Pozzuolo, a charming farmhouse in the Maremma

Pozzuolo is an independent residence (with 14 + 6 sleeps) and it consist of 5 apartments.

Casenovole (4 + 2 sleeps) on the ground floor there are living / dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom with loft with sofa bed, a twin or double room, a bathroom with shower. Private garden.

Monte Antico (2 + 2 sleeps) on the ground floor there are living / dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Porrona (2 + 2 sleeps) on the ground floor there are living / dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Gazebo reserved.

Argiano (2 + 2 sleeps) on the ground floor there are living / dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Private garden.

Banfi (4 + 2 sleeps) on the first floor there are living / dining room with sofa bed, kitchen, a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. If necessary, there is the possibility to add a single bed. The apartment has a large covered terrace for outdoor dining reserved.

Pool (mt 12x7 depth 1.48 m), furnished garden room with sauna, small gym and whirlpool bath with hot and cold water, barbecue, laundry room with washing machine, free availability of fishing rods and mountain bikes , covered car parking, no pets, wi-fi, all apartments are equipped with TV and private outdoor space for outdoor dining.
In the independent house there is a professional kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, slicer; a few meters from the professional kitchen there is a large common room with a small museum of peasant art of the past, living room with satellite TV, VCR, corner wine bar, small sink, coffee maker, refrigerator.

The common room does not has heating, it is placed on the ground floor and it has stone walls, this allows you to maintain a good temperature in summer and also in winter.


Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Final cleaning to be paid on site € 15.00 per person, sauna fee € 15.00 per seat (for each time it is used), Jacuzzi € 50,00 per couple
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.hybrid/electric car charge on consumption

Upon arrival, customers will have to provide a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.
Animals are not allowed. Baby cot € 30.00 per week. Extra bed € 80.00 per week. Check-in 3-7 pm | Check out 10 am.
