Clean and friendly!

The apartment was very clean. The owner Marco was very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome upon arrival. Grandparents and our four year old also really enjoyed the stay. The location is convenient to take a bus or taxi to the beach. Walking distance to the grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, central market, and the cathedral. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Valencia!

A beautiful, well furnished apartment in a wonderful neighborhood

We loved the apartment. It was furnished well and was very clean. The host was very helpful with information about the area. He also responded quickly to any questions we had. He also came by on the weekend to repair a toilet with in a few hours of notifying him. The neighborhood is in close proximity to many of the sites we wanted to visit. There were also several excellent restaurants close by, as well as some nice shops. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Inmejorable

Hemos pasado una semana en este piso y repetiría sin dudarlo. La situación es buenísima, a 10 minutos a pie del Mercado Central o la Catedral, junto a los jardines del río Turia, a escasos metros de la parada de autobús...Además es amplio, luminoso y no le falta detalle. Muy cómodo y agradable y muy buena también la atención del propietario. Muchas gracias Marco.

Girls birthday trip

We chose this apartment as it has a terrace for sunbathing and drinks/ dining. The apartment was spacious and furnishing was modern and comfortable. Two bathrooms is a must for 5 girls and both had excellent showers. Some nice touches like toiletries and bottles of water in the fridge. Although we only prepared breakfasts the kitchen was well equipped for cooking for those self catering. We enjoyed our 5 days of sightseeing, walking in the park, visit to the beach and enjoying local bars and restaurants. The apartment is well situated for walking into old town and for bus stop to beach and Biopark. Marco was an excellent host meeting us on arrival to show us round the apartment and allowed us to check out late as well as organising a taxi for return to the airport. We would highly recommend the apartment for families and groups of friends.

Spacious, clean flat.

A delightful week in the old town. Apartment was perfect. Beds and living areas comfortable, flat equipped with everything we needed. Lovely to have both terrace and balcony. Fantastic for access to Turia park and cycle hire! A fascinating city with so much to see.

Great Time in Valencia

Marco is a super host, very friendly and he quickly resonded to every question. The apartment is well equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. The location is great, Cathedral and central market are in walking distance. Marcos apartment is the perfect place to stay and explore this nice town. I can really recommend it !

Prachtig appartement op perfecte locatie

Ruim appartement met volledige inrichting, 3 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers en terras met zon aan de rustige achterzijde. Perfect gelegen aan de rand van het centrum, dus alles op loopafstand.

Lovely, comfortable apartment

The apartment is really central, close to everything we wanted to visit. It was clean and well kitted out although we didn't really get around to using the kitchen. Marco was very accommodating and available if needed. The bed in the main bedroom was huge and very comfy and there was lots of wardrobe space. It was February so not masses of opportunity to sit on the terrace but it was a suntrap and would be lovely in warmer weather. We would definitely consider returning. Thanks Marco

Appartement complet, bien équipé et bien situé

Appartement sis dans le quartier del Carmen, proche du centre et de la voie verte, animé le soir. Spacieux, propre et très bien équipé.Héberge confortablement 6 personnes; l'une des 3 chambres n'a pas d'accès direct (accès par une autre chambre), mais c'est un inconvénient très mineur au vu des qualités de l'appartement.La description du site correspond parfaitement à la réalité. Je souligne aussi l'accueil très sympathique du propriétaire, et sa disponibilité.

Fantastic apartment, location and host

We stayed at Marco’s apartment for 10 days. We are a family of 4 made up of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was lovely and clean, with a large terrace and balcony. The location was fantastic and within walking distance of everything. Marco was a superb host and nothing was to much trouble for him. He made us reservations at his wife’s restaurant Navarro where we had an excellent paella Valencia. He also agreed a later check out and arranged our taxi to the airport. The city of Valencia is beautiful and Marco’s apartment is the perfect place to explore it from. I can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Well equipped, roomy apartment

The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, spacious for three of us and it was lovely to have a terrace. The location is very central and a good selection of restaurants in the neighbourhood. About only downside was the rubbish truck outside at 4.00am!

A Perfect Location!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marco’s apartment. It was just perfect for the five of us. The location was great, it was beautiful inside, and it was very well appointed. It had everything that we needed for our stay in Valencia. Marco told us everything we needed to know about the location, he was very helpful in explaining what we needed to know about the apartment, and he was always right on to communicate with us from the time we set up the reservation until we left to go on our way again.

wonderful apartment, great location, super host

The location of the apartment is great. From the district El Carmen you are in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The Park is just across the street. Central Market is a 10 min walk away. If you want to go to the beach you take a 20 min Bus ride. The bus station is around the corner and the bus comes every 15 min. The bike rental is also across the street (8€ a day). From the airport you take a taxi for 20 €. The apartment is in a quiet complex with elevator. It is tastefully furnished and has a nice kitchen and eat-in area. The modern bathrooms are wonderful. The bedrooms are very comfortable. All rooms are very well equipped with everything you need. Marco is a super host. He responded always very quick to all emails and was very helpful the hole time. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much for everything! Claudia

Fabulous stay in Valencia!

Have just come back from a fabulous holiday in Valencia! We really cannot fault it in any way. The apartment was just as described and as shown in the photos on the website. It was extremely well kitted out with everything you could think of to ensure a comfortable stay. Marco’s response rate was always less than the 12 hours promised and he was extremely helpful not only before but also throughout our stay if we had any questions to ask. Everywhere in the old town was within walking distance with so many bars and restaurants it was almost impossible to know where to start! There is a great “Consum” supermarket about a ten minute walk from the apartment (Carrer del Dr. Beltrán Bigorra, 9) and a place literally across the street where you can hire bikes. The park is a two minute walk away and runs all the way down to the City of Arts and Sciences (a leisurely 40 minute cycle ride on the flat). The Biopark is at the other end of the park but if you prefer not to walk or cycle you can take a cab (which can be easily flagged down on the main road) which will cost you roughly 5 Euros (to get the City of Arts and Sciences by taxi which is where the aquarium is, costs around 8 Euros). We would highly recommend renting this apartment and will likely return ourselves in the not too distant future. Thanks Marco!
