¡Hermoso! El complejo de condominios más agradable y exquisito de la familia en la isla de Okaloosa. Una palabra lo dice Esta es la casa de vacaciones que has estado esperando. Directamente en la playa, todas las comodidades, ubicación perfecta entre Destin y Fort Walton Beach, cerca de muchos restaurantes, locales nocturnos y atracciones, ¡todo en su lista de deseos!

¡Invita a toda la familia! Hasta 8 personas pueden vacacionar aquí con cama tamaño King en el dormitorio principal, cama tamaño Queen en el 2do dormitorio y dos camas individuales en el área de literas. También hay un sofá cama Queen, si es necesario.

Este 3er piso, 2BR / 2. 5BA con unidad de literas está decorado con muebles de grado de platino. El condominio cuenta con techos de 9 pies, molduras de techo, lavadora / secadora, Wi-Fi gratis y todos los extras que desearías. El gran dormitorio principal y el segundo dormitorio están en el lado del golfo del condominio y tienen acceso al enorme balcón. Tanto el dormitorio principal como el segundo tienen un gran baño privado. El condominio también tiene una gran área de literas para los niños. La cocina está totalmente equipada con hermosos gabinetes y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable que complementan las encimeras de granito y la barra de desayuno.

Great vacation

The condo could have had a better cleaning before entering but overall the resort and condo itself were amazing and we would love to come back. The kids loved the pool and the beach was awesome and of far walk at all. Loved the Waffle House right next to condo!

Great experience. Liked the layout of the room and had a good view. Pool area is the best around. Beach was nice. Only issue was none on the bathroom or bedroom doors lock and could not get bands upon arrival. Did get early check in which was a plus.

Check in was easy! Place was clean. Had a well stocked kitchen. Pool and beach was great. Kids enjoyed the place. Carpet was a little messed up but nothing terrible. Table was well used. Will be back!

Very nice property. Needs some minor attention to things like the clothes dryer, the bifold door to the washer/dryer, the ice dispenser on the fridge, but otherwise, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend this unit

Great Property, Nice Room

Very nice property for families with pre-teens and younger. Room had a couple of minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed, such as big wrinkles in the carpet and the closet doors that weren't hung properly. However, we easily overlooked these issues due to the great layout of the property and quality of the family crowd. Much better than our recent trips to Virginia Beach!

Excellent location with outstanding view

Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving together. Some came from Colorado, some from Michigan. Overall, the condo worked for a group of 7 (one was local). Enjoyed coffee on the balcony each morning looking out at the ocean. Bathrooms were incredible. The kitchen had good pots and pans, however it was small for cooking a full Thanksgiving dinner. LOL. Needed more storage and counter space.

Other than a broken chair at the dining table, air not keeping up so it was steadily hot in the condo, and the dryer making an awful noise, too loud to even use it, but over all it was ok.

Great location

We loved the resort and location. The condo is outdated and clearly an investment property with no upgrades. We made due with what we had. Would have been nice to have locks on all bedrooms/bathrooms. Blackout curtains in the master is almost a necessity because you get all the lights from the pool/ gym area shining into the bedroom all night long. We stayed with 3 other families, all paying the same amount, and ours was definitely the one that needed the most work done. We will be back to this resort but will be finding a different condo next year.

Dirty & broken

The carpets were very dirty and stained, ever thing was broken… stains on side of mattress that could have been covered with a sheet. RUDE phone call saying our payment didn’t go through, which was because we have a limit on cards, I said let me raise limit real quick and she acted like she didn’t believe me…. Have to walk through parking garage to get to pool. They did have a good pizza though.

Couldn't always get in touch with "Best Beach Get Aways" when needed. Had to call back too many times. However, they did get us in early and we greatly appreciated that! Property needed attention. Closet door was off track, but I FIXED IT. Blender was missing the pitcher, so WE BOUGHT A BLENDER and had to use paper towels as coffee filter since the filter that was specifically made for the coffee maker must have been thrown away at one time and "normal" filters don't fit. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet dishwasher and freezer made ice very quickly.

The resort is very nice. Loved the pools and lazy river. The condo was spacious and had a nice view of the pools and ocean. The balcony had nice shade in the morning which was great for waking up and drinking coffee and relaxing before heading to the beach. Two beach chairs were included in our stay, which we used daily. The bathrooms are spacious and have great storage. The overall decor in the condo was dated, but it matches the pictures online. I do have 2 complaints about the condo though. The first complaint is that the carpet is very dirty. If you have small kids, I would consider a different condo, especially if they are young. Second, the whole condo could use a major cleaning. For the ridiculous amount of money that they charge, I expected more of an upscale, clean feel. I have rented from owners using VRBO before and never had a problem before. Beware, this condo is managed by a company and not an owner. Because of this, there is a lack of responsibility and accountability when it comes to the concerns of the guests. I asked several questions by e-mail before the trip and none of them were answered. In the future, I will only rent from individuals and not companies.

Nice view, great beach, fun property with a lot of pool options

The size and layout was great. Bathrooms are huge. I wish I would have read reviews again prior to going or a list of things to take would be nice. You must provide your own beach towels. Only one roll of TP per bathroom and one roll of paper towels provided, so bring extra TP. There’s not a crockpot, FYI. The pans were cheap and a pot was cracked, but we were still able to cook. There’s a measuring cup but no measuring spoons. There is a toaster, blender, coffeemaker, cutting board. You’ll need to bring dish soap and laundry soap. Neither DVD player worked. A few games, puzzles, coloring books, or deck of cards would have been nice to have on our rainy days. The property has gas grills which is nice, though we didn’t use them. No need to buy charcoal. I’m not sure if it was the carpet or perhaps the sofas, but the room had a musty/old smoke smell. The pools were fun and thank goodness for the heated pool because it was cold while we were there. The beach and beach service was great. There’s no longer an arcade room as shown in the pictures. It would have been nice to have a small snack shop or restaurant on site that was actually open. I only saw the one by the pool open twice the week we were there and they sometimes didn’t have food and closed before dinner each day. Guests reserved seats by the heated pool and all chairs were taken by 8:30 in the morning despite signs saying it was strictly prohibited, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a decent place with a view, great beach, and lots of pool options. The beds were comfortable. We’d stay here again.

HORRIBLE SCAM!!! HAZARDOUS CONDO! DO NOT RENT

WHAT A NIGHTMARE. This property is not accurately represented online and had HAZARDOUS conditions. We arrived to buckling carpet with exposed nails (KIDS stepped on them), shower door that doesn’t close, broken balcony furniture (you could just flip right off the third floor), a giant hairy booger smeared on the wall of the dining area, run down furniture, and old junky TVs (we couldn’t watch a basketball game the picture was so bad). We contacted the property manager about these issues and she informed us that company is aware of them and agrees the condo is bad, but it’s just so booked up they don’t have time to resolve the problems.. That is totally unacceptable. It is neglect. And the price they are charging is in no way reflective of what they are providing. We tried to look past all of this and stayed the first night. The next day we found a water leak in one of the bedroom ceilings which soaked the carpet, we put an ice chest under the leak to catch the water, TOOK A VIDEO FOR PROOF, and called management. A security person from Waterscape came up and saw the leak and took down all of our info. Management was not helpful and since we had 3 small kids and an unusable bedroom we had to leave. We were extremely upset and inconvenienced the entire trip, we asked for our money back. We were told the next day that they didn’t see a leak and said the carpet was wet from our ice chest.. even though we had a video of the leak and a third party witness. This company is not being held accountable whatsoever and they are not issuing us a full refund, they gave us a small refund that they deemed as “fair” and are now ignoring us. Best Beach Getaways seems to be a total scam, they charged us nearly $1700 for 3 nights in a run down grimy condo. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT.

Don’t Take other reviews too seriously

I just completed 6 nights in mid-September 2023 at Waterscape A-316. For what I paid, it was everything I expected and more. My family had a wonderful trip and would rent this property again. There are several very negative past reviews that overstate the severity of very minor issues and the expectations of those reviewers is either way too high or they intentionally misrepresented the property. Positives: - Huge space for the price. 2 Bed, 2.5 bath with bunks in their own space off the kitchen. Good size rooms all around. - Huge Bathrooms - Great bathroom spaces. Master has double vanity and bigger tub. 2nd full bath a little smaller but still excellent. - Cleanliness - Apartment and property are well maintained, though they do show their age in some areas. Especially compared to many other condo buildings in the area. - Location - Right on the main road, easy in and easy out. 5 minute drive to Destin, 5 minutes to anything in Fort Walton. Room is super convenient to anything you need on property. Quiet. No hall noise that we could discern. - Property - Well-maintained and beautiful landscaping. Maintenance crew visibly keeping up the property daily. 4 pools all kept clean - though only 1 is heated and the pools are shaded most of the day so if it drops below 70 at night most of the pools stay chilly. Grills and tiki hut were great options. Easy walk out to the beach. Great location. Cons: - Unit needs updating - Much of the furniture is showing wear and so are the walls/doors. Water damage and scuffed corners are visible. Beds and couch are worn out - clean and still comfortable, just that the cushions and mattresses need a refresh. Most other things lit kitchen utensils, shower doors, paint, carpet are not in bad shape but just could use a good refresh. - Missing the arcade/game room - Game room is listed as available but we could not find it in property. - Beach service - Beach service is included (a great perk) however the way chairs are arranged on the beach, if you are not outside waiting early, you will be far from the water. -Non-existent cancellation policy - We had a family emergency threaten to interrupt our stay (it thankfully did not). Attempts to cancel were met with a hard no and an unwillingness to make an exception. Beware there is no cancellation at all after booking confirmation unless you buy trip insurance.

Nice Pool Condo For Family

Was given a code at check in after signing a form. It was seamless and easy to access. Convenient to parking, pool, and elevator. Room was clean. 2 bedrooms, each with on suite BIG bathroom with shower and baths. This was great for our family. The bunk beds were nice, although next to the kitchen so not too quite for kids. We loved walking to the pool and beach each day. Yes the carpet is old and wrinkly but with sand and such, idk how it wouldn't be. Yes, washing machine is loud. Kitchen was good with basic pots and pans. NO spices, oils, salt/pepper.... or anything. So bring anything you'd need. Cupboards are completely bare. They had only a small amount of shampoo and dish soap. No laundry soap. They did have enough towels and blankets. I think they fixed many of the things that were broken, in fact, someone came by to fix something while we were staying there. I was bummed the two DVD players did not work. 3 TVs in the unit. Pull out couch is fine for kids, but not too comfy for adults. Unit was very nice and the patio had a good view. You can see a small spot of the beach, but honestly you don't need a beach view to enjoy the unit. You can either walk through the parking lot to access the pool, or down the hall a bit through the stairwell. No biggie. 3rd floor is nice and a little more out of the way. Glad I didn't get a floor unit. We enjoyed our time and it really felt like vacation. Most of the residents there were friendly. Opening doors, respecting space, etc. A very family-friendly place. Condo is also near restaurants, shops, and the pier is just a short beach walk away as well. It was our first time to Fort Walton area, and we loved it. So many pools! The tables and chairs get claimed quick, but you can always find open loungers at the kiddie splash pad, which is what we did since we weren't in a hurry to claim territory. We were able to grill poolside, no problem. The beach umbrella service was nice. They set up two chairs with one umbrella in between. For a family of 7, we just brought our own tent... but it is nice to have things already down there if you have a smaller group. They make a big horseshoe on the beach in front of the condos so they really claim the sand. Glad I found this unit, and wanted to leave a detailed review as it was helpful in my planning! You'll love it!

PLEASE BEWARE!! This place is horribly misleading. We walked in the door & the place was disgusting, hair on the bed and bathroom floor, carpets were needing to replaced years ago, furniture was falling apart, stains on pretty much everything, chairs, doors, walls etc. We checked the reviews after staying and the broken chair leg and carpet have been mentioned and nothing obviously has been done. (Maintenance did come fix chair.) After finally walking around the grounds, we found out only one pool is heated, the lazy river was under construction & had been for quite some time, we were not notified that the lazy river was down at all. The HOA we spoke to said this company was notified & also required to post when things are not available. There is not an Arcade & hasn't been one on the property in 5 YEARS!!!!! The first night we stayed, the master bedrooms got down into 50s at night you could almost see your breath. Mind you we had the temp set all the way up to 78 degrees & the living room and the bunk beds were scortching hot and bedrooms were freezing. The company sent out three different people to fix the issue & they said nothing could be done besides closing the bunk bed vents & they said just leave all the doors open so air can flow. They said we could have space heaters for the rooms but we never got any. Also, none of the doors have locks that work. Coffee pot was broken, can opener was also broken. The first night there we left to go get groceries and tried to return to the condo to find out there is a keypad to get back in the parking garage. This was after hours & no one could help us. Finally after 30 minutes we found an emergency phone number & they gave us the code to get in. But not after getting argumentative about it and saying it was in the email we should have got. We triple checked it to be sure and yep, no code sent. It was not in the email at all. So basically we paid a bunch of money to get completely screwed and didn't have half of the amenities we were supposed to have. I could literally go on and on with more issues but I think you get the point. What we booked and what we got were not the same. Very disappointed. The kids were crying because they were looking forward to lazy river & arcade. Do not rent from this company. They do not know how to run a business and their customer service is less than satisfactory. I wish I could give them a lower rating than we did. We sent pictures to VRBO & never heard anything back.

Loved the pools and the lazy river, even though it needed “policed” better. Pool attendants needed to keep a better eye on children doing things they shouldn’t be, instead of worrying about taking up peoples towels if they haven’t been in their chairs in an hour! All the appliances need upgraded in the unit.
