Tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente. Una segunda sala de estar tiene un sofá-cama. Tiene un baño completo con WC; un baño con ducha y WC separado. Está completamente amueblado y equipado. Great stay

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Beaulieu. The villa was great, the pool was our favorite place to be but we had nice game nights on the outside table as well. During the intensely hot days we had to stay inside to cool off, which worked nicely. Only downside is the location - 12 minutes to the supermarket (although in the great town of Sommieres). Elaine and Michelle were great hosts. Highly recommended!

Convenient location for exploring the area

The villa was clean on arrival and Michèle the housekeeper was very helpful. There are plenty of plates/cutlery/glasses etc but the villa and grounds are rather tired and could really do with some updating. All the appliances work, but the bathroom facilities, particularly the small shower room is quite primitive!

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, und alles Nötige für einen entspannten Urlaubsstart war vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt und idyllisch – alle wichtigen Ziele wie Montpellier, der Strand oder sehenswerte Orte sind in weniger als einer mit dem Auto Stunde erreichbar. Der Pool war eine tolle Erfrischung.Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das sehr nette Paar Michèle und Éric für die tolle Unterstützung. Wir haben uns als vierköpfige Familie rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten super entspannen. Vielen Dank auch an Elaine – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Fantastic stay

We recently stayed here as a group of 4 for 1 week and absolutely loved it. The property was fantastic, really clean and well equipped - a real home from home. Everything far exceeded our expectations and there were some lovely touches that made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Elaine was a pleasure to deal with when making the booking, very helpful and thoughtful and we received a warm welcome upon arrival. The villa is in a lovely location, it felt very private and quiet but nearby larger places to visit or eat out were only a short drive away. We would highly recommend this villa and can't thank Elaine enough for such a wonderful holiday, we enjoyed every minute of it.

Tout était parfait

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines dans cette belle maison où nous avons profité de la piscine, du jardin et du beau temps. La maison est conforme aux photos. Elle est très propre et le jardin bien entretenu. Merci à Elaine pour sa délicate attention à notre arrivée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Haus Das Haus hat einen großen hellen Wohnraum, in dem sich auch die voll ausgestattete Küche und der große Esszimmertisch befinden. Wir haben in der Küche wirklich nichts vermisst und waren begeistert von dem riesigen Kühlschrank. Ansonsten gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer (2x Doppelbett, 2x zwei einzelne Betten), wobei der Masterbedroom über ein Vorzimmer verfügt, in dem das Sofa steht und von dem man auch in das kleine Bad mit Dusche und Waschbecken kommt. Es gibt noch ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Waschbecken und WC und ein separates WC. In allen Schlafzimmern gibt es Ventilatoren, die man Mitte August auch gut gebrauchen kann. Die Zimmer sind alle freundlich gestrichen und nicht zu groß, aber man verbringt ja auch kaum Zeit darin. Die Terrasse ist groß und teilweise mit einem Sonnensegel überdacht. Sie ist so angelegt, dass man mit Hilfe von zwei seitlich aufgestellten Liegestühlen den Ausgang zum Pool verbauen kann. Das ist wichtig, wenn man mit kleinen Kindern anreist. Das W-LAN funktioniert überall im Haus einwandfrei. Pool Der Pool ist so groß, dass man unproblematisch mit der Einhorn-Luma und zwei weiteren großen Schwimmreifen gleichzeitig planschen kann und sich trotzdem nicht in den Weg kommt. Wir waren schwer begeistert. Strand Der Strand „La Grande Motte“ ist ca. 35 Minuten entfernt. Man kann in Parkbuchten entlang der Küstenstraße parken oder auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz (5€/Tag oder 35€/10 Tage). Wir teilten uns ein 10er-Ticket, sodass wir mit zwei Autos fünf Mal parken durften. Der Strand ist weitläufig und je nach Abschnitt gibt es sogar Duschen am Aufgang. Man könnte auch an den Strand von „Le Grau du Roi“, dies ist aber ein Stadtstrand und das muss man mögen. Einkaufen Der Bäcker und ein CasinoMarkt sind tatsächlich in nur 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir brauchten jedoch GoogleMaps und nette Anwohner, um den richtigen Weg am ersten Tag zu finden. Keyholder Es gibt zwei Ansprechpartner in der direkten Nachbarschaft. Beide sind unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend und helfen schnell und unkompliziert bei jedem Problem. Sie sprechen etwas Englisch, aber es ist von Vorteil, wenn man auch ein Paar Worte Französisch kann. Fazit Der Kontakt mit Elaine ist unkompliziert und sie antwortet immer innerhalb von 24h, eher schneller. Das Haus ist fantastisch und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nur Gäste mit kleinen Kindern müssen sich eine kleine Grundausstattung mitbringen.

Fantastic holiday spent here

This was our second time visiting Beaulieu & staying in this lovely villa. It is well equipped & comfortable. Many things to do within half an hours drive from the villa. We loved visiting the Pont du Gard, Aigues-Mortes, Montpellier & Nimes during our stay. The town of Sommieres, only a 10 minute drive away, is a beautiful town & well worth visiting.

Lovely family house with pool in quiet area

The house is a modern four bed, with a great pool area. There is a lovely terrace, and the house is extremely well equipped for al fresco dining with the bar BQ on the terrace. Great neighbours welcomed us on arrival. The town is quiet with only a small pizzeria (limited opening hours), and one boulangerie - but there is a small shop, and larger towns are only 10 minutes drive. We spent two wonderful days at the beaches within 30 minutes drive. The house was great for us, with our two girls age 11 and 14. We hope to return to Beaulieu again some day. Wonderful!

The property was exactly as described, if anything better. The house was spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean. Elaine provided us with all the information and we were given a warm welcome on arrival (which was a little delayed due to a confused SATNAV) and everything worked perfectly. The pool is plenty large enough and is well lit at night thanks to a handily placed street lamp. Eating on the terrace is a joy, surrounded by flowers, Beaulieu itself is a charming village, and Sommieres is but a few minutes drive. The surrounding area has plenty to offer, with all the usual attractions of the Midi: beautiful towns and villages, markets, wine and the sea is surprisingly close. Another aspect that appealed to us but is not usually mentioned in this context, was the number of pleasant walks in the vicinity, just enjoying the countryside - the blue IGN maps show all the footpaths and are usually very accurate. We have stayed many times in the Languedoc and this is certainly up there with the best places we have stayed. I would recommend it without reservation.

Fabulous house

This was the perfect house for our family holiday. The location was perfect due to its close proximity to so many places of interest and the house and pool facilities meant that you could spend enjoyable relaxing days simply staying at home. We had ongoing communications with Elaine who owns the property and she could not have been more helpful in providing advice and information. We hope to go to France again in two years and we will certainly inquiring about the availability of this house.

Beautiful Villa

We are just back from a week stay at this lovely villa in Beaulieu. We were a group of 3 couples and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The villa is bright, spacious and like home from home with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Fabulous outdoor area and pool. The small village of Beaulieu is a short stroll away with a great bakery for fresh bread in the morning. Two larger towns Castries and Sommieres (well worth a visit) only a 10minute drive. Pont Du Gard an hour away was spectacular. Montpellier is a beautiful city and a must for shopping! If you are looking for a relaxing holiday or want to explore the Herault/Gard Regions this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommended, owners were more than helpful with all the questions we had. We hope to visit again some day. Thanks again Elaine.
