Bienvenido a nuestra hermosa casa, con piscina cubierta climatizada tropicalmente y bañera de hidromasaje: ubicada a 15 minutos a pie o en automóvil a 2 minutos de la finca Goodwood. Tenemos 3 habitaciones con baño y 2/3 habitaciones más pequeñas: 4 baños y grandes cantidades de estacionamiento. La casa está ubicada en el pueblo histórico de Boxgrove, con excelentes paseos y un pub con un hermoso fuego cálido. Ideal para una escapada a Goodwood.

La casa es perfecta para una escapada: tenemos una piscina cubierta cubierta de seguridad climatizada a 31 grados y una bañera de hidromasaje, y baños de lujo con duchas de hidromasaje.

La casa como 5/6 habitaciones con 3 habitaciones dobles con baño privado con ducha y / baño. Cuarto de baño adicional y retrete abajo.

Sky TV en gran sala de estar y jardín de invierno, nevera americana grande y chimenea en la sala de estar. Jardín tiene barbacoa y amplios asientos.

Entrada para 6 autos: cerrada electrónicamente y segura

Communication with host was good. He immediately sorted out a small issue we had with the pool. Lovely relaxing venue with lots of indoor space!

We love this house!

This is now our 4th trip here in 3 years. We are a family of 4 generations & come here to celebrate various occasions. The bedrooms with en-suites are beautiful. The house set up is very relaxing. The garden is enclosed, with BBQ & large table. The pool room is awesome & the star attraction, can never get my grandchildren out!! Lovely hot tub outside with a cover. There is plenty of room to enjoy & have fun. Justin is a great host, very helpful & always replies to quiries.

Great for family celebrations

The swimming pool and hot tub are great although the pool was a bit cool the first 24 hours. You do have to wait if all wanting hot water together. General tidyness of some parts (Front step and Hot tub area in particular) of property could be better. Number of glasses and kitchen utensils lacking. Some tea bags, salt and sugar would be welcome. Still a good place for a family short stay

Fantastic!

This is our 3rd visit here. There are 4 generation of family & this house is great for us, plenty of space, large kitchen, super bedrooms with comfy beds. Obviously the pool room is the main attraction!! Swam with my grandchildren until we were all wrinkly. The 2 little ones learned to swim in this pool, it's a large room with furniture around the big pool, super & warm too. The hot tub is just outside the pool room & a great addition to chill out in with family. There are a few areas that need a bit of TLC but we just love being here & can't wait to come back.. Justin is always on hand to answer any questions & willing to come over if needed.

A disappointing property

A special birthday for grandma with children and grandchildren. The only positive I can offer is the swimming pool which was very much enjoyed by the grandkids. Otherwise the house was disappointing- out of date - no communication from the owner - not even a welcoming note - absolutely nothing in the kitchen apart from 2 tea bags and a few teaspoons of sugar. Various other annoyances. Having rented a number of Uk properties at various times I would place this house way down on my list.

Naomi, is not a preferred guest. The guest did not respond to any messages left on the portal or via telephone. She mentions lack of tea or coffee, despite there being over 15 boxes of tea and coffee in the pantry! The house was left in a terrible state. We have blocked her from booking again.

Rusper House

Lovely large family property. We spent 2 nights here and could’ve stayed a week. Pool was a good temperature & larger than expected which was a bonus, surrounding area was clean. The hot tub was warm and very relaxing. Beautiful kitchen. Great coffee machine and plenty of utensils in the cupboards. Lots of light in the conservatory area and good space to sit outside. The lounge was cosy and relaxing with plenty of large settees for seating everyone comfortably. Just a few tweaks we felt would help: The bedroom beside the pool could do with drawers/ cupboards for putting clothes in, plus a curtain rail with curtains for the window. The BBQ grill needed a good scrub down (unable to use it). The beautiful chandelier in the conservatory was full of cobwebs and just needed a dust down. Rail on the aga needs securing as it is held together with rubber bands & ignition doesn’t work. Plug socket by the kettle is loose in wall. Despite these observations which are easily rectifiable it is a great property for families and we enjoyed our time at Rusper House very much.

Lovely well-equipped house

We had a lovely stay at this property- spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool and hot tub were superb. Only negatives were that the property was difficult to find - clearer directions would have resolved this issue - and we were given the wrong code for the key box which meant we couldn't access the property until I was able to contact the host. Once we were in, however, we have no complaints at all.

Swimming pool and hot tub makes it a great stay

A little dated in parts and has obviously suffered from leaks in the past. The machinery operating the gate into the property needs some attention. Overall it is still an excellent place for a family to stay.

Amazing House!

We came here last year to celebrate my son's 40th & loved it so much we came back to celebrate mum's 88th birthday. 4 generations had a superb time together. There is plenty of space, a huge area to eat in, cosy lounge to relax in, well stocked large kitchen, beautiful bedrooms with lovely comfy beds & crisp white bedding. We had a BBQ, the children playing in the garden having fun. Obviously the pool house is the main attraction!! Enormous warm room with heated pool, we spent so much time in here, totally love it. The hot tub is next to the pool but outside with a plastic roof, perfect to chill in especially in the evening. There is a time restriction on the hot tub due to the proximity of elderly neighbours, which is a shame but understandable, also have to be aware of not making to much noise. 10 of us had a fantastic 2 night stay here again & can't wait to come back.

Fab weekend Break!

Birthday weekend was special staying here! House spacious clean and very comfortable and well designed. Swimming pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake! Bit of a shaky start as had no idea id rec’d a msg from host about codes re key etc. cldnt get into acct on vrbo so had to call them about entry problem! Host was very promot and helpful and really enjoyed our weekend. Highly recommend Anglesey Arms for dinner which is a 15 walk away!

A very relaxing weekend

What a great find, we totally enjoyed the weekend in this lovely house. The pool and hot tub were fabulous, and the pub at the end of the road had lovely food and great cocktails. Chichester on the whole seemed a little tired but the witterings are a 20 minute drive away with a beautiful beach.

Rusper House

Lovely property but in need of refurbishment here and there. Barbecue advertised as a facility but it was unusable (no gas bottle) and was very dirty. Location not immediately obvious went past entrance gates at first but saw sign for Rusper House on wall when driving bzck down the road. Property is very secure for very young children. The pool and hot tub were brilliant, adults and kids had a wonderful time. Double bedrooms are large and all bedrooms are very comfortable. Some attention needed re cleanliness especially bin in kitchen which needs a cover - no lid and therefore attracted flies most unhygienic. However despite the above we had a great weekend.

Stay at Boxgrove

Wonderful property in a great location. The indoor pool and hot tub area were a real hit with our teenagers! The owner was brilliant in responding to any questions we had and was always contactable during our stay.

We all had a happy fun family stay at Rusper House. The swimming pool was amazing with shower together with the hot tub for us all 😃 (these actually made our stay). Pool cleaner visit at end of our stay and again day after cause we stayed additional night! 👍🏼Area around is quite, but that was exactly what we wanted. Our 2 🐕 🐕 appreciated a closed in garden /auto gates out front 👍🏼. I managed to cook a massive roast on Aga! 3x double bedrooms with en suites 1x single with pullout extra mattress, 1 x single bedroom plus another ‘spare’ single box room downstairs next to pool (which we didn’t like as thought was an after thought, but it was there) down stairs toilet and shower next to pool room 👍🏼. Towels provided and hair dryer. Nice little shop walking distance. McDonalds/KFC/M&S just round corner (drive). Whittering beach a short drive and dog friendly 👍🏼 We booked for 3 nights but as we having such a lovely family get together we asked to stay another night, and we lucky to have done so! We will re visit Rusper House again I’m sure.

Get place to get together

What a gem of a property! We had a family get together to celebrate a big birthday. The house offered plenty of space for all. The swimming pool and hot tub were a bonus and allowed the younger adults to become children again. The pool was much bigger than we expected. The only downside was the out dated TVs in the bedrooms but this really wasn't a huge factor in our stay. A great house all in all.

Fantastic short break, too short in fact

Fantastic rental property, even better than the photos show, the pool is huge and the jacuzzi is really nice to use. Six bedrooms all really nice, huge dining/ reception room which incorporates a conservatory, separate large lounge, vast kitchen with all the amenities you could want. Spotlessly clean, fresh towels on every bed, dog friendly garden, secure parking area with automatic gates. Beautiful quiet area but very close to everything you need, three large supermarkets 5 minutes drive away (Lidl. Sainsbury's, M&S food hall so choose your budget). Really there is everything you need, a shame we only had a weekend to experience it.

Nice house

It was a nice house, we stayed with some friends our children. Its slightly dated and is designed for a party house i feel with plastic matts on the beds etc. The hot tub turns off automatically at 9.30 which was a shame but i guess that is from when parties are held they do not want the neighbours upset.

Good house for large parties

Enjoyed our stay . Pool and hot tub a bonus . Few bits in the house are a bit “tired” and China mismatched but not a big issue .
