Roseneath House ocupa una ubicación semi-rural verdaderamente excepcional, de fácil acceso, casi equidistante entre las bellas e históricas ciudades de Bristol y Bath. Construido a fines de la década de 1850, el edificio se ha transformado en una casa elegante y moderna con un ambiente tranquilizador clásico que garantiza que se cumplan las expectativas de nuestros huéspedes, sin restarle importancia a la historia del edificio. The host made us very welcome.We enjoyed the spacious rooms and large kitchen which enabled us to share quality time with family gathered for an 80th birthday celebration. The children loved the hot tub and a fun time with their cousins.

Hen do stay

We stayed at Roseneath House for a weekend for a friend's hen do and it was perfect! The house is in great condition and has a beautiful garden and comfortable rooms. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the party room at the back. The kitchen was also very well equipped for all of the cooking we did. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay

We had an incredible time at Roseneath celebrating my partners 30th birthday. Paul was a 10/10 host - so accommodating before, during and after our stay, even offering to pick us up from the shop with all our groceries. The house is exactly as pictured (if not better) and I’ve never come across a better equipped kitchen in my life. We had a ball.

13 women stayed at this property for a hen weekend away, it was fantastic. Enough parking for all cars and rooms are very spacious. Kitchen has everything you could need. hot tub is added luxury, close enough to bristol city centre for a night out and taxis and takeaways are easy to get from this property 👍🏻

Beautiful House

We came for my friends hen weekend and everyone absolutely loved the house. It was perfect for what we needed, we enjoyed the hot tub, stunning gardens and the house had everything we needed. The rooms were all presented perfectly, and Paul was very friendly and flexible, even meeting us earlier to check in. Thanks so much, will definitely recommend!

Amazing hen weekend!

14 of us stayed at Paul’s property for this past weekend for my sisters hen trip. The house exceeded our expectations- it was beautiful, clean and had everything we could have needed. Paul was great at welcoming us and a great host who showed us around the property and was only a text away should we have needed him (we didn’t as everything was spot on!) I couldn’t recommend the house enough for a family or friends getaway. Would 100% visit again!

Roseneath House was absolutely perfect for my sister's Hen Do. Paul has thought of everything in the house, the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, the house was stunning and it was fabulous to have so many communal spaces both indoors and outdoors. The disco room was perfect for late night karaoke and the house was well sound-proofed according to those who went to bed early! We couldn't have hoped for a better place to host a hen do and all the ladies loved the house! We took a minibus to Bristol and would recommend Avon Minibuses for large groups.

The most gorgeous home for our Wedding weekend!

The house is spectacular! We held our wedding weekend at Roseneath house with 14 guests and each guest was amazed at the house & grounds. The settings are beautiful, the rooms are spacious all with an en-suite, the kitchen & living spaces are beautiful! We have never stayed in a more perfect setting & it made the weekend magical. Paul was a lovely host, really friendly & kindly left us to it after a quick & easy check in. Communication was great too. Overall the stay was incredible and we hope to return for a weekend again in the future. Thank you Paul! The newly Mr & Mrs Mabbs x

The most exceptional weekend

I can’t begin to praise Paul and Roseneath House enough. We visited over the weekend for a hen party of 14 and to say we were blown away is an understatement. The house is truly stunning and Paul has thought of every detail from the contents of the kitchen to the decor. He communicated regularly in the lead up to our visit and was on hand throughout the weekend if we had any questions. The check in process was smooth and informative and enabled us to have the most fantastic weekend. The views of the countryside are epic but you are so close to Bath and Bristol which is really ideal. We can’t give enough praise! The house was perfect and we will definitely be back! Thank you Paul for such a wonderful stay.

We <3 Roseneath!

Our weekend at Roseneath was incredible. Main pros: the house is stunning! The pictures don't do it justice - the upstairs has so many spacious, lovely bedrooms, most with really nice en suite bathrooms (it felt like a luxurious hotel!). The kitchen is incredible with amazing utensils and cooking appliances. The dining room is also really well decorated and there are tons of big tables - perfect for group dinners or breakfasts outside and Paul was nice enough to set the table for our party size. Paul overall was an amazing owner/host and has everything ready for us, really thoughtful touches (towels on each bed, prosecco for us in the wine fridge, mini shampoos in each bathroom, etc.), and was super attentive when we had an issue with the drainage/sockets briefly. The only (very minor) not upside to the house is that it is off a busy road and wasn't as easy as we hoped to walk to from the train station, but Paul provided a list of easy taxi companies so we'd just recommend taxiing from the station if you have luggage :) other than that fab time at Roseneath we won't ever forget!!

Lovely weekend with friends

Had a lovely stay with 13 friends at the house. Really well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and a great garden for hanging out. Nice walks around the area and overall a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

The house is beautiful and real gem . Catered all our needs for 15 girls on a hen party . The house had everything we needed and more . Plenty of room and Paul the house owner was very informative. The hot tub was a real treat lovely and warm and very clean . We did not want to leave and will be all dreaming about that house for months to come Thank you Paul - we will be back :) fell in love with your dog (ornament ) and the elephant haha
