Great location and nice accommodations. HOWEVER, I will never stay here or rent from Algarve Resorts again. This company seems to focus on what’s convenient for them rather than what a guest might need. Here are several examples of the terrible communication & service we experienced.1. We were sent confirmations for two different apartments. No one mentioned a change to the plan so I had to contact them to ask which was the accurate confirmation.2. Upon arrival, we agreed to meet our host at the apartment. She never mentioned that you canNOT drive to the property - it is on an alleyway. We drove in circles. We communicated with her about where we were and she kept saying “you’re very close”. We sent our location. But she provided no guidance. We were actually less than 50 feet away at one point but she couldn’t tell us how to get there or that we needed to park and walk! She was a native English speaker.3. When she showed us around the apartment, she neglected to communicate that there were hidden blinds that were electronically managed and could provide both privacy and black out for sleeping.4. When I asked for more toilet paper and bath gel (4 of us there for 3 days), she said their procedure is to provide only the first days worth.5. When I requested maintenance to get hot water in the bathroom, she explained that the temp was set approp for this property and no maint was needed.Too bad for apt owner that this mgmt company will lose biz for them.
