Soča House es realmente tan hermosa como se ve en las fotografías y a los huéspedes que se hospedan aquí les resulta difícil irse al final de sus vacaciones, situado a solo 10 minutos a pie de Kobarid (1,2 km) en sus propios terrenos.

Es un apartamento muy espacioso con tres dormitorios, dos baños, cocina, salón / comedor, terraza y jardín muy amplio.

Es un gran lugar para sentarse y relajarse o para probar las muchas actividades al aire libre disponibles en la puerta.

El primer dormitorio tiene un baño con ducha y una cama doble grande.

Dos dormitorios es una habitación doble con dos camas individuales.

El tercer dormitorio es ideal para niños con literas. Cunas de viaje también disponibles si es necesario.

Nica house at a beautiful location

We stayed at the apartment at the ground floor, really nice apartment. It was really clean and shipshape, everything you need is there. The view from the terrace and garden is absolutely stunning.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben den Urlaub in Soca-Haus sehr genossen. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit wundervollem Ausblick und trotzdem in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum von Kobarid- ein wirklich tolles Ferienhaus. Alle Wassersportaktivitäten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe durchzuführen und die Badestelle nahe Robic war prima , um sich zu erfrischen. Das alles und eine sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin machten unseren Urlaub zu einem vollen Erfolg. Vielen Dank

Tolle Lage am Ortsrand nahe der Napoleon-Brücke

Wir haben zu fünft eine Woche in der Erdgeschosswohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung im 1. OG war während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vermietet und so hatten wir das Haus für uns alleine und haben die lauen Abende auf der tollen Terrasse verbracht ohne andere zu stören. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Betten waren frisch bezogen und jeweils 2 wunderbar flauschige Handtücher pro Person lagen bereit. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, aber Kaffeetrinker sollten Handfilter oder eine Maschine mitbringen. Der kombinierte Wohn-/Ess-/Kochbereich war für uns dank des guten Wetters ausreichend, weil unser Urlaub fast ausschließlich draußen stattfand. Ansonsten kann es bei Vollbelegung kuschelig werden. Die Außenmöblierung ist auf 4 Personen ausgelegt, auf den riesigen Kohlegrill passt Fleisch für 15. Dolores hat sich super um alles gekümmert, sie war stets erreichbar und fragte auch zwischendurch ob alles i.O. sei. Großes Dankeschön hierfür! Durch die Lage am Ortsrand hat man das Gefühl, völlig alleine zu sein. Zu Fuß sind es in den Ort knapp 10 Minuten, der Supermarkt (mit Bäckereitheke) ist noch näher. Vom Haus in Richtung Brücke findet man etwa 50 m vor der Brücke einen kleinen Abstieg zum Fluss, wo man herrlich baden kann. Es gibt flache Stellen aber auch Felsen zum Springen - aber bei rund 11 Grad Wassertemperatur begrenzt sich das Baden meist auf die Erfrischung. Vom Haus weg bieten sich hervorragende Wander- und Biketouren an. Fazit: ein wirklich gut ausgestattetes Haus in toller Alleinlage mit einer wunderbaren Vermieterin. Für fünf Sterne müsste aber m.E. der Wohnraum größer sein, weil es mit 6 Personen bei schlechtem Wetter eng werden kann.

Fantastic locTion

A super location what a view to wake up to ! The villa was cleN and provided all you could ask for and the garden was great for our youngest child who played with a family in the villa above.Great for waking and river sports lots of history a great introduction to Slovenia We will be back.

Wonderfull stay

Fantastic!

Hi Dolores & Malcolm, thank you for 3 fantastic weeks in Soca House. The Apartment was in very good condition and very comfortable equipped. The air condition helps a lot during the time with 38 degrees outside. It was absolutely fantastic to enjoy the big garden, the perfect view on the mountains and the beautiful surroundings. I'm sure that we will come back. Thank you for your support and the nice evening in the restaurant. Bye Andreas & Family

Fantastic place to stay

Lovely house in a fantastic location. My husband and my 2 children (15 and 12) stayed for a week in this beautiful house in Kobarid. We wanted to be near the Soca river for canyoning/white water rafting but were concerned about the river being too cold to swim in. This house is very near the Nadiza river - perfect for swimming, sun bathing etc. and is also a 10 min walk from the nearest supermarket and only 15 mins walk to Kobarid centre. What a gem - lovely square in town with several bars/restaurants and the best ice cream according to my son! Soca house itself is surrounded by beautiful views and a lovely garden. Inside it's lovely, very comfortable and tastefully decorated. All in all a delightful place to stay. If I could make one suggestion - it would be nice to have 4 bikes to go into the centre. Would definitely recommend to friends/family.

Soca house

Very nice located holiday home with big garden. The living room/kitchen is a bit small for 6 persons, but for the 2 of us and 2 big dogs it was fine. Beds were made when we arrived. The house is located just outside Kobarid, very nice and quiet location. You have access to the ground floor. Owners stay in the upper part if they are in Slovenia. They left the day after we arrived. There is a small path from the house up the hill wich leads to a hiking trail. Historical trail in Kobarid is nearby. Soca river is nearby. There is a lovely little beach just a bit downstream of the kayak entry point (down the stairs to the left through the bushes). Kobarid is about 10 minutes walk from the house. There are some nice restaurants there and a supermarket. Kayaking on the river is great, but prepare to get wet. Tolmin gorges is beautiful. Don´t go to Javorca. It´s a terrible road to get there and not worth it. If you like hiking and outdoor activities we would definitely recommend this house.

Fantastic Holiday!

The Soca House is really an ideal location for a fantastic holiday. Clean, beautiful and it looks like it is brand new! It has a big beautiful garden with a large bbq, 2 big bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom, a nice kitchen and living room, a very clean bathroom and a sunny terrace with very comfortable chairs. It is really highly recommended!

Perfect for a family with several children

We visited in July 2011, a married couple with 2 children (boys age 12 and 8). Soca house is pefrect for a small family. You get the whole bottom floor of this lovely house. The house is secluded and private, with its private driveway directly across from the luminous blue water of the Soca river. Yet, it is only about 10 minutes walk from the house to a decent grocery store and another 5 minutes into the town of Kobarid itself. Kobarid is small. About 30-40 minutes up the road through the mountains and along the river is Bovec, which is the lively center of outdoor activity in the region, including prominently whitewater kayaking and excellent hilwalking/hiking around the small towns surrounding Bovec. You can get to Bohinj/Bovec by car in about 2.5 hours, but through very small and twisty mountain roads (not good for people prone to car sickneess!). Try the autovlak -- it will be easier on your passengers' nerves, even if it does not actually save much travel time. Back to the Socahouse. It's well-kept with a nice big yard and adjoining fields. A very pleasant place to sit and watch the clouds roll into the valley in the evening, and roll back out in the morning. The caretaker, Mojca, and her husband are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet place within striking distance of outdoor activity and the beautiful scenery of the Slovene mountains, rivers, valleys, and farms, consider Soca House!
