The villa owners respected the Cretan traditional architecture and used indigenous materials such as stone and wood to build this marvelous 6-bedroom, ensuite bathroom property that can accommodate up to 20 guests. While entering the property, you will find a beautiful garden full of grass and flowers, and many secure parking spaces. The large swimming pool with children`s pool area will make your stay more secure and enjoyable while having a drink on the sun beds or dining at the lounge furniture, next to the covered BBQ area. An outdoor jacuzzi is also available for ultimate relaxation.

Dreamcatcher villa has a large living room with a fireplace, a flat-screen satellite air conditioning, and luxurious furniture with earthly colored finishes. Interior designers excelled at marrying the modern with traditional, offering pale-toned stone wall decoration and a cozy old-style wooden roof. For your dining, you have two options: an elegant dining table next to the living room and a smaller one at the fully equipped kitchen with all modern common amenities. Next to the kitchen, there is a WC toilet. The ground floor has two bedrooms, one double with a sofa bed that turns into a double bed, and one twin bed, both of which have ensuite WC/Showers and a common balcony. On the first floor, there is a small office and a large master bedroom with a high wooden roof and a private balcony with uninterrupted sea views. Moreover, it has walking closet and an ensuite bathroom. The last two bedrooms have 2 floors each, where on the top floor there are 2 single beds and on the ground floor there is 1 double bed with an ensuite WC/Shower, and both have access to a shared balcony with forest views.

The most recent additions include a versatile sports area for tennis, volleyball, and basketball, as well as a mini golf course for some extra fun and friendly competition.

Recently renovated, the villa`s basement offers a luxurious retreat featuring a spacious double bedroom with two single sofa beds, perfect for additional guests or children. Enjoy endless entertainment in the new playroom and home cinema with TV 85 inches, and a PlayStation 5
(pre-loaded games for friends and family, and some selected award-winning solo playing/one player), indoor gym, or relax in the indoor heated swimming pool. The addition of a convenient kitchenette and a modern bathroom ensures a comfortable and self-contained experience, making this space ideal for both relaxation and fun.

Important notice:
-The indoor pool can be heated with an extra charge of 50 euros per day not included in the accommodation price, and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.
-The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.

A car is recommended for your transportation.
-Transfer available in order to come to the villa and the day after car rentals delivered at the villa (extra charge)

Sustainability

-The villa only uses water-efficient toilets e.g. low-flow toilets, dual flush toilets

This is a house and not a hotel, so please treat the property with respect as if it was your own :)
1. You can arrive at your accommodation after 16:00 on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by 11:00 on the Departure Date. But in any case if you wish to arrive earlier or depart later than the mentioned hours feel free to contact us and we will fulfill your request if the villa is available with no extra cost. If your arrival will be delayed, you must contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property. If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you have not contacted us, we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you.

2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not enter the property or stay overnight in the property. Any kind of Party for more than the people staying in the property must be informed prior booking the villa, which in some cases it might not be accepted and if accepted extra charge might apply. In case you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can require you to leave. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancelation of the booking by you and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid to us
in those circumstances. Any refund will be at our sole discretion

3. Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) for us to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. In particular, complaints of a transient nature(example: electric power issues, warm water is out etc.) cannot possibly be investigated unless you will let us know as soon as possible whilst you are in residence.
Also after staying in the property for 48 hours and we have not received any message or email from you about any broken facilities/amenities in the property, we will hold the guest responsible for any damages caused and must be paid or replaced by the guest on spot.

4. Smoking is Not allowed in the properties so we request all of our guests not to smoke in the properties
but to smoke outside on the exterior areas such us by swimming pools, balconies, verandas, patios or terrace

5. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Cleaning and linnen change is done every 3/4 days.
In case you wish for the villa to be cleaned more often, it’s possible for an extra charge.

6. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 5 permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk.
