Work trip

This is a great property for amenities. Nice 2 bedrooms with kitchen, kitchen table and spacious sitting area with large TV. It is very functional and great for extended trips. A very short drive to the beach. If you are a resort, need all thee extras "foo-foo" beach type of person, - this would not be an ideal place for you. It is a practical, functional apartment. Location is in a neighborhood - it's a quadraplex - picture is only of 1 unit - all 4 units decorated differently but have same layout & amenities. Washer/dryer behind unit 1 available.

This is a great property if you prefer the comforts of a "home" verses a resort. If you want foo-foo service and swimming pool this is not the place for you. Apartment is a well laid out 2 bedrooms with stove, fridge, oven, microwave, & large TV in the living area. It's located in a neighborhood a short drive from the "tourist" area. It's nicer than the hotel I stayed at - without a "kitchen" with more room to stretch out with bedrooms separated from living/kitchen area. Which is a huge factor for me as a business traveler who has a lot of work to do after a day in the office.

I have stayed at one of this host property several times over the past 3 years. Obviously, I love this place or I would not continue to return. The property is comfortable - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot, oven, tub bath/shower, kitchen table and living area with couches, TV, and coffee table. Wifi as well. It's truly more comfortable, & spacious than a hotel room especially for an extended stay or in my case for work. Plenty of room for me to return "home" from work, set up my printer and laptop to complete paperwork from a day at the office. Pedro's villa is a close to a beach and the "tourist district." Property has 4 units - all same layout but different furniture - 2 units upstairs & 2 units downstairs. Community washer/dryer on back patio of Unit 1. It's nicer than the hotels I have stayed at in the past on the island. I would also suggest contacting the property host if this property does not meet your needs - she has other property that are 1 bedroom as well as a 3-bedroom unit at other locations. Properties are located in "neighborhoods." Keep in mind - no service to wash your towels and sheets - restock TP etc. If you prefer "hotel style service" - this is not the place for you.

Work trip

I have stayed at this VRBO property several times now & obviously I love it as I keep returning to this property. Much more pleasant & comfortable than a hotel. Reading other post.... Please keep in mind the property is a quadraplex & they have another location as well. Only "1" of the rooms is pictured - so you may be placed in one of the units not pictured - - all 2 bedroom 1 bath with different furnishings - kitchen with essentials.

A real 'bang for your buck' property

The property is not the greatest. It has some issues from age, but for those with experience on island, it's really above average. The managers are great to work with, Asia really worked with me and gave me a great experience. The local manager left a very clean unit for check-in, and communicated very well with me. The unit itself may have had some worn out appliances, but overall was very clean, well maintained, cozy, GREAT A/C, WiFi, T.V., very nice place to spend 6 days in, bigger and more cozy than a hotel room in Tumon, and for far, far less money. This property is a must for anyone visiting, whether you've been here before like I have, or if it's your first time. It's pretty centrally located on the Island, two convenience stores only a few minutes walk, very close to the main road, Marine Corps Drive, has parking on-site, laundry available, comes with cooking utensil and silverware, fridge, stove, microwave, two bedrooms, good size bathroom, bedding and towels provided, all the things you expect from a hotel and more you don't expect. I spent three years on this Island, and came back for a week of vacation, this unit far exceeded what I expected for the price. I will definatly be booking here again next time I visit, and I would recommend anyone book here too.

Apartment was nice for business travel. It's so nice to have kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and microwave when traveling verses a hotel room with nothing - maybe a coffee.

Could be a Diamond in the Rough!

Great location, 5 min drive to gorgeous beaches, great restaurants, and high end shopping! Past review said short walk to beach! No, not allowed to walk on narrow road down to beaches! Too dangerous! Condo needs a GOOD cleaning, 3 of 4 chairs broke, dryer not working! Outside patio needs cleaning, pick up and update outdoor furniture! Good for 2 old gals from JFK, Harmon area in 60's! But probably not going to meet standards of mainlanders! This could be a very nice place with some updating and major cleaning!

The perfect home away from home.

This place was perfect. First time doing this type of rental and We loved it. Diana and Asia really made us feel welcome. Everything we needed was within reach. Close to beach and far enough away to make you feel like your at home. Rooms were clean and everything worked wonderful. Diana was on call to assist with any of our needs and she came through beautifully when we needed her most. Stayed 2 weeks and didnt want to leave. If you are ever in Guam you really need to stay here. Perfect for people with our without cars as staff is always available to assist in whatever you need. This property sits in a nice quiet neighbor hood and you couldn't even hear noise from one apt to the next. For sure this is our new home away from home when we come to Guam. Thank you Asia and Diana for all your wonderful hospitality and help in everything. Highest Recommendation to anyone looking to feel like your at home on vacation.

Close to the beach but not friendly

We were provided the wrong address and spent 2 hours at night with 2 small children looking for the accommodation. Once we met with the host it appeared that the room we ordered was not available and we lived in another one, not as new as advertised for 2 days. The hosts didn't even excuse. Then we finally moved to the ordered apartment. It was as described in the ad. There was the small loan in front of the door and the children could play in the purchased by us swimming pool but every morning we have to clean the loan from the fallen leaves, flowers and cat's faeces! ourselves. And there is Pacific Wastes somewhere nearby, so sometimes you can smell it in the evenings! I doubt I would return here though the location was near Ypao beach (max 5 min ride by car). Walking to the beach is not possible due to absence of sidewalks and the road sign prohibiting to walk uphill. Guam is the perfect place to have vacation but it's better to find another place to stay if you want to spend time with more pleasure.

wonderful place. Bang for you buck, and centrally located!

4 min drive from the condo to Ypao beach! Every morning my sisters and I would wake up and run all the way to Gunn beach! It was such a surreal experience. The Hotel, was clean, loved the kitchen and fridge. Communication was excellent. Would recommend to others for sure! Not a deal breaker, just a suggestion to our lovely hostess. The downstairs unit had a couch that was superglued and did scratch/ poke some of my family members. I did read this in another review. Please get this fixed. It did detour us from sitting on the couch, we visited my parents, who stayed down stairs with two of my siblings (total 8 person family vacation) they preferred to sit on the floor :(

Reasonable and Practical

My family of 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 8 stayed in this condo for about 10 nights. The owner was fabulous to work with. The condo was nice to go back to after being out for any amount of time. My only disappointments were that the fridge and floor did not appear to be cleaned prior to our arrival and the bed in the back bedroom was not comfortable and noisy every time we tossed or turned...I awoke daily with aches everywhere. I expected the unit to be cleaned for us upon arrival since we are charged to have the condo cleaned on departure. All of us were also scratched while sitting on the couches as there were large tears that appeared to be secured with glue. Overall, the price, timely response from the owner, and location of the condo made it a satisfactory place to stay. Recommendations we have are as follows: Replace the front and back doors so that there is no possible entry for pests. (There was a dead roach in the closet and droppings of some sort leading from the front door throughout - gecko, mice, or roach) Replace or add a topper to the mattress in the back bedroom. Ensure the condo is thoroughly cleaned for all guests who are charged a cleaning fee. Install a vent or fan in the bathroom. Replace or properly repair the couches so guests aren't scratched while trying to relax.

Newly remodeled, Clean home

The condo is part of a 4 unit complex. This unit was very clean and newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The interior was very nice and fully furnished and the Wi-Fi was quick and easy to connect. The unit was conveniently located close to downtown, the beach, and a lot of restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend this place to anyone. Each room had its own AC unit and there is another AC unit in the main room that keeps this place COOL. A shared washer and dryer was conveniently located outside. My only suggestion is to add a lock with a door code instead of arranging a meeting time. It was difficult to arrange a meeting time when my cell phone did not work in the foreign country. I should mention that once I did get a hold of the property manager he promptly arrived with the key and was hospitable.

Perfect for your needs!

Clean property at a great location to Tumon Bay and surrounding attractions. Manager Chris was very attentive and accommodating. I was there for 3 weeks of business. You won't find a better deal on the island.

Great location and great decor

I had a great time at the condo. The location was fantastic, close to everything and the best thing is the interior is upscale and up to the standards of an upscale home. I will definitely be back again!

Clean, central location

I stayed for 5 nights and place was clean and newly renovated. Location was excellent as it was very close to Agana shopping center and Chamorro village. Also Payless supermarket was across the street. I will come back again. Thanks chris and Asia
