Es un apartamento reformado situado en la segunda planta, 2 dormitorios con baño, 1 salón, 1 cocina, 1 baño común, 1 pequeño balcón a la calle y una terraza.
Se encuentra en la Parroquia de la Merced (antes de la parroquia de Santa Catarina) y está cerca del Barrio Alto, Príncipe Real, Chiado y Santos.
Permite alojar hasta 8 personas.
Está cerca del río Tajo, donde se puede coger fácilmente el transporte a Belén.
Las habitaciones tienen una cama doble y baño con plato de ducha.

La casa tiene un altillo que permite alojar hasta 8 personas (3 camas dobles y 2 camas individuales).

Cuenta con TV por cable, wi-fi y electrodomésticos: lavavajillas, lavadora, cafetera, microondas, horno, plancha, secador de pelo y otros pequeños electrodomésticos. La cocina está equipada para hacer comidas.
Toallas, ropa de cama y de tocador.
Nuestra casa tiene ventanas de doble acristalamiento con persianas para evitar que los niveles de ruido del exterior.

Tranvía 28 es una de las mejores maneras de explorar la historia y el encanto de las calles de Lisboa de la estrella a la gracia, pasando por los principales lugares para visitar. El 28 va a la puerta de la casa. No es necesario coche.
Santa Catarina se encuentra en el centro histórico de la ciudad. En los alrededores hay algunas galerías de arte, varias casas de fado, restaurantes, bares, tiendas tradicionales, tiendas de antigüedades, librerías y libreros. La estación de metro sibilancias es un 9 minutos a pie, y el muelle Sodre 16 minutos.

This place was comfortable and well located on the Tram line. I traveled with my sister and we managed the narrow stairs to the apartment pretty well. Once inside, we loved the living space just as shown with a lot of character. The kitchen was well stocked and I appreciated the small appliances too. The lower bedroom was a dream and the upper bedroom, with multiple other beds outside in the loft area, was more than enough room for my sister. The air conditioners in the bedrooms and fans in the living space also worked well for us. Our host, Teresa, was wonderful and communicated well with us. She helped us with all of our questions on where to find things and replied promptly. There were a few issues we alerted her about and she said they would be looking into those. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the walk-ability and/or Bolt/Tram options to get everywhere we wanted to go. I highly recommend the 2 hour walking tour to learn about the history and city. We also enjoyed being able to walk to several cafes (Green Street, a very helpful coffee cafe next door, and a great pasta place nearby).

No A/C in a heat wave

From the online post of this property, it appeared perfect. We were wrong...There was a terrible heatwave hitting Lisbon and the other bedroom had a faulty air conditioner. I mentioned this to the property manager, and she just did nothing. Instead, she tried to claim we were difficult tenants, because she had no other complaints. I find that very hard to believe. As a result, my family and I bunked all in one room. It was unbearable. The knob on the front door to our place seemed like it wasn't secure because it felt like it would fall off. I tried to communicate with the property agent, and she promised us a fan, this never happened. The only positive about this place is the location. I would never trust anything the owners.

Amazing stay!

Perfect place for 8 people! We had 6 so heaps of room! Very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and ac was great in 2 of the bedrooms. 3 bathrooms were nice to have.

Great location

Perfectly located for old town Lisbon, great neighborhood and lots of local coffee and food.Negatives - the home was a little grimy, dirty food and drink stained rugs, broken door handle on the refrigerator, broken glass top range. I understand this is probably a busy rental, but take a little time to ensure the small things are taken care of, so guest have and enjoyable experience when they are in the property.

Hip, historic apartment in great location

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon. The apartment was spacious and beautifully appointed with three beds in the loft and a nice master bedroom with private bathroom. There were three total bathrooms It was an easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see in old town. Terrsa was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

The location was great our host Theresa was very kind and helpful. The apartment was in great condition, just keep in mind you need to go up the stairs to access it, like all apartments in town. Overall great experience!

Great property with abundance of hot water for those who like hot showers. It is literally on the route of the Tram 28e 20 minutes walk and you get anywhere I used Bolt(Uber) cars to get around

Amazing Stay!

Absolutely amazing home, experience, and overall stay. Theresa is super friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout the stay. She also helped provide transportation from the airport to the home! The home is beautiful, great location to walk to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc… 10/10 would highly recommend!

Best place in Lisbon - location, cleanliness, services

We stayed in Casa Touriga for 3 nights last week. The location is amazing along tram 28 route. Teresa is a perfect host. The place is extra clean, equipped with all we need, right next to cafés, little markets, restaurants. We will definitely book the Casa again when we go back to Portugal. A 5* property!!!! Comfort with extraordinary service

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our small dog, and I cannot say enough good things about the location, the quality of the apartment, and the amazing support we got from Theresa, the property manager. The apartment is spacious, quiet, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable, and the showers have an abundance of hot water. It is right on the #28 tram line, which is wonderful for sight-seeing. We could happily have stayed for a month! The icing on the cake was the help we received from Theresa in resolving a baggage problem we experienced. She really went above and beyond and we cannot thank her enough. I highly recommend this property, in every regard.

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood!

Lisbon is amazing and the apartment was lovely- well stocked- nicely appointed in a fabulous location. We fell in love with the neighborhood. So close to so many great spots and Lisbon highlights. Also enjoyed opening the small front balcony doors and listening to the street sounds below as well as fado music on the record player. Fabulous stay.

Very nice!

Cozy and efficient rental in a great location. Anna is the most wonderful host and answered all our questions immediately! The loft area was difficult for my 6'2" son, so be aware if you are tall!

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Location

We loved our 5-night stay in this apartment. The location is even better than expected -- trams roll by the front steps and restaurants are walkable. The apartment is lovely and easily accomodated 4 people. What really set this property apart for us was how helpful the hosts were in getting us checked in, set-up, and oriented to the city.

Wonderful Place to Stay in the Heart of Lisbon

We absolutely loved our stay in this very spacious yet charming apartment. It's right on the 28 Tram line in a bustling neighborhood. There are lots of nice restaurants and shops nearby. And we were able to explore so many lovely neighborhoods on foot from the apartment. Ana Rita was a perfect host - she was super communicative and provided lots of great recommendations. We loved our stay! Highly recommended.
