Este lujoso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra en el paseo marítimo de Villefranche, muy cerca de la playa. Amueblado al más alto nivel con una gran terraza orientada al sur con tumbonas para relajarse y tomar el sol todo el día. La estación de tren se encuentra literalmente a unos pasos de la entrada principal, por lo que no se requiere alquiler de coches.

Espacio

La sala de estar se compone de un cómodo sofá de 2 plazas y una silla. Hay un televisor inteligente de 42 "montado en la pared con canales en inglés y francés equipados con cables HDMI y un reproductor de DVD. La sala de estar tiene puertas francesas originales que conducen a la gran terraza orientada al sur.

La moderna cocina integrada incluye lavavajillas, microondas, horno eléctrico y vitrocerámica, nevera-congelador y lavadora / secadora. También hay una barbacoa de gas en la terraza.

El gran dormitorio principal incluye una cama tamaño king y una ventana con función, ¡no hay mejor vista para despertarse que los botes y la bahía! Hay un armario triple que también incluye un montón de espacio en los cajones. El baño incluye una gran ducha de alta presión y espacio de almacenamiento en los gabinetes de espejo. Barrio

Un paseo de dos minutos a lo largo del paseo marítimo te lleva a una franja de fabulosos restaurantes. La Mere Germaine es un restaurante de mariscos muy conocido donde a menudo se puede ver a las celebridades llegar en barco ... dos minutos más y se llega al bullicioso casco antiguo, donde encontrará una gran cantidad de bares, restaurantes y todos los servicios locales que pueda necesitar.


Moverse

La puerta de entrada al apartamento está literalmente enfrente de la estación de trenes, ¡no podría estar en una mejor ubicación para el transporte público! Villefranche sur Mer está situado entre Niza (6 minutos en el tren) y Mónaco (14 minutos). El tren recorre todo el camino hasta Ventimiglia (Italia) en una dirección y hasta Cannes en la otra, con muchos lugares fabulosos para visitar en el camino, incluidos Menton, Mónaco, Eze, Cap-d'Ail, Antibe y Juan les Pins.

This lovely apartment has stunning views and fantastic access to the beach and sea which are just in front and to the railway line which is just behind. It was everything we wanted from a holiday apartment. Easy check in via a key box, great WiFi and facilities generally. We loved it!

Nice apartment with good location. Excellent HVAC. Parking a big problem. Access challenging with stairs and gate lock to upper access non-functioning. Could use more than one set of towels, and kitchen should have more essentials stocked v. having to purchase for short term stay (e.g., cooking oil, pepper, plastic wrap). Area WiFi unfortunately out during stay. Enjoyed dining and view from large patio.

Villefranche on the Water

Lovely place to stay right on the beach. Not for older people as too many stairs. The apartment was well presented. The only thing we would say is they need a larger awning out on the veranda to protect you from the afternoon Sun. Jenny, the host was excellent. We would recommend staying,

Wonderful apartment in Villefranche-sur-Mer

This lovely apartment is ideally situated just a few steps from the train station in Villefranche, making it ideal for exploring the Cote d'Azur. The apartment is very comfortable with two full bedrooms and bathrooms, and virtually every item one would need for a great stay (e.g., full kitchen utensils, towels, extra blankets). The unit was spotless and everything was in good working order. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time in Villefranche sur Mer. The apartment is perfectly located and the view is absolutely gorgeous. Having 2 bathrooms was essential. Common living space in the apartment is a little small but had everything we needed. Everything is in easy walking distance - we tried a new restaurant every evening! Jenny was a pleasure to deal with - highly recommend this place.

The terrace has a fantastic view of the bay, yachts and Cap Ferrat. VilleFranche Sur Mer is such a beautiful town to walk around with fantastic restaurants. There was zero train noise and the proximity to the train with which we used every day to tour all of the towns on the Riviera is right out your back gate. We did the walk around Cap Ferrat and took the train back from Beaulieu. The apartment is a slice of heaven with the ever changing evening sky’s over the bay and yachts. Be sure to eat at Mayssa Beach restaurant for a treat the food and ambience is divine. Esponsa Restaurant is also part of the same group just below the apartment and serves the Bream the same way at your table but for less money. We tried most of the restaurants on the front and we had amazing meals everywhere. The apartment has everything you need. You can come in the back way and avoid the stairs up but the gate has a trick to open it which we figured out. We love it so much and can’t wait to come back.

As beautiful as it looks

We recently returned from a trip we have been planning for two years. Because of Covid we had to reschedule three times and Jenny and Graham could not have been more accumulating. Thank you. The property is as advertised. We were a little worried about possible noise from the train but it really did not bother us. We had been to Villefranche once before years ago and it is still a wonderful place to relax and enjoy everything French, especially the food. The location of the property is just about perfect. The view is lovely, especially in the mornings and evenings. There is a store less than a ten minute walk and most restaurants as well. The train station is two or three minutes and there is a bus stop for the bus that will take you tp the top of the town just down the steps. We connected to Netflix and music from our phone. No trouble with WiFi. All in all couldn't ask for much more except an easier way to fly internationally.

Great location

I really liked the rental and love this town. We were so glad we stayed there and not in Nice because Nice is large and crowded. I wish the bed was more comfortable but the bedding was clean and nice. I think the place has the potential to be amazing but I didn’t appreciate that there was no soap at the sinks. After a train ride, I got in and wanted to wash my hands and was disappointed. I had to walk to a store and luckily bought some. Also, I don’t like when food is left in the refrigerator from past guests. But this could be easily fixed and I hope it already is! None-the-less, it’s a great spot! The beach is beautiful and you have wonderful views from the apartment. The restaurants are great and walking distance. I appreciated staying here. I was not bothered by the street or the train or neighbors. In fact, I found all those things so convenient! It’s quiet and private once inside. We don’t cook so we didn’t use the kitchen or the patio but they seemed like a great set-up. We also didn’t use the tv but we did use the AC when we came home from a day of sight-seeing and it worked well. The location is great.

Underbar utsikt

Jättefin lägenhet med stor terrass med utsikt över havet. Nära restauranger och strand. Fin kommunikation med värdparet. Sköna sängar, välutrustat kök. Buss till centrala villefrance sur mer precis utanför, liksom tåg till andra orter på rivieran. Vi kan varmt rekommendera denna lägenhet.

Super Lage

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Ein- und Auschecken verlief ohne persönliche Anwesenheit des Gastgebers nach schriftlicher Instruktion problemlos. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht, der Gastgeber sorgte per WhatsApp für einen schnellen workaround, der aber leider nur im Schlafzimmer und auf der Terrasse halbwegs funktionierte. Daran hat sich dann während der Dauer des Aufenthalts leider nichts geändert. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und in die Bucht zu schauen. Mittags bis nachmittags hätten wir uns eine große Markise gewünscht um Schatten zu haben, die Sonne ist jetzt im Mai doch schon sehr stark, der UV Index war tageweise bei 9-10. Die Bahnlinie hinter dem Apartment fanden wir nicht störend, eher schon abends und nachts die getunten Autos und Motorräder auf der Straße vor dem Haus, die auf sich aufmerksam machen wollten. Aber das ist alles ein Klagen auf hohem Niveau.

Ideal accommodation and location

We had a superb week in Graham and Jenny’s apartment and already want to return! Villefranche is a stunning village and harbour and the view from the apartment reinforces that daily. There are so many great walks in either direction and the train station at the back door should you wish to go further, but why would you. The apartment is very comfortable with all that you will need and the large balcony catches the sun all day, meaning you won’t need to fight for a spot on the beach for sun baking. Not much more to say other than see you next time!
