Bienvenido a nuestra montaña y el lago Retiro. Estamos ubicados en Lake Harmony Estates. La casa se ubica en un callejón sin salida copia de seguridad en una de las maravillas de la naturaleza de un glaciar hace Boulderfield. Disfrutar de la naturaleza y la serenidad que ofrece en nuestra casa de tres / cuatro dormitorios. Dos baños, lavadero y un montón de espacio de vida ofrece facilidad de la vida. La inclusión de una chimenea de gas, gran mesa de comedor para la familia y amigos, encuentros frente y espalda cubiertas y senderos para caminar a la Boulderfield. La casa se actualiza con todas las comodidades de casa y impecablemente limpia. Disfrute viendo su juego de deportes favorito en el televisor de alta definición o jugando a la piscina y los juegos de mesa para deleite de su corazón. actividades al aire libre abundan, tomar una caminata o dicen que otra persona. Layout Home:
Primera planta:. Mudroom entrada desde la cubierta frontal, una amplia zona de estar con TV de pantalla plana y nueva chimenea de gas cerrado, Gran mesa de cocina de la granja con capacidad para 10, 1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y acceso a la cubierta trasera grande, baño completo y armario de ropa.

Segundo piso: Gran loft con el Día de la cama y cama nido, mesa de bar y sillas, gran ventanal con vistas preciosas, tablero de dardos, 2 dormitorios uno con cama de matrimonio y un conjunto de literas, el segundo con dos camas individuales que fácilmente podría convertirse en un rey , cuarto de baño completo.

Nuestra casa es poco más de 5 minutos a pie de Lake Harmony, un lago privado que permite la pesca, barcos a motor, esquí acuático y natación. Nuestra comunidad privada de playa lago tiene una zona de baño, mesas de picnic, y una cancha de voleibol de playa. Tenis y tejo disponibles para su uso en el barrio. Caminata por los senderos Hickory Run State Park y Austin Blakeslee Área Natural tanto a unas pocas millas de distancia. Esquí Big Boulder o Jack Frost Montañas ambas minutos que también proporcionan el snowboard y el tubo de nieve. Otros lugares de interés cercanos incluyen Pocono Raceway y Split Rock Resort. Cool little cabin with a lot of sleeping spaces.

Great communication, cool little cabin with a lot of room to sleep guests. Great location, and the deer come right up to the house. Would definitely rent again!

Great Location & Great Ski House

We spent the New Year at The Boulder Field House and had a wonderful time! The House was very nice and suited our needs perfectly. It is located very close to Big Boulder Mountain and close to restaurants etc. It is located on a Cul De Sac which made it very private. The Boulder Field behind the house was a great addition and the Kids had fun playing and climbing.

Everything was perfect with the house. Communication with the host was very efficient . The only minor issue that I can name is that there're just a few channels in tv and no way to access on demand TV (Netflix, Disney +, etc)

An amazing place for families

From the moment we pulled into the driveway we knew we were going to have an amazing few days. The property was spotless inside and everything was clearly instructed for us on how to get the place set up. There is an awesome firepit on the side with many woodland creatures visiting. We didn't feed the deer because it's not good for them but they were incredibly tame. One came up to us like a dog! We just said hello and she moved along! The Boulder Field in the backyard was a surprise!!! We spent a lot of time back there with the kids! They loved to climb and explore! Convenient location to the lake and private beach! Communication with the host was incredible as this was a last minute place since our original plans canceled on us last minute... the host was amazing in quickly getting us set up and settled. We were thankful for this cancelation so we were able to discover this place instead! Highly recommended! Will be back!!!

A swarm and cozy stay in the Poconos!

We immensely enjoyed our stay at Lake Harmony Estates. The house description was very accurate as we found everything we needed in the fully equipped kitchen. Seeing the local deer in the rear yard was a bonus for everyone. With temperatures below zero the first night, the fully functioning fireplace was a huge bonus keeping us warm and cozy throughout our stay. There was even a snow shovel there to use for the Sunday snow storm creating a winter wonderland. Only a very short ride away from Big Boulder and about 12 minutes away from Jack Frost. Good local restaurants and taverns we only a few minutes away. Thank you Patti for thinking of everything!

First Time Renters

Nestled among the trees

We had a great experience staying here. Check in was a breeze and we instantly felt comfortable as soon as we walked in. Communication with the host was a breeze and whatever we needed she responded quickly. We will be back to visit this area, and we hope we get to stay here again!

Close to Big Boulder skiing

Nice and quiet cabin with lots of charm. The description doesn’t inform you that towels and bed sheets are not provided, but comforters are on the beds. There is only one tv in the living room and it has a Roku account. We packed our fire stick but didn’t need it. Also, the pictures of the way the two upstairs bedrooms are setup are incorrect. One room has a single top/bottom bunk and a single bed. The other bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed.

Lake Harmony Getaway

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Patricia's place. The home is nestled in the woods with neighboring properties and the space was as described in the listing, for the most part. The only issue we had here, was linens and towels. These are not mentioned in the listing that we had to bring our own, and had to reach out to Patricia on New Years Eve, who let us use her locked linens and towels. We are still waiting to receive full refund for damages, as we were charged for the cleaners to throw these in the wash. Other than the issue with the linens, this is a great location and place for a weekend getaway and should also be fun in the spring time as the lake is a few minutes away by foot.

Private location. Close enough to Big Boulder. Flat drive for easy egress which was very important in the winter weather. It got icey after an overnight snow We love to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed Comfortable Large dining table perfect for the family to gather Only thing missing is a view of the slopes from the premise

Beautiful place for quick getaway

This home was so comfortable and inviting. The beds were super comfy and most importantly the house was spotless! The house has cool field of boulders in the back so our teenage boys totally loved it. We took advantage of beach club as owners provided passes which is a big plus! Boys kayaked at the lake. We all played darts in the family room upstairs. There is nearby hunters run state park where you can hike to see waterfalls -called Hawks Falls, easy hike. We really enjoyed this house and would stay again. Thank you Patty for sharing your beautiful home! We had a great time without xbox!!.

Awesome location to celebrate the bride to be!

We had a wonderful weekend at this property! There were a total of 8 of us and there was plenty of room. The only thing I was not aware of was that there was no AC in the house but I also never asked before booking. We just ran all of the ceiling fans and opened windows and we were fine but it was also a cooler weekend for the month of August. The Boulderfield in the backyard was awesome and a great way to spend time. The only complaint we really had was there were no directions as to how to get to the lake and also once we got to the private lake beach it was locked with a padlock that required a code but we did not find that listed in the welcome binder. We figured out how to get to the lake on our own but some more specific instructions would be helpful. Patty was wonderful to rent from and was very responsive when I reached out to her with questions.

CLEAN! Beautiful place to getaway!

We have stayed in a lot of home away houses and you never know what you're going to get. This house looks exactly how it is pictured. It did not disappoint! Most importantly for me, it was clean! It snowed 6 inches our first night. The roads were treacherous! The owner provided a shovel and the driveway was plowed the next day. The kids played bumper pool for hours and thought boulder field was amazing. They were already planning our return trip before we even checked out. The fireplace was my personal favorite and loved that we could all fit at the table for dinner! Great house, great vacation!

Beautiful Open Floor Plan Getaway in the Woods

Eight of us visited for a weekend in late August, and were looking to get away from the city and to cook great meals and spend a lot of time outside by the fire or on hikes. This home offered a very nice open floorplan, which was awesome as one of the days we had poor weather, and the pool table and darts upstairs are particularly valuable. The long 10 person kitchen table was fantastic for all of our meals, as was the ample deck space outside and room around the campfire. We walked the 100-200ft to the boulder field each day and sat on the rocks with our coffee, and generally thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The home, including beds and bathrooms were very clean. Grill is a solid Weber and while not one of their larger models worked wonderfully while we were there. Only potential minuses were the lack of a pantry (we cooked in every meal for 3 days, so that was a good bit of food) and that recycling isn't picked up at the curb. You have to drive it to a facility, and none of us had trucks or appropriate vehicles for carrying recycling bags/boxes.

Cozy!

My family and I stayed for a wonderful weekend in March. There were six of us in total, my husband and I, and our two children (with their significant others). The house met all of our needs. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything was clean, fresh and in perfect working condition. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We will definitely be back for another visit.

Great Home Away from Home!

Our family stayed with another family for a long weekend. Great accommodations! Kitchen was fully stocked and the dining table brings everyone together. Plenty of space for the kids to play and the parents to sit by the fireplace. The quiet cul-de-sac made it great to be outside. The private trail to the rock field in the back was great for the kids to play outside. Overall everything was great. Patty was a pleasure to deal with and answered all of our questions. Great location to get to skiing, the lake and restaurants. Will definitely be returning.
