Am Besten war die Lage der Ferienwohnung mit der wunderschönen Aussicht! Sehr guter Service, bei Fragen über WhatsApp bekommt man sehr schnell eine Antwort. Ich würde es sofort wieder buchen! Fliegengitter in den Schlafräumen und am Balkon wäre sensationell!!!!!

We had a wonderful holiday here at Lake Garda

We traveled from the Netherlands with our family of 4, via a stop in Austria, to this apartment at Lake Garda. We had a wonderful holiday here and really enjoyed the location close to the lake. The apartment is spacious and bright, and wonderfully cool thanks to the two air conditioners. The kitchen is adequate for a summer stay, and the garden couldn't have been better. Even our dog could walk around freely there, and we enjoyed the sunshine with our own BBQ. There are several restaurants and a small shop for sandwiches within walking distance. A short drive to Garda or Torri offers charming shops, a market, and terraces by the water. Because the apartment is built against a hill and the access and garden are at the back of the building, there are stairs to the apartment entrance and the parking space at the top. This makes it unsuitable for people with disabilities, but we were able to navigate the stairs up and down without any problems. A bonus is the garden's private location.

Wundervolle Wohnung mit super Blick auf den Gardasee. Sehr sauber. Super ausgestattet. Nur mit Kinderwagen etwas Mühsam. Ansonsten alles gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

relaxing spot

As other reviewers mentioned, the main road is below the property. You will hear motorcycles and big trucks from the outdoor spaces, but it's not bad and the bedrooms are quiet. It's away from much of the main action on the lake, so it's a very relaxing location. And it is only for the able-bodied: lots of steps down to the house from the road. The place was as described, but unlike most rentals I've been too, it lacked fundamental basics that would have made things better, like salt and pepper, oil, or napkins. There was also just barely enough toilet paper for our first day so we had to scramble for all of that on arrival. If you're driving in, bring all the basics.

Lage super mit kostenlosen Fitnessprogramm (Treppen steigen)

Lage top,Nachbarn sehr laut, Nachts wird Rasen gesprengt (Pumpe macht viel Krach),keine Info über autom. Stromabschaltung bei Gewitter, 🔑 Übergabe problemlos, Parkplatz sogar für 2Fahrzeuge nutzbar, trotz zugesagten Einzelstellplatz!!müsste besser ausgeschildert werden, Sauberkeit der Böden in allen Zimmern ließ zu wünschen übrig,getrennte Müllentsorgung umständlich, Nach anfänglichen Zahlungsproblemen,dann doch noch zur Zufriedenheit gelöst.

Tolles Apartment mit Seeblick

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, man hat 2 Schlafzimmer, großes Wohn/ Esszimmer. Mit zwei tollen Terrassen, eine sogar mit Garten und einigen Liegen. Das Haus ist ein wenig hellhörig, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Von dort geht es über eine ziemlich steile Treppe über die Terrasse in die Wohnung. Der See ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Rückweg ist allerdings ein wenig steil. Das Müll wegbringen ist ein wenig mühsam, da man ihn nur unterhalb des Berges mit Schlüssel wegbringen kann und den Schlüssel aber bei Abreise in der Wohnung hinterlassen muss. Ansonsten ist alles einwandfrei und sehr sauber! Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Greenery Loft. Das Objekt ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sogar neuer als die auf dem Foto (inklusive Spülmaschine). Pluspunkte sind der kleine Garten und die Terrasse(n). Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. Schade ist hingegen, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht gleich groß sind. Aber auch das konnten wir vorab schon auf den Bildern erkennen.

Geen penthouse

Hoewel de online foto's van het terras de indruk wekken dat je vrij zit aan het meer, betreft het een balkon (5x3m) met nog 2 balkons naast je. Wat weinig privacy dus. Wel een schitterende uitzicht over het meer. Verkeersdrukte is groot, met name overdag.

sehr entspannte Woche!

Lage trotz Durchfahrtstrasse, sehr gut. Autolärm war nicht so störend wir erwartet. Der kleine Garten und die Terrasse ist ein riesen Gewinn für dieses Appartement. Man ist für sich und hat nur 2-3 Min. runder zum See zum Baden... Das Wasser war herrlich, sauber und erfrischend. 2 Bäder (auch wenn etwas älter) sehr praktisch. Wir waren nur zu zweit, daher super viel Platz. Vielleicht könnten neue Vorhänge und Bettgestell investiert werden. für die ambiente (Matratze waren aber sehr gut!)

Appartamento con ottima vista lago

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima ed il terrazzo con in aggiunta giardino è super. Nella seconda camera non è presente nessun armadio, neanche una mensola o qualche gancio per gli abiti. Inoltre, il livello di pulizie è un pò da migliorare ( magari per i clienti tedeschi è più che sufficiente ma non per il cliente italiano ).

Nice loft with private garden & terrace with Garda lake views

The garden really made the difference for us: private, tranquil and great views of the lake. Good beds and cool bedroom thanks to airco. Terrace with unbeatable views of lake & mountains. Kitchen is a bit "used", refrigerator old.

War ok

Die Unterkunft ist nett eingerichtet. Die alltäglichen Dinge (Geschirr, Handtücher, Bettzeug) ist vorhanden. Leider konnte man auf den geschickt fotografierten Bildern die sehr schmuddelige Küche und die Minibadezimmer so nicht erkennen. Leider War das Geschirr auch nicht unbedingt sauber, sodass vor der ersten Benutzung erst mal alles gespült werden musste ( von Hand). Die Betten waren sehr sauber und bequem. Der immense Verkehr an der Straße direkt vor dem Haus ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Lage (Nähe zum See) ist natürlich unschlagbar. Ebenso die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Dies entschädigte wenigsten teilweise. Für die 10 Tage war es in Ordnung. Würde die Wohnung aber zu diesem Preis nicht mehr mieten.

Comfortable, cozy, cute

We were 4 people in this apartment and it was a perfect space. Very comfortable, cozy, cute, colorful. The only rooms that had AC were the two bedrooms and to be honest that was all we needed. We kept the bedroom doors shut so the AC would keep the room nice and cold and we all enjoyed sleeping in AC. There was a fan in the living room so that helped when we were in that room. We didn't stay in the apartment that much, only during the night. Didn't use the kitchen, but I assume the facilities and utilities worked fine. One thing that alarmed me however is that there was a bedroom door in the master bed that led to outside and it was not locked. The lady who showed us the apartment didn't tell us or anything but it was unlocked all night and we didn't even know there was a door there because it was covered with a curtain and blinds and we just assumed it was another window. Luckily, no one broke in except our friends in the early morning on accident (that's how we found out there was a door there). There was a beach across the street which is where we stayed the majority of the time. The beach is pebbly but we didn't mind. If you have sensitive feet you may want to bring water shoes. There were about 3-4 restaurants about a mile-ish walk down from the apartment and that is where we ate all our meals. Also, if you plan to go to any other towns, be prepared and know that it will take awhile. The taxi system is just terrible. They don't come when you call. And it may be because they speak zero English so maybe they didn't understand. We eventually (one hour later) were able to get on a free bus shuttle that went into Torri Del Benaco, but getting back to our apartment was yet again, another hour wait trying to get a taxi because the shuttles were not running until 11pm and we wanted to get to our apartment by 10pm.
