Este condominio aprovecha al máximo las vistas magníficas de la 10 ª calle más el norte, las montañas hermanas del sur, así como Broken Top. Hay una gran terraza Trex donde las vistas son impresionantes para tomar el sol, disfrutar de los golfistas, barbacoas por la noche con la familia o simplemente relajarse con amigos. Este puede ser el lugar de vacaciones perfecto para usted y sus hijos, o simplemente para una escapada privada. Ideal para entusiastas del golf!

Está a pocos pasos del pub Robert's y del campo de golf Big Meadow. Justo después del pub es una zona de recreo y está a un corto paseo del Lakeside Bistro y la nueva piscina Lodge, rec building y playground.

El condominio es un amplio 1,332 pies cuadrados. La planta principal consta de una sala de estar abierta, comedor y cocina. This is a nice comfortable condo with an excellent location. We have stayed in this unit many times over years because they accept dogs & it has a wonderful view of the mountains & golf course (on #10 hole of Big Meadow course).

Winter fun at BBR!

We had a great time celebrating New Years here! The condo was located close to the BBR entrance and had a cozy, log cabin vibe inside. It was clean and had more than enough room for 6 people and 3 dogs. I’d definitely stay here again!

It is close to the lodge and Hwy 20. If you are a family that needs TV's in every room and Netflix, Hulu, video games, this is not the condo for you. That is part of what I loved about it.

Spectacular Views

This is a great property for a smaller family. The views are phenomenal and it is an easy distance to Black Butte lodge. It was my third time in this property and I was happy to see that it was much cleaner than before, apparently with new rugs. But it still needs attention: burners on the stove didn't work, light bulbs were missing and when we got there the dryer wasn't working. (Howells, the property manager knew it and sent someone to fix it after I called.) The air conditioning was very nice. I have rented from Howells many times over the years and they are consistently nice and helpful, but they need to update their processes. Why isn't there an online payment option? It would be so much more efficient and would avoid the kind of problem I had. I filled out my reservation paperwork, including the card with my credit card info, and sent it in. A while later they called and asked why I hadn't sent payment information. I told them I filled out the payment card but they couldn't find it and said the card had not been charged. I gave them my credit card info so they could charge my rental and they promised I would not be charged again if the card showed up. Well, guess what...they did charge me again, which I discovered when they sent me a refund for overpayment. Later, they failed to send me info about how to get into the house. Seems like automation would solve these problems. But, all in all. Black Butte is a magic place, this is a nice little rental and the Howells people are nice. ( warning: there are lots of steps.)

Perfect Golf Getaway Condo

Our favorite parts were waking up to an incredible view of the mountains beyond the 10th fairway, the big porch, and the wood-burning fireplace. The shed for the condos came fully stocked with firewood, which was a nice bonus.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Black Butte Ranch and have lost count how many times we have vacationed at BBR. This is the first time we have stayed in one of the condos. The location was great and there was plenty of room for five of us plus two dogs, however all areas were not cleaned properly and there was dried blood on all layers of the bedding in the downstairs bedroom.

A gem of a vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Black Butte (and in west-of-Mount-Hood Oregon) and we had a wonderful time. Kudos to the staff most importantly that we interacted with, from the check-in to the pool staff to the golf course personnel to the servers at the Bistro. They were professional, helpful, and kind in each interaction. While the condo we reserved was a bit dated and had some minor upkeep questions, we still enjoyed our time as we were outdoors 90% of the time. Thanks for a great week and a wonderful set of memories that were created.

Potentially great condo in wonderful location

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this condo 4 times now and this will be our last. Condo is in a fantastic location but the quality of appliances, utensils,, linens, decor, bathrooms, etc need serious upgrading. Coffee maker was broken ( they replaced immediately), shades broken, cobwebs everywhere, dirty dishes in cabinets. Turns out dishwasher was completely broken so we had to hand wash all week and management made no accommodation for it other than referring to section 9 of the contract (it was section 10 ). Ken, the maintenance guy was great in trying to fix but said management and owners needed to decide whether to fix or replace. We heard nothing further from management and zero graciousness for the inconvenience of it for the week we were there.The pluses are the location, views, fantastic deck and comfy beds. It’d be nice to have blankets and warmer covers this time of year however as there was just a thin comforter and sheets and blanket in closet barely fit a twin and not a king. Hate to give it a thumbs down for quality control but it was pretty disappointing this trip.

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was in a great location at Black Butte Ranch. Beautiful views from the house and deck and close to activities and dining. The kitchen was well stocked and our group of 8 all slept comfortably. We visit Black Butte Ranch often and have stayed at several different properties, but we will definitely book this particular property for our next stay.

Was wonderful to have our dog as well! Comfy furniture and cozy new carpet!! De-icer granules would be great as the deck and porch steps were wicked slippery. The house could use a deep clean (grime, bugs, cob webs and mouse poo) but overall we had a great stay and will definitely book again!
