CASANOU, our family-owned property, is located right on the water at the beautiful white-sand beach of Trou-aux-Biches, the island’s most sought-after beach. It comprises 6 separate units set within an enclosed garden. Two semi-detached duplexes (Cyrano and Flore), each with a lawn stretching from their covered terrace all the way to the beach, just 20 meters away. The large house located directly on the beach houses 4 beautifully situated apartments. Gerbera and Coriana (on the first floor) and Manglier and Mistral (upstairs). Wonderful swimming right in front of the property. Well protected by the coral reef, the lagoon offers safe swimming and snorkeling (even for children). 75 minutes by car from the airport.
The gardener takes care of the property’s garden.
Private, fenced parking lot with an electronic gate for up to 6 cars per unit. Therefore, please limit parking to one car per unit.
All our units are equipped with electronic alarms with monitoring service.
The proximity of the “Chez Popo” supermarket and the “Chez Marco” pizzeria, located right behind our property, is a definite plus!
The pharmacy is 150 meters away, and the ATM is 350 meters away.
Several restaurants offering a variety of cuisines (Chinese, European, Indian, and Creole) are located just a few minutes’ walk away.
The Pointe aux Piments Aquarium is 1,500 meters away.
Club Med at Pointe aux Canonniers is a 10-minute drive away.
Grand Baie (a tourist paradise with duty-free shops, cafés, restaurants, and nightclubs) is a 15-minute drive away.
