A stunning location with fantastic views. A beautifully appointed house and wonderful hosts.

The hosts Jeanne and Don could not be more friendly or helpful, and the house is beautifully appointed with high end furniture and fittings throughout. The 270 degree view is stunning and our whole experience could not have been better. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in Langkawi.

Aspectos positivos: Limpieza, personal, servicios y instalaciones y estado del alojamiento

From check in to check out we were completely satisfied and delighted with the hospitality we received. Jeanne and Don,the property managers, went the extra mile in making our stay both enjoyable and memorable .They take pride in their work and have the skills to deliver first class services, food and accomadation to their guests. The facilities and rooms surpassed our high expectations . The villa is well maintained,clean and offered value for money for what we paid. Jeanne and Don are very knowledgable about Langkawi and were invaluable in helping us make the right descisions regarding tours. Breakfast was always excellent and Jeanne and Don spared no effort. All food they provided was of a very high standard, varied each day and tasted great. Bow our housekeeper maintained our villas cleanliness each day. The rooms were always imaculate after we returned from a days outing. We hired a car over a 2 week period and it never skiped a beat till we left the lights on and drained the battery whilst at a restaurant. Jeanne went above and beyond to rescue us and get the car started even though it was late in the evening. We highly recommend the Villa Jasmin at Peace Haven but it was the efforts of Jeanne and Don Pickers that make this property truely special and unique.

How true!! Peace Heaven

Many thanks to Jeanne and Don that they hosted us in their wonderful estate. Not only the Jasmin Villa house as such is a real dream, but also the support from the pickup at the Airport, the roundtrip to important loacal shops and the booking of massages or kayak tours, was absolutely perfect. We also enjoyed the home made breakfast on the terrace with interesting talks to the other guests. On new years morning even Jeanne's tame local bird was allowed to take part of the breakfast, a very funny experience. We have travelled to various countries and locations already, but Peace Heaven and the warm hospitality there is the best we have seen so far. Thanks for that.

Perfect place for relaxation

We had a fabulous time at Jeanne and Don's home. From the moment he met us at the airport we knew we were in good hands. We arrived to the home and Jeanne had food items for us so we could eat before we ventured to the grocery store. They were full of great info on where to get the best prices and what to do on the island. The house is spectacular and the pool is the perfect place to relax and take in the amazing surroundings. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. We ended up barely leaving the house and would come back in a second!

Don and Jeanne, ex South Africans who built a yacht on their farm and left when farming became untenable. We spent 16 years on our catamaran, sailing, chartering and finally settling on the beautiful island of Langkawi 8 years ago. We sold the charquterie business we built from scratch and have semi retired on this beautiful property at the edge of the rain forest. Away from it all, but close enough to enjoy everything the island has to offer.

We love the natural beauty of the forest surrounds, with its abundance of flora and fauna. The sound of the birds and running water from the springs is so tranquil. We have the dusky leaf lemurs, flying foxes, and abundant bird life and Peace Haven is far enough away from the crowds to enjoy the peace and quiet of our surroundings.

Jasmine Villa is beautifully designed, double storied and nestles in the belly of the dragons back. In feng shwe terms - the ideal place for tranquility and harmony. The views are stunning over the ocean and islands that surround Langkawi. We are unique and offer a unique experience.
