Home away from home

My husband, dogs and I stayed here while our home was being remodeled. Very cute home in quiet neighborhood, close to a very nice park, shopping, and downtown Frisco. Besides the mosquitoes, we had a great stay. The owner was extremely responsive, nice, and accommodating especially when we needed to extend our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here for a short or longer getaway!

I would stay there again.

The property was clean, well stocked, had some nice updates and in a very nice neighborhood. Host is very conscientious and responded to any questions within a hour or so. We were there about two months and I'd stay there again.

Clean and cozy home in quiet neighborhood

The home was clean and cozy in a quiet neighborhood where we woke to the songs of birds and not traffic noise although the location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We felt very safe with the Ring doorbell and locking mechanism on the front door and security camera in the back over the garage. All of the necessities were provided for a comfortable stay and the owner was very attentive and responsive to our questions.

Frisco home

Everything was as described (or better.) Very clean, well maintained, easy access, great quiet neighborhood, good walking/running trail nearby. Close to grocery stores. I really appreciated having a garage door opener to use! The water bottles and caramel popcorn were nice touches. The working fireplace was a great feature, nothing better than relaxing in front of a fire in the evening. Quick responses from owner, great to work with. No problems. 30 min drive to Love Field. Uber is plentiful in Frisco (~$27 to Love Field). This home is top on my list for my frequent trips to Dallas.

Great Location

This house is in a great neighborhood. It's quiet and close to shopping and local attractions. The home maintained a very comfortable temperature. Considering it was in the hundreds during our stay We were happy to have such great air conditioning. Beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms made life easier. The owner has an account with Netflix which was great for watching movies. The backyard is fenced in this was great since we were traveling with dogs. There's enough room for throwing toys or playing yard games. There is a nice park down the block for walking your dogs, going for a stroll or bringing kids to the playground. The kitchen is nice, electric stove dishwasher microwave, toaster, coffee pot and fridge. Paper towels and toilet paper are not supplied so make sure you bring some or stop at the Wal-Mart around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Great Location

I recently rented Arun's home in Frisco for a week and I have to say I'm really pleased with the experience. Arun was the complete professional host all during booking and after our arrival he contacted me several times to make sure everything was ok and to alert me to the arrival of the lawn service, etc. Great attention to detail. The house itself is really quite nice... modern interior... and in an excellent neighborhood. In fact, one of the neighbors even dropped by to say hello and "welcome to the neighborhood" thinking we were a new family moving in. We were very comfortable... slept well in the beds... the furniture is clean and comfortable. Large screen LCD tv with super-fast wifi, which I appreciated because I brought my AppleTV box with me. Everything worked perfectly... the appliances... tv, internet... the air conditioning is excellent (as it was in the 90's all week) and never ran out of hot water. All the stores you could ever need are just a few minutes away, including a new Walmart and a Kroger supermarket, plus the Preston Ave. strip is right close-by with every type of shop or restaurant imaginable, plus a very modern shopping mall. I've rented homes and condos all over the country and this one is top-notch. No complaints at all, and hats-off to Arun for knowing how to provide a great place for a relaxing stay.

Outstanding property and great host who was super flexible with our changing plans. My daughter and I were in Frisco for the birth of her adopted daughter and babies never do anything according to plans. Arun was extremely understanding and helpful and the home was perfect for my granddaughter while we waited for clearance from the adoption agency. Highly recommend this property. Also, right down the street from a lovely park.

Cute and Cozy

We needed a place to stay while our house was going thru some renovations. This house was just what we needed. It was cozy, comfortable and had enough space in the bedroom for my husband to set up a table so he could work from home. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs and kids. The location is near all the conveniences as well. If we would ever find ourselves needing a place in the area again, we would be happy to stay here again.

Excellent house to stay in Frisco

The property was just as advertised and pictured. It is located close to goods and services with easy access to major routes in the North Dallas area. Arun, the owner was flexible and accommodating to our needs and corrected any issues promptly and adequately. I will certainly book again for future visits.

70th Birthday Day!

The house was perfect to host our two children and our grandkids for my wife's 70th Birthday. They came from Denver and Madison. They provided play pen area for our two year old. Because of this VRBO we enjoyed our family reunion to celebrate our milestone event. We all had a great time! Thank you.

Great Host / Property as advertised

I would like to thank Arun, our host, for being the ONLY host to post HONEST and TRULY available dates for their listing!! The property was clean, in an extremely quiet and nice neighborhood and SO CLOSE to everything Frisco! His home was exactly as listed - no surprises!! He was prompt, honest and fun to converse with! What a breath of fresh air! We truly appreciate him!! We had experienced UNACCEPTABLE behavior by other owners listing their property as available when it really wasn’t (sadly at least 10! and shameful for VRBO allowing this) - while we were under great stress as unexpectedly coming back into town at the last moment (having 2 children and a dog). If his listing meets your needs, you will not be disappointed. Thank you again Arun for being there in our moment of need!

Clean and convenient to Frisco shopping and restaurants

We needed a place to stay for a week as our home closing was delayed. Arun communicated great, check in was easy. I brought a family of 4 and a dog and this was our first experience renting a home vs a hotel. Would definitely do it again and highly recommend. Grocery store is 2 min away, and shopping is within minutes. Would stay again

Great property!

An Average accommodation

For the cost we paid , I was hoping that we would get a quality accommodation . While it met basic needs the accommodation needs much improvement. All the floor were quite dirty and we had to mop them right away . Beds were sub standard much similar to what would be at a low cost Motel . We wanted to use the oven to reheat the pizza and found it not clean so decided not to use it . Floors were uneven in several places so if you have young kids that’s something to watch for . I brought in my own linens and towels. Inside kitchen cabinets were quie dirty . Basically a sub standard accommodation but paid top Dollars . One of the bathroom sink had a slow drain and bathrooms were not really clean . There are NO carpets any where in the kitchen or bathrooms . I liked that the host sent in all communication on check in upfront . Sofa and dining tables were nice as well . If you are looking for a reasonable accommodation this is not to be . You are better off chosing a different place !!

A great find

This house suited our needs in every way. Great location with a park, Kroger, restaurants and shopping nearby. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood, kitchen nicely supplied, great fenced in yard if u bring a pet, and so nice to have a 2 car garage. Thanks Arun for the water bottles and snacks on arrival. Oh yes, always a quick response to any question.

I have been constantly enhancing the guest experience based on specific, detailed feedback that my guests love to provide, to ensure my home serves as a home away from home for you.

This property is a favorite because of its proximity to downtown Frisco and sports complexes nearby (some within a 20 min walk), such as Toyota Stadium - which also hosts concerts and other forms of entertainment.

For families traveling with kids, the enclosed kids play area in the family room offers obvious conveniences. For groups without kids, the play area is small enough that its not in the way, and can be folded up and put away.

This home is ideal for parties of 4 or more who want the privacy and comfort of staying together, sharing common areas and perhaps cooking at home. Our typical guest prefers this type of an environment - the 3 bedrooms, kitchen, family and dining rooms, the garage and backyard - much more than booking multiple hotel rooms, paying additional for parking and being forced to eat out.
