Traumhafter Aufenthalt auf Krk – jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa auf Krk! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt – der Empfang war sehr freundlich und persönlich, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben.Das Haus selbst ist einfach traumhaft. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hochwertig ausgestattet und dabei trotzdem gemütlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Komfort gelegt wurde. Die Villa ist großzügig geschnitten, top gepflegt und bietet wirklich alles, was man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünschen kann.Der Panoramablick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend – ob beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse oder abends beim Sonnenuntergang – wir konnten uns gar nicht sattsehen. Auch der Außenbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen: der Pool ist herrlich erfrischend, der Whirlpool ein echtes Highlight zum Entspannen, und der eigene Tennisplatz war für uns ein tolles Extra.Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt, konnten wunderbar abschalten und die Zeit genießen. Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Urlaub – wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Wunderschön, liebevoll eingerichtete moderne Luxusvilla mit perfektem Service der Eigentümer. Wir haben uns von Beginn an sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ambiente ist ein Traum, die Fotos haben nicht zufiel versprochen.Der hauseigene Tennisplatz und der Pool haben für unser Sportprogramm gesorgt und waren einfach nur perfekt. Gemütliche Grill- und Spieleabende wurden zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.Die Insel Krk sowie der bezaubernde Ort Vrbnik hat uns alle begeistert. Die Villa hat eine ungewöhnlich tolle Lage am schönsten Ort der Insel Krk im schönen Vrbnik. Die Sonnenaufgänge als auch Sonnenuntergänge ergeben unvergessliche Momente. Das Meer verändert stets seine Farben. Der Sportler kommt mit Tennis, Joggen und Radfahren auch auf seine Kosten.

Fantastic house in a fantastic place

To summarize, a week was not enough :). Amazing house and equally amazing hosts. Nothing was missed nor wanted during our stay here. Special thanks for the Birthday Cake and Champagne, greatly appreciated by all. I do not think that words can put this place to justice, so I am just gonna say to all that are considering booking this house for their vacation, do not hesitate, just do it!! You will not regret it! In addition to the great house and hosts, the Island of Krk is really beautiful and green. We went kayaking, did a Zip Line tour and a half day boat excursion with snorkeling. Vrbnik is a really nice small town, with everything you need, but recommend renting cars to see the rest of the island as well. Many thanks and best wishes to Vedran and family for making our stay the best it possibly could be Andreas, Eva and families

Der perfekte Familienurlaub

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgestattet und von einem wunderschönen Kräutergarten, von Pinien, Feigen- und Olivenbäumen umgeben. Gerade in der momentanen Situation, in der man versucht, Kontakte eher zu vermeiden, war es toll, den Tennisplatz, den Pool, den Whirlpool und den Grillplatz zu haben. Wir haben uns zudem noch ein Boot gemietet und sind in wunderschöne Buchten zum Baden und auf die umliegenden Inseln gefahren. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man Sternschnuppen schauen, und nach einem sehr windigen Tag am Meer haben wir uns in der Sauna aufgewärmt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes und grosszügiges Anwesen mit herrlicher Aussicht

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und schön. Das grosszügige Anwesen mit herrlicher Aussicht auf das Meer und das historisch-idyllische Städtchen Vrbnik weist einen top gepflegten Pool, einen guten Tennisplatz, einen komfortablen Whirlpool und viele schöne Aussenbereiche inklusive Grillmöglichkeit auf. Der private Parkplatz genügt problemlos für vier Fahrzeuge. Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa Vrbnik und Umgebung verbracht und danken herzlich für die Gastfreundschaft.

Sehr schöne Villa mit spektakülärem Seeblick

Wir besuchten Villa Vrbnik mit zwei Familien Ende Juli / Anfang August 2018. Die Villa ist genau so schön und gepflegt, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Seeblick vom Pool und der Außenterrasse ist sensationell. Die Villa bietet alles, was man sich für einen schönen Urlaub wünschen kann. Der Service des Vermieters, Vedran Devcic ist einzigartig gut; kurze Nachricht genügt und er organisiert die besten Tische in Restaurants, Bootsausflüge etc. Insgesamt eine topseriöse, reibungslose und nette Abwicklung. Unabhängig davon ist Vrbnik ein extrem schönes Dörfchen und absolut sehenswert. Wir können den Villa Vrbnik uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Finally a villa that has is all! Location, views, style, facilities and personal concierge.

We stayed at Villa Vrbnik for 12 nights for a group family holiday to celebrate a big birthday. We were a group of 6 adults and 3 children all with differing requirements and this villa met all these with ease. The children spent hours in the stunning infinity pool and loved the hot-tub and the tennis court and the villa accommodated us all with ease and comfort. The fact that you could walk into Vrbnik for a stroll, to get bread for breakfast, for dinner in one of the lovely local restaurants, or even to watch Croatia get to the final of the World Cup was a huge bonus. It was very hilly so not easily walkable if you are not fit and able. We really enjoyed our strolls into Vrbnik and walking off our dinner on the way home. Drinks on the terrace late in the evening were an absolute delight. We came home very relaxed and rested. Little extras like the wine cellar and the illy coffee machine were just the icing on the cake. The service we got from Vedran from booking right through to providing concierge services for us while we were there was fantastic. He booked tables for us and advised on where to eat, shop, visit etc. Our speed boat across to Dida for dinner were a highlight of our trip! We would highly recommend a stay at this villa!

Just great ...

We spend a madness time in this beautiful villa in Vrbnik. The location is just unbelievable. Whether it is rain or sunshine, the view of the beautiful surroundings is always different and overwhelming. The object itself offers plenty of space for the family. The highlights next to the view is the large pool, the beautiful roof terrace with a jacuzzi, the sauna and the tennis court. If you want to experience an unforgettable holiday in this region, I recommend this villa. Thank you Branko for your effort and service. The welcome gift was very tasty. :)

Beautiful Villa in elegant town

Our group stayed at the Villa Vrbnik for a week. Location is very nice and the view is excellent. The villa owner answered quick to every question we had and organized everything we asked for. Villa is more spacious than you can see in the pictures. Also the heated pool was great.

Perfect Villa and perfect hosts!

From the moment we saw Villa Vrbnik on the website we knew it was special but we didn't know how much until we go there. Vedran and his family are the perfect hosts going above and beyond any other self-catering host we have every come across, so accommodating and helpful. They have thought of everything and want the Villa to be your home during your stay, and it certainly was to us, we had everything we needed and more. It is spotless and beautifully maintained and decorated. The views are breathtaking and never ever get boring. There is so much to do, which was helpful with 4 children of varying ages and 5 adults. With the tennis court, pool and hot tub and so much space even with 9 of us staying there we never got in each others way. Vrbnik itself is a lovely quaint little town, everyone we met was so friendly and went out of their way to help us or talk to us. We honestly can't think of anything negative to say about the place - it really was the best holiday we've had and that is very much down to Vedran and his family who we thank very much for making our stay as perfect as it was. We are already looking at flights for a potential return next year :)

Simply stunning !

A stunning villa, beautiful surroundings and great hospitality Having booked Villa Vrbnik and just prior to our trip, we poured over the photos on the website and wondered whether things could be quite as idyllic in reality. The pool, the tennis court, the views over the village…. perhaps too perfect ? In addition, our emails and calls to Vedran, our soon to be host, were almost too informative and helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble… concerned ? The truth …. Villa Vrbnik and Vedran our host were all that and more. The villa is just an exquisite building, beautifully appointed and stunningly situated. Its facilities with pool, AstroTurf tennis court, Jacuzzi, were more than enough to keep the three kids occupied. The BBQ, wine room and huge sundeck were more than adequate for the adults. The village of Vrbnik remains unspoiled and maintains an almost historic charm with narrow streets, a traditional village square and some simple but very adequate restaurants. The surrounding Aegean Sea is simply beautiful and chartering a little skippered boat out of the harbor to explore the beaches and bays not accessible from land proved a highlight of the trip. However, as Vedran told us, “… no matter how beautiful the sea is, once you have seen my sun deck you will want to spend the holiday by the pool “ How true ! Vedran is a charming, resourceful and delightful host and really, nothing was too much trouble. Two fabulous gourmet nights arranged by Vedran and hosted by the chef and his team from Rivica Restaurant in Njivice, with local produce and local wine, were again sensational highlights of the trip (and despite some trepidation about the bill we were once again surprise by the value for money !). Returning home to a rather damp England has only served to reinforce our thoughts and feelings about Croatia and in particular Villa Vrbnik and Vedran. An outstanding holiday location with an outstanding host, underpinned a great family vacation and some great memories. I have a feeling we will be back !

An incredible stay and incredible host

I could literally write a book on this place. We were a group of 8 people who stayed one week in this villa in August 2014. It could not have been better. The villa sits just outside the town of Vrbink, and thus affords it a view of the town and water behind it that is second to none. The town itself is a gem of small shops, narrow streets and good food. The villa is almost a museum of modern art - it is appointed perfectly, and from the pool to the tennis court or the hot tub and sauna, our group enjoyed the amenities each day. It was a perfect way to relax by the pool in the sun, or to play tennis, hit the outdoor shower and then jump in the pool. The host, Vedran, is a legend! I have never felt better cared for in a hospitality setting in my life. He helped with restaurant reservations, activity ideas, and even a cook/waiter combo from a nearby restaurant to come to the villa and cook. He was ALWAYS available and his passion for the food and the wine of the area is contagious. I consider this place an astounding value for the quality of amenities, extensive service, and beautiful surroundings. I hope to return in the future and would not hesitate to suggest it for a holiday to anyone.

Wie im Paradies...

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in der Villa mit 10 Leuten verbracht. Wir konnten es erst nicht glauben was in den vorherigen Bewertungen stand,dass es noch schöner als auf den Bildern dort sein sollte. Doch genauso ist es. Alles war von Anfang bis Ende perfekt. Unser Vermieter Vredan war vor,während,und nach unserem Urlaub jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Die Villa und das gesamte Grundstück waren top gepflegt. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und können diese Villa nur weiterempfehlen.

Wonderful House & Excellent Hospitality

We (a group of 10 friends from Switzerland) stayed 7 nights in the Villa Vrbnik and we had a beautiful time. If you think the pictures look awesome, the house in reality is even better. There is the nice pool, the tennis court, the whirlpool on the terrace, the sauna, almost every bedroom has access to its own bathroom, the barbecue in the outside area, the big kitchen which is equipped with everything you possibly need to prepare a nice dinner. It is really all there you could wish for and it’s all working and well looked after. And if there is something missing, you can be sure that Vedran (the host) will organise it within no time. Also if you want special treatments/menus in restaurants, wine tasting, boat trips, musicians etc., Vedran will be more than happy to help you out. We’ll definitely return.

Exceptionnel !!

Villa exceptionnelle, tant pour sa qualité que pour son emplacement. Une vue sur la baie de Vrbnik et le clocher du village juste imprenable, Villa superbement bien équipé et de qualité. L’accueil du propriétaire est juste génial et très agréable. Tout est fait pour que votre séjour se déroule au mieux et cela a été le cas. Pour tous les amoureux du Var, n'hésiter pas un instant, c'est exactement pareil que dans le sud de la France, avec les pins parasol en moins, mais la gentillesse, l'hospitalité et la propreté en plus, ce qui sincèrement reste un atout majeur. La villa est située légèrement en retrait du village, ce qui lui permet d'être au calme avec une vue dominante, sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture pour descendre au village ou au port. Pour le reste les photos parles d'elle-même, c'est encore mieux en vrais. Bon séjour à tous ceux qui auront la chance de découvrir ce petit coin de Paradis et encore un immense merci au propriétaire, pour son accueil et son hospitalité. Cordialement Franck Marchois.

In jeder Hinsicht perfekt!

Wir waren mit Familie und Freunden (neun Personen) während der Pfingstwoche in der Villa Vrbnik zu Gast. Bereits der Kontakt mit Vedran vor der eigentlichen Anreise war überaus angenehm. Alle Fragen wurden bestens beantwortet und unsere Wünsche zuvorkommend berücksichtigt. Die Villa selbst hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das gesamte Anwesen ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Perfekt zu nutzen ist der eigene Tennisplatz, der Pool ist schlicht ein Traum und der Whirlpool unterm Sternenhimmel der ideale Platz um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Genossen haben wir auch die ruhige Lage der Villa mit phantastischem Blick auf die Altstadt von Vrbnik und das gegenüberliegende Festland. Gerne haben wir Vrbnik und das Umland entsprechend Vedrans Empfehlungen erkundet. Einsame Buchten mit kristallklarem Wasser, die zu empfehlende regionale Gastronomie, die Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Bevölkerung haben unsere Woche in Vrbnik zu einem rundum gelungenem Urlaubserlebnis werden lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We decide as a family to build our villa in Vrbnik, island Krk because of incredible charm of old town Vrbnik and people living in it. They are so friendly and ready to help us organize everything for perfect holidays, it's never crowded as all other places on the coast, the keeped it small and unique. They are also known as excelent wine makers that produced famous croatian sort of white wine Zlahtina and other products. In Vrbnik you can find a lot of wine cellers and have a wine tasting tour.
