APARTAMENTO PREMIUM 5 * CON ORIENTACIÓN AL MAR, CERCA DE PLAYA PORTO DE MOS, LAGOS

Propiedad frente al mar recientemente propuesta para alquiler desde julio de 2017 en adelante.
Apartamento muy espacioso y confortable en el primer piso de una residencia en un entorno único frente al océano con un gran jardín paisajístico y tropical. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante rodeado de naturaleza en la cima de la colina y a solo 5 minutos de la playa de arena virgen de Porto de Mos.
El apartamento de alto nivel de construcción cuenta con todas las instalaciones y equipos modernos necesarios con aire acondicionado y una terraza orientada al sur con vistas al jardín y al mar con total privacidad. También se ofrecen increíbles vistas al mar desde la sala de estar / cocina en suite y desde el dormitorio principal.
La residencia cuenta con comodidades de primera clase que incluyen piscina al aire libre, piscina cubierta climatizada, sauna, jacuzzi y gimnasio además de un jardín muy grande.
Justo a las afueras de la residencia hay un sendero costero para caminatas panorámicas (cuesta abajo o cuesta arriba) con impresionantes vistas al acantilado y al mar.
La cercana playa de Porto de Mos tiene dos buenos restaurantes de pescado y hay una corta distancia (en automóvil, taxi o autobús público) al encantador casco antiguo de Lagos con sus bares y restaurantes, sus mercados y su puerto deportivo.
Porto de Mos tiene muchos campos de golf en las cercanías y también está convenientemente ubicado para visitar el este y el oeste del Algarve.

The Property is set in beautiful location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (I think) A little remote from shopping for food but a good taxi service . Weather gorgeous as always on the Algarve

Absolutely beautiful!

A perfect place for a family vacation. Two very spacious bedrooms with lots of closet space and very comfortable beds. Incredibly clean! The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The balcony was by far our favourite place to be. The view was stunning! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and were helpful.

PERFECT

The condo is beautiful, well designed, spacious, and very comfortable. The view is awesome through the huge windows or from the large deck. We were there in November, so we did not make use of the pool, which looked inviting. The location is central for easy drives to the grocery store, gas station, downtown, beaches, and the highway to explore in both directions. The hosts Michel and Dominque were great at communication. Absolutely perfect stay!

First time in the Algarve

The property was in a great location to the beach and the hiking path along the cliff with amazing views. Pictures are accurate. The owners took the time to show us around the property/grounds and provided great recommendations for amazing restaurants. The only things we'd recommend would be better quality beach chairs and a small cooler for the beach. We'd absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at Dominique & Michel’s appartement! The place was very clean, something that is super important to us, and truly felt like home. Just a few minutes walk from the beach, we enjoyed Praia de Porto Mós, the breathtaking views, and some hikes around. Quick 5 minutes car rides (we mainly used Uber) were able to have us enjoy many excellent restaurants downtown Lagos ( Green Room, Case do Prego, The 7 hills, Nah Nah Bah to name a few). Absolutely recommend +++

There's no place like home

After an emotional decision to attend my scheduled family vacation without my husband and 2 daughter's due to his illness. I was greeted by the most lovely Dominique. Her genuineness was unlike anything I have experienced in hospitality (I have been in this field 30 years) Dominique and Michel are truly a light of sunshine!

Fantastic apartment with beautiful view

We had an amazing time staying at this lovely apartment. The owners were extremely nice and helpful, which made the stay very special. The check-in process was very smooth. The unit is very spacious and has a great view. The attention to detail and cleanliness was much appreciated. The grounds are immaculate and the trail is right off the front side of the property so you can walk the cliffs either a short walk to Porto do Mós beach or the other direction to Luz. The beds are very comfortable and the unit is nicely decorated. The apartment really is even better than it looks in the photos. We cannot wait to stay there again soon!

We are a Belgian retired couple leaving a great part of the year in Portugal in the same Residence as the apartment for rent.

When looking for our own retirement place in 2014 we visited many apartments all around Algarve and in particular around Lagos and found in love with this brand new Residence for its unique setting, its unspoiled environment and the large & bright inside living space.
We managed later to acquire a second apartment which, after a 12 months rental ending June 30, is available for friends and guests in the same unique Residence.

The Residence and apartment also offer a wide range of outstanding benefits : beautiful architecture, large terrace with uninterrupted views on ocean and nature, a very large landscaped & tropical garden, an outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna and a gym.
The Residence has also parking spaces in front of the door.
