Casa exclusiva con piscina climatizada de 4 dormitorios, situada en el Resort Anfi Tauro Golf, a tan sólo 5 minutos conduciendo de la playa de Amadores. Es ideal para familias o grupos que deseen disfrutar de unas vacaciones idílicas en un entorno relajado. Muy íntima y bien distribuida, con espacios comunes amplios y confortables, muy luminosa, que nos irradia vida en todo momento.



Este exclusivo alojamiento de dos alturas destaca por sus grandes espacios y confortable equipamiento, además de una gran piscina privada climatizada y una maravillosa terraza exterior con privilegiadas vistas, que gracias a sus enormes cristaleras, hacen que el interior sea muy luminoso.



Consta de 4 amplios dormitorios, cada uno con baño completo privado con ducha, tres de ellos con cama de matrimonio y el otro con dos camas individuales. Las camas son de la más alta calidad para que puedan relajarse y disfrutar de una gran noche de sueño. Todas las dependencias están dotadas con aire acondicionado.



Está disponible una cama auxiliar, además de cunas y tronas. Rogamos nos lo haga saber a la hora de hacer su reserva.



Amplio salón comedor con enormes cristaleras para poder disfrutar del maravilloso paisaje, además de smart TV de 55" con canales internaciones incluidos, además de conexión NETFLIX, YOUTUBE... La cocina está totalmente equipada con lavavajillas y utensilios de cocina, así como acceso directo a la terraza y piscina climatizada. El piso inferior también dispone de baño y cocina.



Dispone de parking privado con capacidad para dos coches, además de mesa de ping pong para disfrutar al completo de unas vacaciones exclusivas.

El complejo cuenta con seguridad privada las 24 horas del día con control de seguridad a la entrada.



El resort cuenta con un supermercado SPAR y un magnífico restaurante grill, famoso por su buena parrilla.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We had no hot water for four days, no WiFi for five (which caused health concerns for a guest with a pacemaker), and also encountered cockroaches in a bedroom. The villa has potential, but these issues and lack of communication made the experience far below expectations.

Perfect location and smooth solution for check in / check out. Well designed spacious house and very nice pool area where we spent a lot of time. Minor issues were quickly fixed. We really want to come here again.

Fantastic week with the family in this villa!

Stayed here from 7 to 14 Aug 2017 , 10 of us, me, my husband, 3 sons plus their wives and 2 babies. Beautiful villa, plenty of room, very well equipped and with a lovely clean warm pool. My husband and sons played golf 3 days at the resort and really enjoyed the course. The other days we spent at the beach and waterpark, all nearby. There is a grill restaurant on site which takes 5 mins to walk to which is excellent and next door is a supermarket with everything you need. The villa owner Pablo was so kind and helpful and always on hand if you had any questions. A lovely holiday!

Wonderful week with our family.

Just returned from family hol, 2 adults, 2 children age 2+6 years..The villa beautiful and very clean with everything you could need..very peaceful with wonderful view of surrounding golf and the sea. The pool was beautifully clean and warm...Pool towels, all towels, toiletries, kitchen essentials provided all fab..home from home. Grill restaurant good and spar supermarket has what you need, 5 mins walk away...location 5mins by taxi to great beaches,10 mins by taxi to ports/marinas restaurants etc. Easy road access to everything/everywhere. Pablo our host was very friendly, and on hand whenever we needed. Great time we will be back x

Amazing Villa and Superb Host

Stayed here for a week this February and had an amazing week. Before my stay Pablo was very helpful. He answered email queries quickly and even rearranged the transfers for us at a much cheaper rate than the companies were offering. The villa was superb with everything available you could have wanted. We got there to find a welcome pack including sweets, chocolates, fruit, drink, etc. The kitchen was well equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge freezer and washing machine. There were plenty of plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses and even things like cooking oil, dishwasher liquid and washing up liquid. Not only that but the bathrooms were well supplied with toilet roll and hand soap. Plus there were towels for us and plenty of spare ones too. The pictures of the villa are very accurate. The living space is large and all the bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms and plenty of storage for our clothes. Although there were 9 of us we never felt cramped or crowded. The main bedroom is in the main villa but the other rooms were easily accessible by the pool area. The space downstairs was big also and again well equipped with a TV, etc. The pool was lovely and there is a small, shallow area for young children to play in. There were several sliding doors that could be opened and the sun was over the pool all day. Even though there were several nearby properties and it being on a golf course it was very quiet. The complex was very clean and well maintained. Pablo came to visit to check everything was ok and also sent me lots of information about the area, places to eat, etc which was really useful. The villa was located near to the entrance so not too far to walk for the Spar shop, which to be fair was not massively expensive. There is also a grill restaurant serving steaks, pizzas, burgers etc and the option to sit inside or outside. The staff were friendly too. We did walk down to Amadores beach which took 30 mins but probably not ideal for elderly or those with mobility problems. The beach and area were stunning with several shops and restaurants along the beach so you could eat whilst watching the sunset. We took taxis down the one evening which only cost between 3-4 euros so if you don’t want to hire a car then taxis are cheap and very accessible. It was my first visit to Gran Canaria but definitley not my last and of course the weather was amazing.

Sitio ideal

Me encanta la zona de Tauro para disfrutar del verano, la casa Oceano cumple con todas las características para mejorar incluso el sitio. Ruhige Sonnentage

Das Haus ist sehr schön auf dem Golfplatz gelegen. Für Ruhesuchende ideal. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr gut ausgestattet und haben schöne Badezimmer. Das Zimmer im Untergeschoß ist schön eingerichtet. Die Betreuung vor Ort war stets hilfreich und und hat schnell reagiert. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Porto Mogan oder an den Dünen von Maspalomas. Als Ausgangsort für einige Erkundungstouren sehr gut gelegen. Das Badezimmer im Untergeschoß ist leider nicht schön und es riecht auch nicht gut. Zudem ist die Pooltechnik im Untergeschoß laut und störend. Hier sollte eine bessere Schallisolierung der Rohrleitungen und die Renovierung des Bades vorgenommen werden.

Welcome to paradise

Prachtig gelegen: rustig, mooi uitzicht , beschut tegen de wind, nabij winkelcentrum, nabij mooi strand met snorkelmogelijkheden, golf spelen kan in het aansluitende terrein. Veel ruimte en licht. Alles netjes en proper. Heerlijk zwembad. Communicatie met verhuurder verliep prima. Kortom: een verblijf zonder compromissen.

The property and location are very good. The fixtures and fittings are a little bit tired, but I think that is reflected in the price. None of the rooms are interconnect so I would not recommend for families with very young children.

Great location Pablo very good host

The villa is in a great location with local supermarket and grill within walking distance. Beaches close by with our favourite Amordorus beach being only 4 euros in a taxi. We had a car for the first week and did miss travelling around the island during the second week. However you can manage to get to all the local beaches easily. Very good taxi services. We had a few issues at the beginning with aircon in the master bedroom and lighting and the maintenance men came out a few times to sort things out for us. Pablo was very easy to reach and sorted things out as quick as possible. He was happy to share his love of his homeland with you. The pool whilst not a large one was lovely and has a pump that enables you to swim again the current which means you can still swim against it and feel you have had a good swim. You get the sun for most of the day and see lovely sunsets. The weather was glorious everyday. The WiFi was good in the main part of the house but a bit weak in the bedrooms that are accessed from the pool area but we all decided that wasn’t a bad thing really.

Nice house with good view

We where a family of 9 people using 3 rooms for 1 week. There is and extra room in the basement but we did not used it. The house is nice, clean pool, good beds and a good view. A huge plus that each room have separate toilet and a open kitchen/living room right next to the pool and terrace. Pablo was a good host both before arriving and during our stay. Easy to talk to and available all time for questions and info about the island and the area.

Me and my family really loved the place and the area. We were 8 in the family and that was perfect. In the place were everything you needed. The big kithen was perfect to get along in evenings. The pool was perfect and warm and we used it a lot. A coule of blocks away there was a restaurang with really good food. We really recommend this place. Pecke with family Enköping / Sweden

Great holiday. Pablo was good at communicating, very enthusiastic about his island with plenty of suggestions and met us on arrival. The villa was very spacious, one room downstairs with its own kitchen / TV / sofa but no natural light. The villa had a stunning view including sea in the distance and surrounding golf course providing some greenery in the mountains. Definitely need a car to get around but space for 2 cars so no problem. We loved the nearby beaches including the famous Playa de Morgan, under 15mins drive. We would return happily, thank you Pablo

Wonderful house with problems

Please read this review carefully to understand the somewhat mediocre rating and make up your own mind. We were a family of five adults and one baby. Since we wanted a house for a week in end January/early February, a heated pool for both adults and children was crucial for us. We arrived on Saturday evening and were introduced to the house by the house agent (not the owner). The house layout matched our expectations, however the pool was cold (19 centigrade). After a day without any increase in temperature we started to suspect a broken heating system, and it later turned out to be true. The pool service staff, that arrived after we insisted, confirmed that the heating system was not working. He also mentioned that he was not surprised since the heating system had not been upgraded during a recent pool expansion, even though he had recommended it. After complaints from our side, a larger heatpump was bought (4500€), but due to complex installation work (wall modification, electricity, fan outlet etc.) it was never functioning during our stay. With a baby in the family, we turned to the Jacuzzi (approx. 250 litre). However the three bath-rooms and kitchen in the ground floor AND the Jacuzzi are all fed by a one small water heater, estimated to be of 70 litre. In practice there was not sufficient hot water to fill the Jacuzzi under most circumstances. The house agent did suggest a refund due to the pool matter. We agreed after some negotiation on a substantial refund. In general the house has a wonderful layout with large combined kitchen & living room and 3 bedrooms with individual bathroom on the ground floor, all around the terrace/pool. The bedroom in the basement has no window and is next to the noisy pool operating room but has its own little kitchen and bathroom. A minor frustration is the very basic dishwasher (slow and noisy). In addition the outdoor dining table can barely fit 5 adults (indoor table can do 6 persons). It’s a quiet area with a basic supermarket and 3-4 restaurants within walking distance. The local beach is basic but reachable by foot. Note that to walk to the beach, nearest bus stop and most of the restaurants one need to cross the golf course (unofficial rough walking path! Watch out!). In summary, this is in many ways a wonderful house that we would consider to rent again. However the pool issue raises concerns regarding technicalities and communication. Yet, there seem to be a willingness to improve matters.

We found that the management and the maintenance staff were very helpful and responsive. The area was quiet and had views of the sea. There was good road access to and from the airport and the rest of the island. The nearby beach was the best in the area and the children and adults enjoyed their visits to it. The swimming pool was ideal for children and they spent hours in it. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children under 5. There was lots of room both to do things together in the property or to with draw and be quiet. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a holiday .
