Cascina arcángel Rafael es una casa de campo consta de varios apartamentos, tres de ellos, Miguel, Gabriel y Rafael, alquilados a los turistas. La propiedad está rodeada por un gran jardín. La ubicación es estratégica para visitar los lugares más famosos. A pocos metros de Cascina A. R. largo del río, hay un carril bici que lleva en sólo 20 minutos, Alba.
Cada apartamento dispone de un espacio abierto en dos plantas, sala de estar, entrada de estar y área de descanso. Hay dos cuartos de baño. Al precio diario, debe agregar el impuesto turístico que oscila entre € 0,50 y € 1,50 por persona, por día, excepto para niños de hasta 10 años.
Cada turista puede acceder al apartamento personal, el jardín, la parte delantera y trasera, la terraza, la parte delantera y trasera, el garaje y la lavandería. Es bueno tener el coche para viajar. El centro de la ciudad se puede llegar a pie en sólo 20 minutos. Antes de la Cascina es la parada de autobús.

Comfortable Apartment

Well maintained & clean apartment. Nice outdoor patio and underground garage parking. We had our breakfast there every morning. Not much is supplied for pantry items. Margherita is responsive & very nice! Would highly recommend Il Ritrovo Del Giosi restaurant. 20 min away. Beautiful drive there, outstanding views, & delicious meal!

Great house in great location

Our family of seven adults and one 2.5 yr old and a playful dog were looking for a place to stay for our vacation in the Piemonte region. We have a few requirements. Privacy. Adequate space. Pool. Good kitchen. This property seemed to have it all. We booked our vacation around its availability. After a flight from Dallas to Milan we rented cars and arrived at the property. We loved it immediately. The photos don't do it justice. The farmhouse is perfect for large families who love to cook. The rooms were spacious and well designed. Bathrooms and showers were good. Water always hot. Dishwasher and washing machine were important for families. The inset lighting was great for atmosphere. The doors and windows let the breeze in on those hot days. Plentyy of towels were offered. The pool was spotlessly clean and refreshing. The views of nearby villages and vineyards were outstanding. The location for visiting the vineyards was perfect. The owner was quickly responsive when we needed a reset on the Internet once during the week. All in all this place was like home away from home and we highly recommend it. Thanks to Claudio for meeting our needs.

Magical stay in Verduno

We booked Cascina as part of our three month European tour! We wanted to have a base from which to explore this area and all the lovely wine villages. We also wanted a break from campsites for a week and Margherita was great in ensuring our camper van would be safely parked. The house is spacious, well equipped and comfortable with a lovely garden and good outside space. Although there is no air conditioning and it was hot Margherita provides fans for the upper and lower floors which were more than adequate The house has underground parking for ordinary cars (ours too big) and a laundry room for guests to share. You do have to pay for washing which is unusual for self catering 5 star properties but was very useful for us. We were able to visit some lovely wine villages including Barolo and La Morra however Margherita also left a selection from her own families vineyard in the house (cost very reasonable) for us to try There was good WiFi which helped us keep in contact with family You will need a car to stay here as there is little public transport nearby however from Bra you can get a train to Turin which we did easily In Verduno there are a few restaurants and Margherita recommended one La Catina which we walked to on Sunday. The restaurant served good local food and excellent wine at reasonable cost We had a lovely week and we’re sorry to leave however I’m sure we will return to this area to explore more and would have no hesitation in recommending this house. Nice house, but not very nice people

I stayed with my daughter and dog 10 days jn this house. The house is spacious, well maintained and nicely decorated. However from the start of our stay i never felt welcome. Honestly they don’t like dogs and comunicate in a very agressive directive way., they seem mire concerned about the money then about the well being of their guests. The garage to park your car is nice however entering this garage is rather complicated. The kitchen is too small an the already small countertop is packed with stuff making it hard to use. I suggest they do not welcome pets anymore. Makes it a lot easier for everybody. Next to that they should be more clear on additional costs, they seem to be on their website but since i booked through vbro, i wasn’t aware that, for instance, the use of a communial washing machine was at an extra costs. This caused an unpleasant surprise at the end of our stay. The owner claimed is was published so i had to pay, not a problem but they were more concerned about getting all their money then making it a memorable stay gir the guests

Die Fewo ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Alle Fenster und Türen haben Mückenschutzgitter, die sind auch nötig. Es gibt einen TG Platz, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber bei der Ankunft gewesen. Besteck und Gläser könnten etwas mehr sein. Aktuell ist in der Nähe eine große Autobahnbaustelle, früh morgens daher zeitweise Baulärm. Handtücher waren genügend vorhanden. Garten und Außensitzmöglichkeit sehr schön. Klimaanlage vorhanden, wurde von uns aber nicht gebraucht. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Top Ferienwohnung mit wunderschönem Garten

Wir verbrachten wunderbare Tage in diesem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus. Die Lage ist top, um mit dem Auto oder direkt mit dem E-Bike Ausflüge in die Hügel des Piemonts zu unternehmen. Das Haus hat einen wunderschönen Garten und ist mit allem Komfort gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen!

Prachtige locatie in wijnstreek

Fijn appartement in de wijnstreek bij de gastvrije Margherita. Alles is in de puntjes verzorgd. Met mooie tuin, privé parking en centraal gelegen. Omgeving is prachtig, mooie dorpjes in de heuvels, die je vanuit appartement wandelend kunt bezoeken. Al met al een prima plek voor een aantal dagen.

Geschikte uitvalbasis

Het is een mooie, ruime, moderne vakantiewoning met goede voorzieningen. Zelfs met een parkeergarage. Wij hadden erg warm weer maar het huis bleef voldoende koel. En er waren ook nog 2 ventilatoren. Buiten was het lastiger om verkoeling te vinden, een klein zwembad zou ideaal zijn geweest. ‘s Avonds waren er muggen maar alle ramen waren van er uitstekende horren voorzien dus daar had je binnen geen last van. Buiten moest je wel anti-muggenspul gebruiken. Hoewel het appartement niet op loopafstand van een plaatsje ligt, biedt het een goede uitvalsbasis om allerlei leuke plaatsjes in de omgeving te bezoeken,

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit super Sitzplatz / Garten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Super Sitzplatz und sehr grosses und sehr schönes und gepflegtes Gartenareal. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Piemont Regionen. Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Betreffend der Lage gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe eine doch recht stark befahrene Strasse. Insgesamt aber alles sehr gut und empfehlenswert :-)

Einmaliges Erlebnis

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war noch um einiges schöner als erwartet. Alles war sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben alle Mahlzeiten auf der Terrasse eingenommen. Der Obstgarten konnte frei genutzt werden. Von dort hatte man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Nachbardorf. Wenn man wollte, konnte man entlang der Hühnergehege bis in die Haselnuss-Plantagen laufen. Das beste für unseren Sohn war jedoch das Trampolin. Die Umgebung ist malerisch schön. Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Je viens de terminer les aubergines du jardin potager qui m'ont été offertes (préparées avec l'amour habituel de ma "vielle" mère). Si vous voulez vous sentir au croisement de ce qui est proche (dans le croisement de la dimension temporelle, spatiale et affective) il ne faut pas louper cet adressé ou nous retournerons sans doute. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben 10 entspannte Tage im Piemont verbracht. Die Cascina ist sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und punktet mit einem riesigen Garten und einer Terrasse. Wir würden sehr nett empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Piemont ist touristisch noch nicht wirklich erschlossen, so dass man ohne italienisch nur schwer zurecht kommt. Landschaftlich ist es ein Traum! Die südlichen Öffnungszeiten (meist von 10 bis 12.30 Uhr und von 15.30 bis 18 Uhr) verlangen eine sehr durchdachte Planung der Ausflüge. Es gibt einen Abzug für die Lage, da wir mit Hund hier waren und es leider nicht wirklich gute fußläufige Möglichkeiten fürs Gassi gibt. Die Wege rund um die cascina enden alle nach ca. 1km. Wenn man aber das Autofahren nicht scheut kann man von La morra über Turin bis cuneo interessante und abwechslungsreiche norditalienische Kultur erleben. Ein Geheimtip ist das winetasting bei gian pierro Marrone in La morra, nur 15 Minuten von der cascina entfernt. Für 30 Euro bekommt man ein 6 gänge Menü mit mindestens 5 top weinen und einer traumhaften Aussicht über die Weinberge von barolo, dolcetto, Moscato und Co.

LOVELY TOWNHOUSE IDEAL FOR EXPLORING PIEMONTE

The house is bright and welcoming; well furnished with good furniture and fixtures. Upstairs is a bathroom with toilet and shower, downstairs an additional toilet. Sleeps upstairs (double bed and sofa bed) is in open connection with the ground floor. That was not a problem for us (three adults). Owner lives on site. She is very helpful and friendly and has furnished the townhouse cozy. There is a private lovely terrace and the rest of the garden is also beautiful. Both the house and the garden are very well maintained. There is private parking in the locked cellar. The internet works fine. The location is absolutely central for exploring Piemonte; close to Alba, a very nice town. There are also very good (and affordable) restaurants nearby.

Fantastische appartementen!!!

Zeer gastvrij ontvangen. Prachtige appartementen, sfeervol ingericht en super schoon. Mooie omgeving met veel karakteristieke plaatsen. Parkeren onder de appartementen in overdekte en afgesloten parkeergarage. Grote verzorgde tuin. Verhuurders zeer behulpzaam en spreken meerdere talen. Vanaf deze locatie is een dag naar zee goed te doen. Heerlijk genoten, komen zeker terug!!!!!

Sehr erholsam!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Haus / die Zimmer sind noch sehr neu und in sehr gutem Zustand, alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, die Terrasse sehr schön mit tollem Blick ins Grüne, die Lage in den Langhe sehr gut, um viele schöne Orte zu erreichen (Auto erforderlich), die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Auch ist der Zustand als durchaus Neuwertig zu bezeichnen.DIe Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und war bei der Ankunft sehr gut gereinigt. Die Eigentümer sind vor Ort und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Zu beachten ist die Lage außerhalb der Ortschafft an einer Landstraße, so dass fast alles mit dem Auto zu erledigen ist. Als Minuspunkt unserer Reise war die kurzfristge Nachricht des Eigentümers, dass trotz einer bestätigten Buchung von Sa. bis Sa. die Wohnung erst ab Sonntag zur Verfügung steht. Was die gesamte Anreiseplanung korrumpierte.

Es war so schön-gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im herrlichen Piemont,das App.sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Piemont ein herrliches Revier zum Rennradfahren und Wandern.Am Abend gibt es viele tolle Restaurants in der nahen Umgebung-wir freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal

Onze jaarlijkse vankantie in Cascina Arcangelo

Wij komen hier ieder jaar weer met veel plezier terug. De eigenaar (en familie) is gastvriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is mooi ingericht en tevens ruimen schoon. De locatie is mooi centraal van: Alba, Bra, La Morra, Cherasco en bijvoorbeeld Barolo. Dit gebied staat bekend voor het lekkere eten en er zijn dan ook vele restaurants in de omgeving. In Polenzo (2 km) is bijvoorbeeld de internationale universiteit voor Slowfood meteen erg goede wijnproeverij. We zien nu alweer uit om weer voor 2 a 3 weken terug te komen. Schönste Appartement in sehr schöner Gegend

Wir haben eine Woche in der Vorsaison im Cascina Arcangelo Raffaele verbracht und fühlten uns dort sehr wohl. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter (Inco und André) war hervorragend - freundlicher Umgang und schnelle korrekte Beantwortung unserer Fragen mit Hilfen und Tipps. Die Gegend ist perfekt für jegliche Art von Unternehmungen. Bra, Alba und La Morra sind einige schöner Städter in weniger Minuten mit Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig vorhanden. Der Garten ist der Hammer. Man wohnt dort wie im "eigenen" Appartement. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls bestens. Zur Begrüßung fanden wir eine Flasche Prosecco, so viel der Anreisestress direkt von uns ab. Alles in allem ein gelungener Kurzurlaub!

Schöne Ferienwohnung im Piemont

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern zwischen 9 und 13 Jahren) haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Cascina Arcangelo verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist sehr sauber. Man bekommt frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Die ganze Einrichtung ist neu. Man braucht wirklich nichts mitzubringen. Besser als im Hotel. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Die Besitzer kennen sich sehr gut in der Gegend aus und stehen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben Tagesausflüge (Bra, Alba, Barolo etc...) organisiert. Ich kann es wirklich empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
