Las tres habitaciones cuentan con vistas de la ventana del lago Cay y toda la unidad está recientemente renovada y decorada. Con un sofá cama en el estudio puede alojar a nueve haciendo de este ideal para grandes familias de vacaciones o grupos que asisten a una convención.

Hay un espacio de comedor formal y una mesa de comedor en el patio también. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario para preparar una comida completa. Nice condo

Really nice condo. Very spacious. The newly updated furniture is not the same as in the original posting. And there were some places that needed to be cleaned. There was coffee as well as cream and sugar for our use, which is a huge plus. And they left us some extra garbage bags and laundry soap for use. This was a very nice convenience.

Family

I gave the check in process a 4 because I had to call and get the info for the gate and door code, but when I did contact them it was sent immediately. And a 4 for the property manager because message sent to her was never responded to. Over all stay was a 5, condo was fresh, cleans and beds and furniture very comfortable. This is a great save for a family and we enjoyed sitting on balcony for our meals.

2023 AAU volleyball nationals

perfect place to stay for volleyball nationals. We were able to walk to the convention center and many restaurants/shopping. the property is beautiful with comfortable places to gather in larger groups.

Small room needs lots of updates

Pictures deceiving, smallest room ive ever stayed in and most expensive, dryer would not dry anything , garbage disposal had no power going to switch, couch in front room like a brick, one king bed hard one soft, bathroom in main hall cabinets paint was peeling bad. However, vista cay is resort we stay at every year, but room itself was worst one, usually love our room

Great Location ! Close to where we wanted to be

This townhome was in a great location. We checked in at night and it was easy to spot and so close to the gate. It was a walk to the pool but that worked out just fine for us. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the park. When we arrived we were left with a nice gift for staying there. The beds were comfy however the pillows were very hard and all my kids even complained about them. The things that I wish I would have known before I arrived was that their was no condiments but salt and pepper and some cooking spray so if you want to cook you have to bring your own of everything else. Also you need to bring your own toilet paper as we had only one roll per the two bathrooms and we had 8 people staying in the rental. We also needed to purchase paper towels. The dishwasher had no back wheels. The internet code was not easily seen so I had to text someone to find it. Which they responded that evening that was very helpful. Each person in the rental had one towel and one washcloth. There were also swim towels thankfully. The clothes dryer had to be turned on two times because it would not dry our clothes in the first hour. The master bathroom takes about 5 minutes for the water to heat up and it has low water pressure. The hardest issue for me is this wasn't the cleanest home. Behind the beds were lots of dust bunnies and the floor was black when wiped with a paper towel. It is a nicely decorated home.

Great Place

We stayed here for our visit to SeaWorld. This place was safe and convenient. Kitchen was fully equipped. House was clean and comfortable. Overall, great experience and highly recommended.

Great location and spacious

Great property location, both within the resort and also Orlando as a whole. Resort wise it’s far enough away from the pool etc so you don’t hear any noise or anything, but still only a 5 min walk. Same for shops and a bar just 5 mins away. Also right next to the exit gate made getting Ubers and lyfts very easy and the resort is perfectly placed between all the theme parks and social areas. Maximum 20mins away from the furthest park and closest is only 5-8 mins away.

Perfect location. Lots of space!

We love staying at vista cay. This condo was close to the pool/arcade. Huge bedrooms and lots of space. Could have been a little cleaner… my kids had black feet within ab hour. The couch is not the same as the photos. It’s much much smaller. For a condo that could easily sleep 8+ people… the couch barely fit 3. Luckily we didn’t spend a lot of time sitting around. Overall we liked it and would probably stay again!

Quiet location close to Sea World

This condo was a perfect distance away from Sea World, Rosen Aquatics Center and Disney. It was clean and large. The resort itself is in walking distance to several restaurants. We actually enjoyed the local Venezuelan restaurant, Ternerita Cafe & Grill -authentic/unique/amazing and NYPD Pizza - extremely tasty/family owned ny style pizza. Overall, this condo and location created a “quieter, yet fun Disney/Sea World experience”. It was exactly what we wanted with a 4 yr old & a 14 yr old athlete bouncing back and forth between the nearby pool to compete.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best thing about this place was the location. Condo had some issues, minor stuff. My issue was the management company not doing what they should to fix it. Responded quickly at first to cleaning issues and said they would send someone out but they never showed. When I reached back out to inquire I got another apology and “ I will investigate this and let you know”. Then nothing. My next 2 emails were never answered and the number Casiola provides is a joke. Not sure about the cleaners they use as there was used food left in our condo which made me question how thoroughly they cleaned. Someone replaced the couches as well, went from a large sectional to a small couch that barely fit 2 people comfortably. And the old couches were left in the hallway outside the door for the duration of our stay. Not the kind of service I would expect for the money I paid for this condo. Again, location great and condo itself wasn’t terrible. I will avoid booking with Casiola managed properties in the future. Disappointing.

Nice, clean condo

We enjoyed our stay and the condo looks great, except for one thing. The couch is in really bad shape with a lot of tears in it. It doesn’t look at all like it does in the photo. So the owners should definitely think about changing that. Everything else was amazing and clean. The location is convenient and the condo has everything you need for a nice stay.

Stains, missing cabinet doors, & couch falling apart

When we arrived we immediately noticed the couch in the living room was in horrible condition. We bought towels to cover it up. Huge stains on the carpets, and the front of a cabinet was missing in the kitchen. I was shocked by the condition property. I took pictures and informed them of the issues. All they said was sorry for the inconvenience and did nothing to correct it. This condo is in no shape to be rented I would not recommend staying in building 5048, room 202.

The place is very nice and spacious ! Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are good , fully equipped kitchen and a very nice patio overlooking the lake 😍we highly recommend the place !

Great place to stay

Great location and plenty of space for a family of 10. C lean overall. Only thing I had a problem with was the master bedroom sheets were dirty ...I had to wash them but then the dryer was not working as it should it took 3 to 4 cycles to dry clothes, towels and sheets. The microwave was also not working properly...it would not turn on. Minor issues though. Only other downfall was the parking after dark it was hard to find a spot at the building. Overall great stay world definitely book again.

Excellent multi family getaway

Condo is exactly as shown in listing. Biggest downside was that they did not have the key code set to allow the earlier checkin, even though I had confirmation that they had billed the card for the extra time. It was resolved by a member of the cleaning team who took pity on us and we were able to get in. The walk to the pool/clubhouse takes a few minutes, but certainly manageable even with 6 kids under 6. Kitchen is well stocked; only thing I wish had been there was an actual cookie sheet or jelly roll pan, but the 9×13 pan sufficed. We enjoyed watching the birds in the lake. Note this is about as far from publix as you can get in vista cay. It is technically walkable but gets very long with any amount of groceries. We would stay here again if in the area.

Weekend Getaway

We loved the condo. What you see is truly what you get. However, the only thing I did not like was the parking situation. Each night we had to walk from the other side of the complex to our building because of limited parking.

Can't wait to be back

Upon arriving, we realized we needed an extra pillow and blanket ad we were utilizing the pull out bed. They werent needed until the next day and were brought to us in plenty of time. One of the sinks clogged up, but we were able to remove the hair from it by clearing the pipe. The condo was gorgeous and clean.

Communication was excellent and the check in and check out was great. Two issues, one of the beds was broken, missing part of the frame. Second the bed skirting in the main bedroom was stained as were the throw pillows on the bed. Nichole H
