with lots of rooms in which to relax. Very homely with lots to keep you entertained , TVs, books, games, radios. Well equipped with everything that you need and more. Beautiful setting with a pretty enclosed garden, close to local beaches. Our host was very easy to get hold of and kept in close contact with us. We felt very at home in this lovely family house and hope to return.

The perfect place to come back to after a long day on the beach!

A large and comfortable family home that was welcoming and relaxing all in one. One of the most relaxing and peaceful properties we have stayed in around the area of St. Merryn. The facilities were more than adequate and the layout of the property meant lots of nooks and crannies to sit in and chill and read a book or listen to music or just some quiet contemplation. The bed was large and sumptuous with a deep deep mattress. A perfect resting place after a long day on the beach. Large, plenty of room - safe garden for dogs. Thanks for letting us stay. Book with confidence

Spacious, clean and well equipped holiday home with very helpful owner.

Our family had a fantastic week at this fabulous holiday home which was clean, quiet and well equipped. It had everything we needed and plenty of space for 6 and a dog and a lovely garden. Gill, the owner, left a welcome gift of drink/ food which was much appreciated. There was useful information in the home too. The area was very near several stunning beaches and a few miles from beautiful Padstow. The village, a mile away, had great pubs ( early booking needed) and a shop for essentials. The small country roads were very busy in the middle of the day so going out early helped with this! We would love to come back again. Fabulous cottage, helpful owner and brilliant location!

Lovely comfortable house + garden.

The house is very comfortable and spacious with a lovely garden in a quiet cul-de-sac. We were there during a heatwave so the garden was particularly beneficial for our border collie Poppy as there are trees and shaded areas. The house is fully equiped with everything you could need. The beds are very comfortable and Gill (the owner) is a great communicator. It's a short drive into St. Merryn where there is a bakery, Spar, café, pub etc. I wouldn't recommend walking it as the road is narrow and windy with no pavements and cars travel quite fast.

Homely comforts

Brambles is a comfortable, well equipped house that has a homely feel to it. There is a nice garden to the rear that is secure if you have a dog. Great base in a great location. The owner was very approachable and friendly.

This was originally our own spacious and comfortable home which we have successfully let out for the past 17 years during the summer months whilst we lived on our narrowboat on the UK canals. Due to my husbands ill health we now live in a small annexe attached to the property and the main house is available for letting all year round.. Our daughter lives a a self contained annexe at the other end of the property. The area for guest is completely self contained both inside and out. There is parking for two guests cars on the driveway immediately in fron of the house.

Brambles is situated in a small close of 5 similar properties set back from the main road. It is quiet and peaceful away from the main bustle of the holiday trade. However it is 1 mile from the village of St Merryn which has 2 pubs, grocery store, baker, several restairants and a take-away. Within 2 miles there are 7 beautiful sandy beaches. There are plenty of coastal and countryside walks easily accessible, although a car is necessary.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Brambles was originally our main home where we lived during the winter, whilst in the summer we lived on our narrowboat. A fair amount of our possessions still have a place in the house making it really a comfortable home from home. There are plenty of books, games and childrens toys. However we now live permanently at Brambles in a self contained annexe to one end of the property. Our daughter lives in another self contained annexe at the other end of the house. The main letting house between the two is completely self contained , both in the house and the garden. The garden/dining area allows you to enjoy the garden even on the occasional rainy day. WE have fibre broadband to the house.
