Dante se encuentra en una calle sin salida. Podrá aparcar su coche de forma segura y a la sombra en el parking. La distancia hasta la playa es de 15000 metros. Dante se encuentra al nivel de la calle. Dante es un chalé individual con piscina privada. Entrada: Al entrar por la puerta principal de la vivienda encontrará la sala de estar, la cocina, un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño. La primera planta: Aquí se encuentra la sala de estar, un dormitorio y un cuarto de baño. La decoración de Dante es práctica y funcional. El interior tiene una mezcla de colores y favorece el ambiente acogedor. Dante dispone de vistas fantásticas sobre las montañas con bosques verdes. Dante tiene una superficie de 100 m2. Tiene a su disposición un jardín natural. Encontrará la piscina en la parte anterior del chalé. Llegará a la piscina por la terraza . Esta vivienda de vacaciones es muy apropiada para familias gracias a su privacidad.

 
COSTA BRAVA

La Costa Brava, tiene una longitud total de casi 100 kilómetros, se extiende desde Blanes hasta Port Bou en la frontera con Francia. De ahí viene que la Costa Brava sea una región popular para los que veranean en coche. En el sur de la Costa Brava se encuentra el distrito de La Selva, entre Blanes y Tossa de Mar. Todos los chalés de Club Villamar se encuentran en esta zona. Los Romanos, en aquella época , se econtraban muy a gusto en la Costa Brava. En varios pueblos pesqueros existen construcciones de esta época, como el castillo de Tossa de Mar. El suave clima (en invierno, la temperatura pocas veces baja de los 0 grados y en verano rodea los 30 grados) ofrece la posibilidad de disfrutar durante todo el año de la preciosa costa rocosa y de muchas playas de arena fina. La población local es muy acogedora, hay mucha cultura histórica, una magnifica vegetación y cocina muy variada. La Costa Brava es una región que tiene mucho que ofrecer. A lo largo de los años, atraídos por estas riquezas, muchos famosos de las artes plásticas y de las letras han encontrado aquí, en distintos lugares, la paz y la tranquilidad.

Beautiful villa on top of the hill

Very nice villa on the top of the hill, with beautiful view lots of space around the house, a very nice and warm swimming pool (sun shines whole day on the water) Inventory of the house is very complete even for more than six persons, coffee machine, tea boiler, combi microwave, oven. Large tv with seperate dvd player (we used it took dvds from home), radio. Outside lounge chairs with cushons, large garden and bbque. Property is fully fenced, feels safe on top of the mountain. Enough spaces to sleep and situnfortunately i am a long person and the bed upstairs is a litte short... (and hard). 2 bathrooms, one with a toilet and shower and one with a toilet, shower (seperate) and bubble bath. Location is not in Macanet de la Selva but approx 5 km. further, on the hill/mountain Property was clean and well maintained, fully airconditioned. When we arrived (little bit of searching)the guy from Club villamar was already there (we called that we were 1.5 hours earlier no problem) he explained everything in the house, the do and dont's. Also explained how we had to drive next time we went up hill, because the roads are very steep and first time we could not manage to get up (big car), he had some tips and tricks. Also told us what to do in the neighbourhood. Blanes and Lloret de Mar are only half hour drive, Barcelona and Girona an hour but worth visiting. You can visit old buildings/castles in Tossa de Mar, Blanes or other places, many things to do for old and young. Or go on a boat trip, visit the Santa Clothilde gardens just outside Lloret de Mar. Parking space gives sometimes problems if you want to visit something you have to take tour busses then. Also parking garages in little places (Videres) for supermarkets dont go there with big cars it is terrific! Restaurants are everywhere you can eat cheap or more expensive. 2 problems with airco and washing machine were fixed very fast, next day. Owner can speak very poor English ( with hands and feet we communicated) (Perhaps to learn Spanish for next year) For young and old there is enough to do! Recommending this villa with 5 stars and told my friends about it. Third time we want to Spain, i think next year we will go again.!

Beautiful villa on top of the hill beautiful view

Beautiful villa on top of the hill, view is spectacular, lots of private space and a comfortably warm swimming pool, it is laying the whole day in the sun.. Nice house, fully airconditioned, very complete with pots and pans, a barbeque, coffee machine and water boiler, double bathroom with 2 showers and a bubble bath, 2 toilets, lots of places too sleep. I was not very satisfied about the bed upstairs, was very hard and a little bit too small for me, i am too long... But overall a beautiful location to spend your holiday, we've stayed for 2 weeks but was a bit to short ;-) The property was clean and well maintained, 2 times we met the owner (unfortunately she could very poor English only Spanish) 1 time the airco leaked but next day they repaired it, also a week later the washing machine broke down and also next day there was another. So service was fine, communication less because of language... (perhaps i need to learn more Spanish) When we arrived, a guy from club villamar was at our property (we were 1.5. hours too early but we called the special number and could come) he explained everything to us, how everything worked, the do's and dont's . We got a magazine with information in the area ( missed the trip information in the house) he told us when to go or not to go to the supermarkets and told there was a fireworks show in Blanes that weekend (we did see that twice :-) ) We left a day earlier because of black saturday in France, was no problem. When we arrived there (it is not in Macanet de Selva but approx 5 km.'s further) we needed to go up the mountain/hill that was a bit difficult the first time because some roads are very steep and you could not get a corner and steep road at same time. The guy from Club Villamar gave us some very useful tips!!! Thanks In the area you can do lots of things, approx. a half hour to Lloret de Mar and Blanes. Visit Girona (beautiful old city) with beautiful churches,and if you like shopping the big shopping mall just outside Girona. Also an hour away from Barcelona, Tossa and other beautiful places. Beautiful beaches and lots of places to eat. Sometimes parking is a problem also in parking garages (especially little groceries or supermarkets) when you have a big car (like us) If you like nature visit Santa Clothilde gardens just outside Lloret de Mar. For old and young there is lots to do! Our third year Spain, next year probably again!!
