Cabina Manta Roja cerca del Parque Nacional del Lago del Cráter

Esta es una de dos dormitorios, un baño casa hecha a la medida se encuentra en las montañas de la cascada rurales del sur de Oregon. Se encuentra enclavada en una hectárea arbolada cerca de la ciudad de la perspectiva. (Población 500). La casa se puso del lado de cedro en bruto aserrada y las paredes interiores se hacen con cedro y pino. La gran sala se destaca por una escalera de caracol de pino torcido. El visitante es recibido por un porche delantero cómodo con sillas de Adirondack para estar y hay un gran patio y pozo de fuego detrás de la cabina para el entretenimiento al aire libre. Sin embargo, esto no es una cabaña de fiesta y los invitados se limita al número de personas acordado en la reserva.

La cabina no es apto para niños menores de doce años.

El interior está diseñado con buen gusto con la relajación y el confort en mente. Los visitantes se sentirán a gusto rodeado de paredes de madera natural y carpintería personalizada en todo. El dormitorio principal tiene un número de dormir cama doble extragrande Select Comfort. La habitación del segundo piso más pequeño tiene una cama de matrimonio Sleep Number.
Hay acceso a Internet en la cabina, así como la programación de televisión local, streaming, DVD y mesa giratoria para una gran colección de discos.

Los jardines están bien cuidados, rodeado por un joven soporte pino ponderosa. Si usted está buscando un lugar tranquilo para alejarse de su agitada vida que vas a encontrar aquí. No hay teléfono, pero no hay cobertura de telefonía celular para la mayoría de los transportistas.

The cabin was amazing! Every square inch was filled with massive carved logs, cedar paneling, and a spiral staircase. Even small details like cabinet handles were hand carved. It was so peaceful, warm and cozy - it felt like we had been transported into a fairy tale. The owners provided everything you could possibly need, and supplied labels and instructions for operating all items in the cabin. This location is less than an hour from Crater Lake, and we had easy access to snowshoeing near the ranger station. I highly recommend this property for anyone that wants a truly memorable, care free vacation!

The cabin was an amazing stay. It was even better than the pictures showed it. The common area felt very spacious with a great table for board games and eating at. Very clean and well stocked. It shows that the owners love the place and want guests to feel welcome.

Beautiful rustic cabin! Fully stocked and comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights and spent most of our time outside while at the cabin. This is a great home base if you are visiting Crater Lake NP. We loved the claw foot tubs under the stars after a long day of hiking!

The property is an oasis with beautiful craftsmanship to enjoy all throughout the cabin. It is tucked away and private. The owners have thought of all the details that made our stay easy and enjoyable. It was a beautiful 45 minute drive to the S. entrance of Crater Lake and there were great hikes close by. We enjoyed hanging out on the back patio and listening to the old vinyl collection.

We really enjoyed our experience at this cabin! Every little detail was thought of. Having a full kitchen with all the tools made making our meals very easy. We spent time in Crater Lake National Park and coming back to a home base made our time so much more fun.

Absolutley lovely cabin. Incredibly well equipped and comfortable. Such a relaxing stay and a great location. The drive to Crater Lake was very easy and didn't feel long at all to us. We were very lucky with the weather and were able to use the wonderful outdoor amenities a lot. Loved the bathtubs - wasn't expetcing hot and cold running water, what a nice surprise! Highly recommended. Feels like a home that someone put a lot of thought into to make it their dream abode. So many wonderful touches. Even woolen socks and waffle robes and tons of soft bath towels and toiletriies! If I ever come to this area again, I would love to stay in this cabin again!

This cabin was delightful! The house was so comfortable. We loved the outdoor tubs and shower. My husband grilled and we enjoyed the backyard! Even made friends with a couple llamas and horse down the road :) Perfect base to explore Crater Lake!

Prospect (Crater Lake)

This property is the idea property for a family of 3-4 to come and visit Crater Lake and the surrounding areas. The accommodations by the hosts and the VRBO are without a doubt one of the best experiences we have had while using this app. The hosts are very welcoming and will help in a very respectable manner. My husband and I had a great stay at the Red Blanket Cabin. The location is close to the trails we wanted to hike, and coming back to the cabin after hiking was very relaxing and pleasant. The backyard and patio are quiet and private with beautiful landscaping. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. We really appreciated all the custom woodwork that make this cabin quite unique.

The owners, Steve and Janna, have lived and worked in Southern Oregon all their lives. They have a combined 50 years of work experience with the U.S. Forest Service and can be a useful source of information about local sights, native plants and the wild animals in the area…as well as local history. Their son Jesse returned to his hometown of Prospect back in 2010, and he, along with his wife Samantha, have been helping with the Cabin along with other building projects his parents have been doing in the Prospect area. They, along with their two kids, enjoy the scenic beauty and quiet of Prospect life.

We actually built the cabin ourselves with the help of family and friends. We wanted to showcase our love of working with wood and this seemed the perfect place to do that.

The grounds are complete with beautiful landscaping, a hammock, fire pit, an outdoor fireplace under the covered patio, and even a set of outdoor tubs and an outdoor shower.

This site is within easy driving distance of Crater Lake National Park which is Oregon’s only National Park. The drive from the cabin to the South Entrance of the park is a 30 minute drive through a beautiful section of the Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forest. The Wild and Scenic Rogue River is just a short drive away from the cabin. There are many hiking and viewing opportunities on this majestic river. Rafting is also available for everyone from novice to experienced rafters. Raft rentals are available within a half hour drive.

Nearby attractions include Crater Lake National Park, Diamond Lake Resort, Rogue River Gorge, Natural Bridge on the Rogue, Mill Creek and Barr Creek Falls, Lost Creek Lake and the majestic Rogue River, just to name a few. Prospect is located along the Rogue-Umpqua Scenic Byway.
