We have been working up and above to make this accommodation as comfortable as possible for most guests. I would like to shine a light on some of the comments that you have made. - The majority of the refusal area downstairs is being used by the business over which we have no control of , however we have been in contact with City of Prague and the management company requesting an improvement in this matter. - We have asked a maintenance company to look into the issue with street gate which being used by all residence as well as related business even when locked. - in terms of the lay out of the apartment: Commonly all these apartments have an entrance from a hallway corridor where you you pass by your neighbours before entering self contained dedicated accommodation. This a typical design of these houses, having said that I understand for some with a lack of knowledge of local architecture may find this unusual. I reckon no one was forcing you to peek into somebody else’s windows regardless of where they are located. - I believe it is a valid question to ask about and relation status of an previously unscheduled quest who stayed with you proximately half of your visit. A specially when you have hired the place for yourself only. This a highly valued apartment which has been in our family over 60 years so naturally, I would like to know who is staying there. - I would like to add when you hire a someones home you kind of expect to come across some of the owner’s belongings such as a family photo. I admit, I found your comment about us our children in the photo rather disrespectful. Perhaps once you become a family man yourself you will understand what I mean. Taking in account what you have written I would recommend to you to opt in for a hotel where you would minimise dealing with these aspects.
