Dear guest, I can hardly believe you felt guilty writing your review. Your review was mean and absurd. As is clearly written in the house description, the apartment is located on a cliff, in the middle of a green area (pictures also show it). Infact, for this reason, every year, at the beginning of the summer season, we do take action doing disinfestations for the rats to keep them away as much as possible. You did not say that the holes in the wall you were talking about, are NOT into the house but in the spaces between the two walls against the mountain. It is obvious we cannot close those holes, as the walls are needed to keep the humidity away from the house. What we can do is certainly increase the disinfestations but this won’t change the fact that the house is deep in the green mountain! How can you concretely keep animals away from the house terrace or garden? About the other guests unit, I have never received complaining about those being loud, so if this was the issue, you should have told to give me the chance to talk to them and remind them about the guests next door. Least and not last: What am I responsible for? Living in another town? I was not there because I leave in Rome, not because I did not want to!!!!
