Crayfish Cottage, Portrush: espaciosa y elegante cabaña junto al mar a 2 minutos en coche de la playa de East Strand y el puerto de Portrush. WIFI gratuito, estufa de leña, camas súper cómodas, dos salas de estar separadas, adecuado para familias (cuna, juguetes, dvds, juegos familiares y rompecabezas, etc.), jardín "secreto", patio y zona de barbacoa, todo terreno privado estacionamiento, cocina brillantemente equipada y cuarto de servicio.

Construido en la década de 1930, Crayfish Cottage es una cabaña costera tradicional repleta de hermosas características art decó, pero con todas las comodidades de una restauración cuidadosa y moderna.

Dormir 6 - 2 habitaciones dobles (planta baja), 1 habitación doble (planta alta). Cada habitación ofrece sábanas blancas y edredones cómodos. El cuarto de baño familiar tiene una ducha, bañera separada con toallas esponjosas y artículos de tocador de cortesía. La cocina totalmente equipada conduce a la zona de comedor. Con una lavadora, una secadora, un frigorífico de altura completa y espacio de almacenamiento, hay espacio suficiente para secar el kit en el área de servicios públicos.

Profundos sillones y sofás rodean la estufa de leña en el salón. La sala de lectura en el primer piso es un lugar para relajarse, leer y jugar juegos. Con un dormitorio doble justo enfrente, esto hace que una brillante planta superior hang-out para los más pequeños en la familia que llegar a disfrutar de su propio espacio.

Las habitaciones y baños en la planta baja hacen que esta propiedad sea adecuada para personas mayores y personas con movilidad reducida (disculpas, no hay acceso para sillas de ruedas).

Great homely base to visit the north of Northern Ireland

A beautifully well kept and spacious property, 5 of us, across 3 generations (including 2 teenagers) found the property welcoming and the location excellent. The description and photos are accurate, the host is great with communication and there is loads to see and do in the area and further afield. Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

We had a lovely 4 day stay at Nicci and Johnny's place at Portrush. It was only a short walk to main centre. Very enjoyable.

Lovely welcome, beautiful cottage.

We had a great time. Really appreciated the welcome from Nicci who gave us a tour of the cottage - we loved the clean, cosy rooms and the wood burning stove. Great dine-in kitchen for family meals. We would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, well kept property in a great location just a few minutes drive to the centre of Portrush and the beach. Lovely reading room upstairs with a comfy sofa and a basket full of toys and books to keep the children entertained, which was a real bonus!

My daughters and I loved Crayfish Cottage! It was warm and welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay in Portrush. Nicci was easy and pleasant to deal with and we would very happily re-book. Definitely recommended!

The cottage was superb - well equipped, comfortable, and perfectly situated for walks around Portrush and exploring the north coast. Nicci gave us a warm welcome, going above and beyond on the first evening when we arrived late due to travel delays. Thoroughly recommended!

Excellent Cottage

The cottage is very well equipped and very clean and tidy. It is cosy and the beds are very comfortable. Portrush is within easy walking distance and we travelled around easily from the location. The garden is a bonus but unfortunately, the weather was not really for sitting out in.

Amazing Cottage - Great location

On a quiet street about 10-13 minutes walk from the town centre lies this gem of a cottage. We were three couples and it was perfect. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities, it was a perfect spot to walk into town to the beach, golf course and great pubs (Harbour Bar!). Nicci was a great host and was very easy to communicate with. This is an amazing place and we will be spreading the word!

A wonderful holiday in a cosy cottage!

We had a great experience in this property from start to finish. The owners could not have been more helpful and clear in booking our week and organised cots, toys and even a travel gate for our little ones! The cottage itself was so beautiful, spotlessly clean with every comfort that we could possibly need. There was something interesting and quirky in every room and our children loved their little cosy room in the eves! A house we would love to return too, we could not recommend it more highly!

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful visit at Cray Cottage! The 1920’s era property is has been beautifully modernized for the 21st century. It is in a great location, close to everything in and around Portrush. Close to White Rocks Beach and convenient to Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, the Dark Hedges, and so many other great destinations along the amazing Antrim coast of Northern Ireland. Nicci, the owner, was super to work with. The house had everything needed for a memorable vacation. Would definitely return.

Crayfish Cottage. What a great place.

Arrived later than planned but Nicci, the owner, was there to meet us. What a great reception, we were really made to feel at home. Nicci showed us around the cottage and ensured that we knew where everything was and that all was in order. The cottage was fantastic. It is well decorated, clean, and felt just like being at home. Beds are extremely comfortable and clean. Very well situated for touring around the area. We were all very happy and will definately book up again on our next holiday. Well done Nicci for such a great place.

everything you need for family vacation

Crayfish cottage was the perfect repose for our family vacation. The cottage was immaculate, with plenty of space for 2 teenagers and 2 adults. It was on a nice street that was within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store, plus it had a washer and dryer which is always great to have on vacation. Nicci even provided milk and a yummy loaf of bread. The backyard garden was a nice little sanctuary for a picnic and there were many attractions in the local vicinity including Giant's Causeway, Dunluce castle, Bushmills distillery, etc. We all loved our time there.

Great springboard

We really enjoyed our stay at Crayfish Cottage. Walking distance to beach & town centre but on a secluded road with little traffic. Mins by car to White rocks beach - perfect for sand dunes, long walks & swimming. The cottage was well decorated, comfortable, plenty hot water, kitchen well stocked with utensils- we are vegetarian so we cooked a bit at the cottage & had what we needed. Lidl walking distance away for anything we needed. Nearby spar at Maxol petrol station also had great selection of food/snacks. The garden was loved and well tended and a secluded space on the property. The reading room upstairs provided privacy when needed. Recommended property for exploring the North Antrim area.

Amazing holiday.

We had an amazing time staying at Nicci’s cottage. The cottage is so cozy and beautiful. It was extremely clean and well taken care of. Nicci has thought of every possible comfort for her guest. We really enjoyed the short walking distance to the beach and the town. We were able to walk everywhere even to the market. The cottage was sunny and quiet , the birds were singing in the morning and the garden was just beautiful. The cottage looks gorgeous on the pictures but it was even more beautiful in real life. I could see myself spending a whole year in the cottage. The town of Portrush is really great and very fun for both adults and children, and the neighboring town of PortStewart is also very beautiful. We were able to drive and see all the local attractions within 15 minutes from the cottage. We really enjoyed our holiday. Nicci was very easy to reach and very quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was very well equipped and the pantry well stocked if you need to make a quick meal. and Nicci was so kind to leave bread and milk for our breakfast.
