This is an ideal property for a large group seeking beachfront property in a quiet area of PEI! The cottage was very large, allowing each family their own bedroom and bathroom! The garage was well equipped with outdoor cooking facilities that we used frequently during our stay. The kitchen was large and included everything you need to prepare wonderful meals. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were plentiful!The beach was great for lounging, walking, sea glass searching and fishing for striped bass. If you require an accommodation for a large group this is a great choice. We definitely may return some day

Felt like home

From the moment we arrived we felt at ease and comfortable…felt like home. Our large group of 16 never felt crowded. The beach house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own space to relax in. Beautiful decor! Lots to do, never a dull moment. Beach was amazing and easy enough to access and with only locals going it felt like a private beach! Lots of smiles and laughter had by all. Would definitely visit again! From Glengarry, Ontario

Beyond Impressed

We were a group of 14 people, 3 families with kids ranging from 1-10. This beach house was perfection. Very spacious, private & gorgeous views. The house had everything you would need!!! The beach was above expectations, private & SO much for the kids to explore. The water was very warm & calm while we were there. The kitchen was very well stocked, two dishwashers & three fridges was ++ nice. We really appreciated how many bathrooms there were with a large group. Highlights would be the little bench overlooking the water, the sunroom with the indoor hammock swings, and the BEACH!!!

The Best Summer Vacation Ever!

This property was everything I hoped it would be and so much more. Stunning ocean views, amazing sunsets, fun on the beach, games in the yard, and my list goes on. The house accommodated 10 adults and 8 children with ease, we never felt crowded. The house itself is magnificent, 5 beautiful washrooms, 6 bedrooms and more if needed, but our room of choice was the sunroom & bar that we gathered in daily. The kitchen was a delight to cook in, lots of fridge space, and with a great bbq and two dishwashers meals & cleanup were not a problem. I loved it and I know everyone with me did too. Thank you!

Nestled in a picturesque quiet costal village community just KMs from Miminegash Harbour. Community is very welcoming. Beautiful beaches right at the cottage and area, swimming, breathtaking sunsets and beautiful coastal drives. The Beach House was well equipped with beach towels, BBQ, large cooking pot and cooking stand to cook large amounts of lobsters. Comfortable,beds, extra blankets were available. All five bathrooms were well equipt with towels and amemities, bodywash, shampoo and conditioner. There are games, kids DVDs, foosball and a ping pong table. Fun for all ages! The Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and many pots, pans and dinner ware. We had a group of 14 people and we did not find we were crowed. There was two sitting areas with amazing views of the sea along with a extra large family table. The open concept design allowed even the people in the kitchen did not miss anything. Thank you very much, we had an amazing stay at this Beach House.

Love this Beach House!

We have stayed here 3 times with family and friends and absolutely love it! It is so spacious a beautifully decorated. They have thought of everything and very quick to respond with any questions. We will be back for sure!

We could not have asked for a better house for our large group of 18 (8 adults, 10 kids). Lots of room, clean and beautiful house, amazing views, and access to beautiful quiet beach.

We had a great time at Paul’s house on PEI. The house was beautiful and just as described. It was so relaxing to be able to enjoy the beach in the evenings. We will definitely stay here if we visit PEI again!

A great family vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at this property! The facilities are very clean, up to date, well equipped and the location is exactly what we wanted. With young children, it provided a safe space for them to explore and have some 'memory making opportunities'. Parents and grandparents were also able to relax knowing that the children were having fun. Sue was very responsive to our requests and easy to contact. All in all, a great vacation property for us!

Seaside sanctuary get away from it all.

This accommodation has all you need to enjoy your vacation on PEI. We discovered its secrets and treasures daily. Our group was gathered to honor our last surviving member of our parents generation. We and she will remember this week a long time. The huge dining room table allowed us the opportunity to sit around and reminisce, laugh, play cards and just talk. Beach walks, lobster boil, sunset watching and the unique opportunity to watch the opening of lobster season added to the enjoyment of our stay. This is a comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation. Our only issue some guests would be annoyed with, was a sketchy internet typical of the area. Knowing this in advance helped me decide to leave my computer home. We didnt make use of the bikes, paddle board or kayak but they were there if we wanted to. Overall I highly recommend Ebbsfleet Beach House for a quiet rejuvenating stay on western PEI.

Loved the property and beach front. Had so many fun times and so much relax time! The house is also incredible. We’ve stayed at other beach houses on the island in the past and they mostly have nice beach areas but this house was above all the others. Easily accommodated our party of 18!

Superb Stay at the Ebbsfleet Beach House

We had an amazing time at the Ebbsfleet Beach House. It was the perfect size to accommodate 8 adults and 7 children. The bunkroom was amazing for the older children, a great place for them to hangout. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed (even a popcorn machine). The lobster boil pot came in very handy for our outdoor lobster dinner. The sunsets and the scenery are incredible. Everyone enjoyed beachcombing (lots of sea glass and shells) and playing in the waves. It makes you want to move to beautiful Prince Edward Island!

Beautiful and spacious!

Beautiful location and house with plenty of space! We had 9 adults and 8 young children in December and we never felt crowded. The owners were wonderful and accommodating. There was a power outage when we were there and they did everything they could to make manageable. Excellent visit! Planning to go back when the weather is nicer!

This property is like PARADISE!!!!

I recently rented this beach house with my whole family (July 28-August 4) and it was even better than we expected. Everyone had their own space and everything was well organized to facilitate all of our activities, from cooking to beach time. Amazing vacation home! Perfect for a family vacation!

This lovely vacation home has it all! It’s huge, decorated beautifully and stocked with literally everything you could need! From lobster pot and burner to blenders bikes, kayak and paddle board- it had it all! The layout is perfect for large groups- really does sleep 20! The hammocks in the sunset room were a big hit and there’s a great fire pit and seemingly private beach! I would 100% recommend this gorgeous spot and will definitely be going back!

Great vacation amazing property

We had a great family vacation. The home far surpassed our expectations. The house was perfectly equipped for our group with plenty of room to relax. The beach was a great place to spend some time looking shells and rocks and for enjoying a beverage with the waves crashing in.

First time in PEI

One of the best spots on the island. Close enough to towns for groceries and seafood but on a wonderful quiet side of North Cape. Beautiful beach and fantastic sunsets. The house was perfect, felt like home. Would come out to the island again.
