Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay and it suited our needs for the week. The location is convenient to public transport and has neighboring restaurants including our new favorite gelato. Nico helped arrange some transportation when we needed it which made things easier for us. Communication was awesome when we needed anything.

Nico was a top-notch host! He went out of his way to help coordinate multiple transportation needs for our family and was very responsive. Apt was very clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks to Nico our first trip to Rome was an amazing time.

Nicola was a great host: he communicated quicky, the check-in process was smooth, and the place fit the description. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.The place is not in a touristy location. It is quiet (and has quiet times), clean and has excellent views. I could see St. Peter's Basilica from the front bedroom (just part of the dome, but hey, it was great!). Each of the 3 bedrooms had full bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. Enough about the apartment, Nicola does a great description already. What you need to know is this:There is a grocery store inside the apartment compound. It is a basement grocery store and is really convenient. It has just about everything you need. I recommend the inexpensive red wines, the selection of hot meal items, you get the picture. The entrance is located on the north end of the apartment compound. On the south end is a very nice cafe. Not a tourist place at all. They sell espresso for about 1,3 euro and have great pastries (Maritozzo - that's the one you want, you know it) and "American" breakfasts with eggs and omlets. We went there every day for our espresso fix and got to know the owner.The apartment is convenient: you can walk to St. Peter's Basilica, which we did upon arrival. The train station is a 5 minute walk (San Pietro - St. Peters) and can get you to and from the airport.

Host with the Most !

I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is great ,and the accommodations are super clean and comfortable. Our host Nico was wonderful he made Check-in effortless. He was super punctual, friendly and very helpful. He made transfer arrangements for us that were fairly priced and super reliable . If you’re going to Rome this place is Perfecto

Nico was responsive and helpful with all requests. His accommodation is very nice and was perfect for our group of 8. Very nice and safe area. Walking distance to many places. Nico also arranged transportation for us. He was a great host.

Enjoyed our Weekend Stay!

2 night stay in a great location - no living room and place was a bit cramped for 8 adults but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the apartment. Five minute walk to the Vatican and even closer to a train station, but i would recommend purchasing a bus pass to see other tourist sites. Dishes were a bit dirty when we got there, but overall our host was super kind and helpful and responsive.

The property is an amazing location. However, it is very bare bones. So bare that we had to actually ask for bedding. Not sure I would choose this location for my next stay.

Nice stay by St. Peter’s

The rooms are nice, but basic. The linens and towels need to be upgraded. Very thin sheets and towels. The house does NOT have a sitting area, just bedrooms and kitchen, so nowhere to sit together. But great location and clean. Would stay here again!

Holiday Vacation near Vatican

The apartment is perfect for a family - three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is next to a grocery store and 5 minutes from wonderful cafes. It is 5 minutes from the Vatican and easy access to other neighborhoods like Travestere. You are not in the thick of the tourist area and you get a flavor for local living. Nico is a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy and smooth.

The property was clean and in a good location. It was very hot when we visited and the air con did not do much to cool the space. Note that also if you have elderly folks with you, there are many stairs to navigate. There’s an elevator in the building, but sets of stairs up and down to get to it. This was a challenge for some family members with me.

Our host and owner Nicolo was amazing!

We had a great experience. Nicolo was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and during our stay. He was very responsive with questions. He was a tremendous help with transportation arrangements, restaurant recommendations and luggage storage. He checked in during our stay to make sure that everything was going well and continued to extend himself with any of our needs! First time in Italy was a great experience with working with someone like Nicolo. Rosie Q and family.

Wonderful place to stay

We had an amazing time staying at Nicola and Marina's place! We were within walking distance of St. Peter's Square. There were many lovely cafes and restaurants nearby, stores to shop at, and everything we could have needed. Nicola was an absolutely fantastic host. He arranged a pick-up from the airport, helped us find things around the city, and arranged our transport when we were leaving, even checking in to ensure we arrived at our next destination. I traveled with myself, 4 family members, and a friend, each room had a bathroom and a large bed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. If we come back, we will stay here again. Highly recommend!

If St. Peter’s square and surrounding area is on your to-do list this apartment could not be in a better location! Close to cafes, groceries, public transportation and more. We speak ZERO Italian and host answered all kinds of questions for us. Excellent stay!

Highly Recommended!!

My family of 7 was traveling to Rome for 4 days and this was a perfect place for us! There’s three bedrooms and a bathroom in each room. Closely located near a train line and the Vatican. We felt very safe staying at this location and Nicola was a perfect host. There’s a grocery store right below for any basic needs during your stay. If we return to Rome again we will be staying here.

Superb and perfectly located appartment

Nicola and Marina appartment is splendid. Everything looks brnd new. The beds are nice, the bedrooms are huge, the building is nice and its location unbeatable. Nicola was very kind and responsive. He even allowed us to unload our luggages earlier than originaly planned, even thought it disturbed the cleaning in process :) If I ever come back to Roma with my family or with similar number of guest (we were eight) I definitely would try to book this appartment again.

Ottima casa

La casa è veramente bella, la posizione perfetta, accanto al vaticano e soprattutto a 10 minuti dalla metro e 2 minuti dalla stazione di Roma S.Pietro , in un quartiere tranquillo. Host veramente disponibile per qualsiasi genere di problema. Consigliatissimo.

Nico was a terrific host!

The apartment was immaculate and well-supplied with linens, shower supplies and kitchen items. It appears to have been recently renovated and furnished. The kitchen is the only common area and it is quite small, so if you plan to cook meals for several people, it may not be suitable for you. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size. This is a great location if you plan to visit the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s. We did have a little trouble with the lock on the door to the apartment. Be sure you try it after checking in before Nico leaves. I can’t say enough about how helpful Nico was to us. One of our party had a problem with airport transportation and Nico was able to make arrangements for her at the last minute. Thank you again Nico!
