Hermosos amaneceres desde nuestro balcón. Casa aislada con 100 pies de frente de playa. A solo 20 minutos de Apalachicola, St. La isla de george Carrabelle es un pequeño pueblo de pescadores, puede alquilar un barco por 1/2 día o 1 día completo de pesca en la bahía o en alta mar. La pesca de surf de esta propiedad es popular entre los niños y adultos, y también pesca cangrejos azules. El marisco más fresco que jamás comerás está aquí. Casa de ostras y mercado de mariscos ubicado en la ciudad. Playa pública con hermosa arena blanca, parrillas para barbacoa y baños. Apalachicola tiene muchas tiendas de antigüedades y muchas casas históricas, y es el hogar de la primera máquina de hielo construida. También Tates Hell está cruzando la calle desde su casa con senderos naturales. Puedes tomar el ferry a Dog Isand para bombardear y observar a los delfines.

Quiet Vacation

Overall a good experience. Home is nothing fancy but, was clean and comfortable. The flies outside were a nightmare so weren’t able to really spend any time on the deck but that’s not exactly a manageable issue. AC was temperamental freezing 1st night then hot the next and couldn’t get it to adjust to their requested temperature (73).

Quiet and enjoyed the beach

Property was great. Clean and quiet. Seen dolphins playing almost every afternoon, stingrays horseshoe crabs bald eagles flew over often. The water was calm great for my 3 year old granddaughter. Wish I would have booked for a whole week instead of 4 nights.

The house was very clean and roomier than expected. Sunrise/sets beaufitul. A bit of road noise at night but woukd definitely recommend. We enjoyed the deck and beach and exploring surrounding areas. Had a great stay

Great place to stay & relax

We really enjoyed our stay. Friendly & helpful staff. The place was very clean, comfy, shady & relaxing. Has a wonderful view & a cute little beach area. The shallow water is not clear in front of the house due to a creek/river flowing into the bay 1 house down. We seen lots of sting rays, jumping fish, coral, & hermit crabs. Great place for our dogs to enjoy the beach. I would suggest bringing chairs if you would like to sit outside under the deck, there is a table but no chairs. There is one circle web-string swing but that's it. No complaints.

Carrabelle Beach House Review

Very clean and dog friendly. Beautiful view of the St. George Sound and St. George Island. If visiting in the summer, be sure to bring insect repellent for the bugs, lots of horseflies out this time of year. Shout out to the owner for allowing us to bring our dogs. They loved the beach!

Summer Getaway

The pictures do not do this property justice. It was absolutely beautiful and pristine! We saw dolphins and loved sitting out on the patio. The water is right out back and you are far enough away from neighbors that you never feel like you are interacting with others. We loved it and can’t wait to come back.

Great beach property.

We loved our time here. Would definitely recommend bringing all cooking ingredients as there is nothing at the house besides. Salt and pepper. Everything else was wonderful.

Great stay overall

It was very clean upon entry. Smelled good. TV and WIFI is great. They had everything you needed as far as the kitchen goes. Bathroom had plenty of towels and were clean. Would have been nice to have some chairs under the deck to sit, if you didn’t want to walk to the beach, because it is a great distance to still see the water from underneath. There was a patio table down there, but no chairs. We bought some inexpensive beach chairs and left them for the next guest. The be clear, this is a bay home. Water was a lot murkier than the other side on St George. The only downfall was the smell of the couch. It was horrible, almost to where you didn’t want to sit on it. Smelled like urine. Just needs a good steam clean.

Great week at the beach

My family had a great Thanksgiving week at the beach. The location to the water was perfect for my two kids and the fact that we could bring our furbaby along too was especially appreciated. House had everything we needed and we loved it!

Probably good for men who fish all day

Driveway was hard to find at night. Neighbor messed up beach with bobcat. Great view, good furniture and well stocked kitchen. We cooled the house opening the windows in the morning and at night. Cool week but last day hit 82 and AC was froze up when we got back. I tried to turn it off. Washer left clothes dirtier than they went in and soppy wet. Good AC is required for Florida

Great Stay

We loved being right on the water. The home was comfortable and very clean. E could drive in to town or over to Apalachicola easily, or just relax on the beach or deck.

Great Property

We took 5 days for some quiet time with our dog and that's exactly what we got! Location is very quiet. We had the beach to ourselves. Home was very clean. Front porch is wonderful to sit and relax over the water. It was apparently horseshoe crab mating season and they were everywhere. We had a young black bear visit one night. He climbed the tree right by the house. He was a beauty! We didn't venture off. Mostly cooked in. Had a few rainy days, but had a wonderful stay regardless! Would love to head back again soon.

Relaxing - Just what we were looking for

We were looking for a quiet, private, beach front stay for myself, husband and dog. Great surises, beautiful view, and relaxing environment is what we got! Our pup enjoyed the beach!

Real Good Time 2023

Overall we loved the location, the beach, and privacy!! Area still in rebuild process from storms 5 years ago but was great for the R&R we were looking for. Home was well stocked and totally fine but in need of some TLC. Internet and TV did not work so that was a little disappointing for evenings and nights in. Will definitely keep on the list for future getaways!

Quiet and comfortable

If you want seclusion and your own private beach, this is it. Saw 1 other person in our 4 day stay. We wanted isolation. Found it. Great place to bring your dogs and just let them romp and explore the sand and water.
