Home is beautiful. We love the xmas decor. Home is welcoming and and comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Be sure to being extra bedding if you are going to use the funton and pull out twin bed. There was only 1 extra blanket even though the welcome binder says there are extra blankets in the closet. We had a major issue with the heat our last night. We tried turning it off, waiting and turning it back on but had no success. Trued Googling, no success. Finally tried calling the name and number listed. This was at 10pm on Saturday night. The call went to a call center, not the person listed. After 30 mins on the phone, they said they can't help us because they couldn't get ahold of the host. Since there were no extra blankets, we were freezing that night. Slept in extra clothes and our coats that night. I even message host in vrbo app but did not get a response until the next morning when we were already in process of leaving. About 7am, the heat finally turned on. It must be set on a timer? Although there were no issues the day/night before. This is my first time renting from a management agency. I will never do that again. The home is great but when there was a issue, we were left in the cold. Literally.

Only a couple of call outs for the rental agency to be aware: there were fruit flies, the pool cues were missing tips and the kitchen island corner panel.was broken (unglued). Other than that, everything was in great shape.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a great spot for our extended family of ten to gather for a long weekend. There was space enough for us to eat together, spend time lounging and the views of the ocean and ravine were lovely. We saw lots of native wildlife, including some bucks fighting like on a nature show! Some of us enjoyed the hot tub and game room, which are great amenities to have! The kitchen is fairly well stocked and there is loads of prep space. We wish the kitchen cupboards had a little more attention paid to them as we found mouse droppings* in the back of the lower corner cabinet and some crusty/old pans that need to be retired/replaced. It would also be nice if the air freshener smell was less aggressive. Overall is was a very pleasant stay and we would return or recommend to others. *the house backs up to a ravine with lots of nature all around so critters are to be expected but not cleaning up after them is not

This was our first time booking a vacation rental. The house was as listed. Beautiful clean home with plenty of amenities. The pool table in the garage was a hit. And the sunsetting into the ocean from the back porch was amazing. Thank you for amazing time celebrating a 50th birthday.

It was a great location and served us well. The spaces were perfect for our needs. The garage had a pool table and ice hockey game which were fun to play. There is a wonderful walk along the cliffs a short distance from the house. There needed to be more hand towels bath towels and pillow cases for the 10 of us staying in the house. We could have used more cleaning supplies.. we had a mouse problem in the kitchen. The hot tub cover needs some refurbishing and repair.

We didn’t get much of a view of the ocean due to the fog, but we still really enjoyed our stay! Hot tub was a hit, as was the pool table.

Generally clean, well outfitted and maintained. Minor issues included deteriorating hot tub cover that needed replacing, and slightly rickety grill, everything worked a the house was well supplied. Great views when the fog receded

We had a wonderful time in Dillon Beach with our group of 12! The kids really enjoyed the hot tub, PlayStation, pool table, and sharing the bunk room together. It had a nice amount of seating for meals and playing games. The house is located on top of the hill above the beach and has beautiful views of the area. While it was a little too far and steep of a walk for our littles, it only took a few minutes to drive to the beach. We also enjoyed driving into Bodega Bay to explore other beaches and do a little shopping. Nice getaway to the coast!

Perfect weekend getaway

Great house for adults and children alike. Kids room with bunks and toys was a huge plus. Garage pool table and hang zone great for evenings. Well stocked across the board. Will return!

We spent the week cooking, playing games, hiking and beaching. The house was perfect in size with space to gather and enough room to space out too. The kitchen was well equipt to handle large meals. Kids loved the garage full of air hockey, pool table and the video games. Views were amazing and we loved sunset walks and watching all the wildlife. Great vacation spot - we will treasure our memories here.

Great house with incredible views~

We spent Friendsgiving here and loved the views and projector for a cozy weekend in. The trail to the beach near to the house was STUNNING. Highly recommend going if you stay here and the weather is nice.

The kitchen was the greatest and had everything you could possibly need. It opened up to a "Great" room that was wonderful and we were all able to visit with everyone being comfortable. The property was clean and well-maintained. Dillon's Beach was literally 5 minutes away and very nice, albeit windy when we were there. Our group rated it as a "10"and would definitely stay there again.

Great location for a family vacation

The house was thoughtfully laid out and very clean. Plenty of spaces for smaller groups with a kitchen, dining, and living space large enough for the whole family. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just wished there was a cabinet that we could keep our food supplies in.The king bed upstairs was uncomfortable., too soft for us and the wood frame made it difficult to get in.Other than that we loved the house and open concept with the kitchen, dining room and living area. The dining room table is great for a large group.The location was great. We’d love to rent again.

Wonderful home!

My family and I were very impressed with this property. The kitchen was fully stocked and the whole home was impeccable. We had an issue with one of the showers, but the maintenance person came right away and fixed it. The location is beautiful and if you happen to have sun (which we did), it made for amazing pictures. The residence is very kid friendly and they have so many activities for the children - from board games, movies, a projector, play doh, basketball hoop, etc. I would recommend this property 100%. We would love to come back and create more memories.
