Lujosa villa amigable para los niños con una gran piscina y una piscina privada cerca del centro del pueblo con todos los servicios y a corta distancia de millas de playas de arena dorada. Jardín y un montón de aparcamiento privado. Zona tranquila. Completamente reformado a principios de 2008. Dispone de aire acondicionado.
5 habitaciones grandes; 2 con baño privado y todas con balcones. Acceso inalámbrico a internet de banda ancha. TV del Reino Unido. Llamadas telefónicas gratuitas. Gran salón y cocina / sala de desayunos abierta. Casa de piscina de 100m2 con 2ª cocina, aseo y zona de juegos. Un montón de espacio tanto dentro como fuera. Ideal para 2 familias para compartir o para un grupo de familia numerosa.
Calefacción completa disponible durante los meses más fríos, por lo que puede utilizarse durante todo el año. En una hermosa zona con mucho que ver y hacer. Los lugares locales de interés incluyen Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Pezenas, Valras Plage, Cap D'Agde y Sete. El país cátaro está cerca y esta es la zona productora de vino más grande de Francia, con cuevas locales en cada pueblo


Villa ha sido completamente renovada: tenga en cuenta que la propiedad fue completamente renovada a principios de 2008. La renovación incluyó una nueva cocina con encimeras de granito, una sala de desayunos y un jardín de invierno, baños nuevos con azulejos, aire acondicionado reversible en toda la casa, pisos de baldosas, puertas y ventanas nuevas y una completa redecoración. Todas las camas tenían colchones nuevos y ropa de cama para el inicio de la temporada. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos nuevos y vajilla etc. La piscina también ha sido completamente renovada y ahora cuenta con una cubierta que soporta pesas con energía solar. Esto excede las medidas de seguridad exigidas por la ley francesa y lo hace lo más seguro posible para los niños. Hay una nueva área para comer al aire libre con capacidad para 10 y una barbacoa y nuevas tumbonas. Siempre que sea posible, la casa está amueblada con muebles franceses de estilo tradicional.

Pueblo local: Lespignan es un verdadero pueblo francés y no una trampa para turistas. Nuestra villa está en el borde del pueblo; un corto paseo (5 minutos) al centro para sus croissants de desayuno. Hay un pequeño mercado los miércoles y viernes por la mañana y la tienda Spar local está abierta los domingos por la mañana. Hay tres tiendas generales en el pueblo, pero para más opciones, los hipermercados en Béziers (Auchan, Geant y Le Clerc) están a poca distancia en auto y hay un supermercado Casino en Colombiers que está abierto los 7 días de la semana. El hipermercado Hyper-U entre Serignan y Valras Plage también abre un domingo durante el verano.
Hay dos restaurantes / pizzerías en el pueblo más un restaurante gourmet: Hostellerie du Chateau. Más restaurantes están disponibles en los pueblos vecinos. Hay una excelente selección de restaurantes en Beziers.
Nuestra villa es muy privada y está ubicada en una zona tranquila sin ruido de la carretera. La villa está rodeada de muros y árboles y no se pasa por alto por las propiedades vecinas

Niños: Una enorme área de juegos blanda interior acaba de abrir 10 minutos desde la villa. Esto es ideal en las raras ocasiones en que el sol no brilla y es adecuado para niños de hasta aprox. 10 años de edad. A nuestros niños les encanta. Ahora hay una segunda área de juegos cubierta muy cerca de la salida de la autopista Beziers Ouest.

Lovely holiday in beautiful house

7 of us (4 adults and 3 children aged 5 and 2 year old twins) had a wonderful family holiday in this big house in a lovely little French town. The pool is large and well maintained and the gardens and grounds are extremely secure. The house is fully air conditioned, which was needed with temperatures in the mid to high 30s and it was very comfortable, family friendly and extremely well equipped. With a maximum of a 30 minute drive there are beautiful beaches, numerous local wineries where you can buy and taste superb wines, the cities of Narbonne and Beziers and lovely little market towns. The house has everything you need and is particularly well equipped with children’s items- loads of toys, crockery, cutlery etc. we loved the indoor and outdoor space and everything about the house.

Perfect for Families

We stayed with my two grand children aged 2 & 4, the house is perfectly set up for kids, with lots of thoughtful things provided. The house is a short stroll into the village and about 25 mins from the beach. Overall we had a great holiday, many thanks.

Vacances très agréables

La maison est vraiment agréable, calme, spacieuse (nous étions 8 dont un enfant) et dispose de tout le nécessaire, voire davantage. Les hôtes sont anglais et la clientèle plutôt anglophone. On peut être déroutée au départ par le contrat probablement en usage au Royaume Uni, mais que cela ne vous inquiète pas. Je pense qu'il était important de laisser un avis en français. En ce qui nous concerne, tout s'est merveilleusement bien passé. La maison était très propre, bien préparée avec draps et serviettes, ce qui est très appréciable lorsque vous avez fait un long voyage. Pas de surcoûts non plus comme cela se trouve régulièrement. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine non chlorée et plus grande qu'on ne l'imaginait sur les photos. Une terrasse ombragée permet de prendre l'apéro et les repas en été. Bref un très bon séjour et des souvenirs inoubliables.

A very special family holiday

It was decided that our family would have a special holiday altogether - grandparents, two daughters and their families equalling six adults and 5 children aged 3.1/2 to 14 years. We agreed that the five bedrooms with 2 en suites together with extra showers and facilities would be ideal for the three families. This really surpassed our expectations and enabled us all to have a certain amount of privacy. The accommodation was superb in every way. The kitchen supplied more than adequate equipment for all our needs and the lounge was very relaxing with Sky TV a real bonus as we were able to see some of the Olympics. Facilities for the children were excellent with books, videos and toys (not that we needed to use them as the large swimming pool was the greatest attraction)! There were little pockets of shady areas around the house which was very welcoming as the temperatures were in the 30's. As we had young children we did a lot of cooking and eating outside using the BBQ. There wasn't one piece of equipment missing even if you fancied adventurous cooking! Lots of cutlery, crockery etc so we could use the dishwasher and not be washing up all day. The area was lovely within walking distance of a little village with convenient shopping and a boulangerie that was visited every day for our croissants. The pizzaria in the village was very welcoming and we had a couple of lovely meals there in the evening. There was also a really nice restaurant further into the village, Hostellerie Du Chateau, if something a bit special was needed. The local beaches were superb and not too far to drive. Bezier is a lovely town, also Narbonne and Carcassonne with plenty of neighbouring vinyards to visit. A trip along the Canal du Midi is a must with plenty of restaurants along the way. Altogether, the house, the surrounding areas and the beautiful weather made for a memorable holiday which was enjoyed by our three generations. Would more than recommend the property and the area for young and a little older.

excellent property

this villa is well equipped with everything you could ask for,it was spotlessly clean when we arrived,with lovely bedrooms,bathrooms,kitchen etc which is all done to a very high standard,and in an ideal location for the beaches,shops but also very quiet.It has everything for children inc inflatables for the pool but also very safe for children.The sky tv and internet is a bonus too. the pool is big and has a solar cover which keeps it warm and there are 6 loungers and the games room is excellent with a good size pool table,table tennis,table football and beer fridge.also had toilet and shower so ideal for by the pool. The owner is very friendly and helpful and any problems we just called the management company who delt with them very quickly. we would not hesitate to book this property again and would certainly recommend it to our friends. its the best villa we have stayed in.

60th birthday celebrations

The villa sits neatly at the edge of an attractive French town. It has been beautifully restored - clearly a labour of love by the interested owners who have young children themselves. The kitchen/diner leads to a conservatory then outside to the pool and b.b.q. area. We were impressed by the large pool house containing table tennis and table football facilities. As well as our children we had with us our 2 grandchildren aged 4 and 1 and the toys, pool equipment and videos meant that no toys needed to be transported on this holiday. There were excellent facilities available in Lespignan and in particular a bakery we visited daily, a butcher plus a local market. For the more major shopping we found the nearby Casino excellent. Despite the fact that we were the easons's first visitors the weather was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The route from Calais contains an attractive section of the new A75 a considerable improvement over our earlier excursions to the mediterranean and we comfortably made the return trip in a day. We intend to return to Lespignan and would thoroughly recommend the facilities at this villa to families particularly with young children; for sight seeing; for girls get-away. All will enjoy exploring the area and the local beaches.

A Superb Holiday

We have been meaning to write this review for some time now but the fact we’re writing this six months later shows how memorable this holiday was to us. The villa is absolutely superb and has everything you need to be a real home from home, whilst at the same time making you feel quite special as you enjoy all it has to offer. Its location is ideal for exploring the diverse countryside around it but anyone lucky enough to stay here should definitely put plenty of time aside just to relax and enjoy the villa. We will certainly be returning and can’t wait to do so!

Delighted

Hving been away last year to a great Villa nearer montpellier I never expected to be able to match it...it didn't..it surpassed it by far. The villa has everything you could think off and was beautifully decorated, maintained and positioned. Its near a village which was great for gettin the breakfast easily but location was great for beaches, bezier and the countryside. We were a large group of 6 adults and 6 children (all under 5) plenty of bathrooms and it was a great size, lots of space for the children to play, toys and inflatables for the pool provided. We liked the fact we could still work by checking emails through the wireless connection and the pool was cleaned half way through the stay. We even had great beach towels for the duration. As we had young children we did a lt of cooking and eating outside using the summer and indoor kitchin and BBQ. There wasn't one piece of equipment missing even if you fancied adventurous cooking! loads of cultlary,crockery etc so we could use the dishwasher and not be washing up all day. I was relunctant to write te review as I dont actually want other people finding out about such a great villa! we will certainly be back!

We are a British family with 3 children. We live just north of London in a small town. Tessa is an accountant and Chris a software developer.
Prior to starting a family we travelled a lot and wanted our children to inherit our love of this. We wanted a villa in the south of France that was family friendly but didn't compromise on luxury - our standards didn't change because we had children!!

We were looking for a light and airy, spacious property with a pool and garden within walking distance of shops but in a quiet location and Le Palmier ticks all these boxes! When we purchased the villa it was in desperate need of tlc and we had the property completed renovated to a high standard so that we were happy to use it as our second home. Updating has continued each year and, most recently, we have had all the shutters replaced.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The villa is perfect for relaxed family holidays. The majority of our guests are either 2 families holidaying together or extended families with at least 3 generations. It is genuinely child and baby friendly - our youngest was only 18 months old when we bought the villa so we had to ensure that it was completely safe for him. The pool has a weight bearing retractable cover which is the safest way of securing a pool. We also have UK TV and a full quota of baby/toddler/child accessories and toys.
However, the villa is equally great for teenagers having a large games room and private pool.
