Nos gustaría aprovechar la oportunidad de ofrecer una cálida bienvenida a Podere Zollaio, que está situado en el paisaje de la Toscana de Leonardo da Vinci. Ofrecemos alojamiento cómodo con cocina para parejas y familias que desean probar la tranquilidad, el aire limpio, la historia y las delicias culinarias de esta región de la Toscana.
Todos los alojamientos están decorados con un alto nivel y ofrece un alto nivel de confort. Estamos bien situados para el acceso directo desde los aeropuertos de Pisa y Florencia y también con fácil acceso de Siena, Lucca, Pistoia y San Gimignano. Producimos nuestro propio aceite de oliva y vino orgánico y en su llegada se le suministrará botellas de nuestros vinos y un servidor de nuestro aceite de oliva para que pueda probar.
Ofrecemos alojamiento y una bienvenida a un precio que otros encuentran difícil competir con.

A beautiful cottage in a beautiful location

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Anita. It was well equipped and comfortable with the most amazing views over the nearby town. It's perfectly located to visit all the nearby tourist attractions in Tuscany. The hosts went above and beyond to help with questions. If we ever go back to tuscany I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

Great view, beautiful house

Our family spent a couple of days in this beautiful, very well equipped and spacious house. The view from the terrace over the Tuscan landscape is really breathtaking and we enjoyed our stay very much. We definitely recommend the house to any person or family who appreciates the calm and beauty of Tuscany. The owners were very friendly and gave us good tipps for our visit to Florence. The kids absolutely loved the Da Vinci museum in the village. We hope to come back some day.

great property and location

Chiara and Ian could not have been more willing or helpful. As they knew we were arriving on a Sunday and the shops were closed they emailed before we arrived to ask if we wanted any shopping to keep us going- such a great thought. On arrival the property was very clean and tidy and had everything you required for a stay . The location was fabulous with a view over Vinci from the terrace. During our stay , Chiara and Ian regularly checked on us to make sure all was well. The pool was brilliant and kept the kids occupied for many an hour , which was bliss as we were there during 40 deg heatwave.

The photos of the accommodation are beautiful, but our expectations were too high. It was outdated, but also rock-hard chairs and extremely uncomfortable, unsitting couches. Beds with filthy mattresses that gave us rashes. Frying pans too dirty to bake in. A swimming pool that wasn't filled and the area cleaned until two weeks later. A laundry area was incredibly dirty. The reason I'm only posting now is because of the friendly owner. When I asked for extra cleaning supplies for the pans, she brought them and cleaned them as much as possible. They did their best to tidy up the outdoor area, including the one by the pool; the weather had been bad. A positive is the incredibly fantastic view of Vinci from the balcony. We left the house a week earlier than planned because we couldn't stand it any longer. New tenants can take all of this into consideration.

Thank you for your feedback. I am crestfallen and a little surprise at your review. Apart from the underside of the pots and pans that I cleaned, you never told me about your discomfort in our numerous friendly chats. I understand your disappointment with the pool and the garden, as we were delayed by the weather and I apologised for that. The place where the washing machine is an agricultural outbuilding. Every year swifts build their nest in there. Swift are a protected species and we are happy to have them. we try to keep up, but they do make a mess. On the other points I do not agree I can assure you that the mattresses and bed frame in the main bedroom are clean and new. We air them and steam them. We have also changed 2 bed frames and mattresses in the second bedroom this year. Hygene is very important to us, especially post Covid. The chairs in the dining room are Thonet style bistrot chairs with rattan seat and criss cross back; they are new; we chose them because they are easy to clean and they look suited to a country home. Some cushions can easily be added and I will do so.The sofa is not a slouching sofa, it has a high back for support; the seat is comfortable; it was all reupholstered just 4 years ago. The second sofa, is a day bed that can also be used as a chaise longue. the big piece of furniture in the living room, the wardrobe in the main bedroom and the chest of drawers are antique pieces and they are heirlooms from my great grand partents.

Landestypische Ausstattung. Hervorragende Lage mit freiem Blick auf Vinci. Mit dem Fahrrad in 1 Minute erreichbar. Großer sauberer Pool. Chiara war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Verständigung war manchmal etwas schwierig, da sie nur Englisch spricht. Wir sind trotzdem gut miteinander ausgekommen.

Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und sauber. Es fehlt nichts.Der Pool ist sehr sauber und Sonnenliegen und -schirme sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden.Der landschaftliche Blick ist beruhigend und gleichzeitig wunderschön.Ein Auto sollte man jedoch dabei haben. Wir empfehlen dieses Ferienhaus gerne weiter.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Wir können die Casa Anita sehr empfehlen! Wir waren im Ferienhaus untergebracht und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Darüber hinaus hat uns Chiara sehr herzlich begrüßt und stand uns zu jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Besonders toll war der große, saubere Pool und ausreichend Liegen mit Sonnenschirmen. Mit wunderschönem Blick auf Vinci und die umliegende Umgebung lässt es sich kaum schöner Frühstücken. Vinci war nur wenige Gehminuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt, wo es einen kleinen Coop, super leckeres Eis und auch leckeres Essen gibt. Florenz und Pisa sind in ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Wunderbare Unterkunft in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Anita. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Chiara, die Vermieterin, war super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben. Die Wohnung liegt inmitten von Olivenbäumen und ist jeweils ca. 1 Stunde mit dem Auto von den Sehenswürdigkeiten (Florenz, Lucca, Pisa, Siena) entfernt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in der Toscana-Landschaft

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Chiara, der Vermieterin begrüßt und mit der Wohnung und der gesamten Anlage vertraut gemacht. Für uns bot die Wohnung alles, was zu einem genussvollen Urlaub gehört: Großzügige Küche, überdachter Freisitz (Schatten, Regenschutz), Ruhige Lage zwischen Olivenhainen, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bars und Eissalon in Laufweite (15 Min.). Vinci ist ein liebenswertes historisches Städtchen.

Petit coin de paradis sur les hauteurs de Vinci

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vinci, très joli petit village. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter les grandes villes toscanes (Florence, Sienne, Lucca, San Gimigniano, ... ). La propriété est très calme, la vue magnifique et la piscine très agréable. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Chiara est disponible si besoin. Bref, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances.

Schönes Ferienhaus auf dem Land

Das Ferienhaus "Casa Anita" ist ein schönes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Nach Vinci kann man zwar gut zu Fuß gehen, das ist im Sommer wegen der Hitze allerdings auch ein wenig anstrengend, sodass wir es nicht allzu oft gemacht haben. Ansonsten benötigt man das Auto. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, einzig die Mücken (auf den Terrassen) waren störend, sodass wir es abends dort nicht lange ausgehalten haben. Hierfür kann aber natürlich niemand etwas. Und die Fenster sind mit Netzen gegen Mücken und Fliegen gesichert.

Tuscan Paradise

This home was a wonderful respite during our Italy trip. So many things went wrong during our vacation but the hosts at Podere Zolliao were so incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The home was charming, the walk into town exhilarating, and the views from the terrace absolutely incredible! I can't wait to return to this little piece of heaven in the Tuscan countryside.

Schöner und sehr entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Vinci verbracht. Wir wurden von Chiara sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch während unseres Aufenthalts konnten wir sie bei Fragen jederzeit ansprechen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse war traumhaft, auch die überdachte Terrasse am Eingang war sehr schön. Leider waren auch die Mücken dieser Meinung ;) . Der Pool war auch schön. Aufgrund der Corona-Problematik war dort jeder Ferienwohnung ein eigener Bereich mit Sonnenliegen und einem Sonnenschirm zugeteilt, was wir sehr gut fanden. Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Bildern in der Anzeige. Das WLAN ist etwas langsam, für einfache Internetnutzung aber völlig ausreichend. Für Filme o.ä. reicht es jedoch nicht. Es gibt aber einen Fernseher mit Receiver, über den auch deutsche Programme empfangen werden. Wir konnten direkt vor dem Haus parken. Für große Autos könnte die schmale Zufahrtsstraße allerdings problematisch sein. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Vinci. Tagsüber kann man zu Fuß in den Ort. Im Dunkeln sind wir jedoch immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da die kürzeren Wege entweder durch einen Olivenhain oder an einer Straße ohne Bürgersteig entlangführen. Man kann von Vinci aus mit dem Auto auch relativ schnell noch viele andere interessante Städte besuchen, z. B. Florenz, Lucca oder San Gimignano. Florenz ist von der nahen Stadt Empoli auch sehr gut mit dem Zug zu erreichen. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Casa Anita sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Authentic Tuscan experience

We had a very enjoyable stay at this authentic Tuscan location. The hosts were very kind and attentive. The property is located outside a very picturesque village with amazing views from the balcony.
