Bienvenido a "Seaside Splendor", una villa de 4 dormitorios / 3 baños ubicada sobre las codiciadas Villas Charleston Oceanfront. Al entrar en el condominio, las ventanas del piso al techo y las puertas corredizas de vidrio lo invitan inmediatamente a ver el vasto Atlántico. Desde el balcón hacia el este, se puede ver el famoso muelle de pesca de Folly Beach. Hacia el oeste se puede ver el extremo occidental de la isla. No te pierdas los hermosos amaneceres y puestas de sol. El mobiliario del balcón es robusto, estable y lo más importante, cómodo! ¡El balcón puede convertirse en tu lugar favorito!

La cocina bien equipada y actualizada cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, mostradores de granito y una placa para salpicaduras de azulejos de colores y está equipada con todo lo que necesita para cocinar una comida de grupo. La hermosa mesa del comedor tiene espacio para invitados. Después de su comida, relájese en la sala de estar en los cómodos sillones mientras ve el nuevo televisor de pantalla plana grande. En el caso de que tenga que trabajar un poco, esta villa está equipada con Internet de alta velocidad.

The place was amazing overall. Clean and awesome views. Only gripe was there could have been more paper towels and toilet paper for the week, but that wouldn’t stop me from booking again.

Internet horrible. Kept cut out during TV shows so much we could not watch because never saw ending. Would not recommend staying here in the future because of this. Had trouble getting most watched stations. channels like ABC, NBC and CBS. I would hope this would help future travelers, but probably not. From Unit 419.

The only complaint we have is there were only 2 fobs for 7 adults. One per bedroom would have been better. We stayed in a 4 bedroom place and had 2 fobs. Talking to others in the elevator they had 3 fobs for a 3 bedroom place. Just a suggestion.

Wonderful place.

Unit was clean and in the best location on the beach. Everything was as described in the description. Bed was very comfortable. If I had to give a con, the only thing I would say is the ice maker; as its a little slow dispensing but it was not a problem at all. Despite some rainy days, We really hated to leave. We will definitely be back to this location.

Wonderful vacation

This condo was great for our family and friends who we shared the condo with. The ocean view was perfect with plenty of room on the balcony. The condo was well stocked with pots and pans. The beds were comfortable.All appliances worked.Overall very good.

Get-a-Way for Long Weekend w/Family

The 4-bedroom, 3-bath, is a spacious condo overlooking the beach. Nice size patio on the 4th floor. We've rented many condo's (VRBO) and say in hotels as we like to travel. This condo's location and property were beautiful, but the condo itself needs major updates and TLC. The Condo appeared "clean" at check-in until you looked around. Large dining room table appeared to be bent or broken as it bowed in the middle and was dirty. The master bathroom toilet had been used because the "male" didn't flush it or clean the urine from the rim. Dirt behind bedroom doors. The ad lists TV in master. There was a TV, but someone took the cable box and remote. The fix from mgmt - they gave us another remote and Roko that I had to program. That didn't happen as I can barely program mine (AT&T did it during install), so we went without. NOT HAPPY!!!!!! The bedroom furniture was older than I am and I'm a 60's baby. The kitchen was ok and very bare compared to other rentals. I also folded the towels and wash cloths left in the dryer from previous renters. That was kind of disgusting as I also cleaned out the dryer vent. This condo seemed like it was lacking the personal attention that many have. I do like the keyless entry as all had the code on their cell (who doesn't carry their cell everywhere they go). Great location to places to eat and shop. Overall, I would NOT rent this until or not this property if management doesn't start overseeing the job of those prepping for next renters.

Terrible place to stay

This unit is dated, dirty, blinds on window broken, stains on furniture, sliding door to balcony doesn’t lock but they did supply a board to set in the track so no one could open it. I did not like to have to remember a code to get in and a key to get to the beach. First time I was required to strip the beds, wash dishes, set thermostat before leaving. Called the second morning about the blinds someone was sent right up. They couldn’t fix said they would send maintenance. Never heard another word the entire week. Blanket still hanging on the sliding door when I checked out. Worst experience ever. If I could find someone in the office I would have demanded a refund

We came to Charleston for a wedding weekend.

I was completely satisfied with our stay, the condo was perfect for our family. I was very appreciative of the constant updates regarding our stay.The condo was very accommodating and up to date. Walking distance to everything on Folley Beach. I would absolutely stay there again. I will plan to stay for another gateway. Thank you so much

Great condo

The condo is spacious and has a perfect location. The only little things that were an inconvenience were there were no sharp knives that could cut anything and only one wineglass. We went and bought a knife. The mattresses were wonderful and we would certainly stay there again!

Wonderful place!

This property was spacious, clean and well stocked. It had excellent access, parking and the location was great for walking to shops and restaurants. We loved the 2 pools and the wide balcony! We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this condo is perfect! Beautiful ocean and beach views. Very nice beach for walks and boogie boarding. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and a short drive to Charleston. This 4 bedroom condo is is very well equipped and we would definitely stay here again.

Folly beach condo

The location can’t be beat. The condo itself was clean upon arrival. Some aspects of the condo are a bit outdated and the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable, but overall, we would stay here again. We stayed in late April and pools were not heated, but amazing location being right on the beach and close to bars/restaurants.

Wave Wonder

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Folly Beach. Walked the beach every morning. Spent most of our time on the deck listening to the waves, and watching the pelicans and dolphins. Beautiful views of sunrise. Short walk into town for shopping, restaurants, ice cream, etc. We will be back!

Amazing Location

The property was just how it was described. Location was perfect. We used it as a home base as we visited plantations, Charleston and other local tourist sites. I would recommend the condo and although we didn't cook the kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stop and pick up or bring tp, paper towels, garbage bags as we could locate none in the condo. The view is amazing, the beds comfortable and the layout very nice for the number of people staying.
