Best views in Scottsdale

The house was spacious and felt much bigger than advertised. We stayed with 14 guys and had room to spare. The pool overlooking Scottsdale was worth the booking alone. We will be coming back to stay here soon!

Experience did not meet expectations

We booked this property to host our bachelor/bachelorette weekend. We had 23 guests, which in theory we should have been able to host comfortably per the description/photos in the listing, as well as my communication with the host via the VRBO app prior to our stay.In summary, the property is huge with a gorgeous view of Paradise Valley, however there are some serious maintenance and quality control issues with the house that were not advertised in the VRBO listing. These issues significantly detracted from our ability to enjoy the amenities that we paid for:-Massive water leak from the dining room ceiling.-No hot water in 3 of the bathrooms in the main house, resulting in only 2/5 functional showers.-Missing couch pullout beds as compared to what was advertised in the photos/description on the VRBO listing, which resulted in multiple guests effectively having nowhere to sleep. Host brought us an air mattress to account for missing beds, however air mattress promptly deflated.-Remaining two couch pullout beds in house did not have sheets, blankets, or pillowcases, requiring us to pull linens from other guests’ beds.-Pool and hot tub broken on the first day (repaired on second day)All of these issues were communicated to the host during our stay. The hosts were responsive, however due to the sheer volume of issues we constantly had maintenance people coming in and out of the house.I requested a partial refund however the host did not respond.

Amazing views

The house was set in an amazing area with amazing views. Sitting in the pool taking in the views was our favorite thing. All the locations were easy to get to around us everything felt like it was within 20 minute driving range. Highly recommended and the host was amazing at getting in contact with and responding very quick.

Fantastic Views and Very Spacious

The views here are fantastic and the property is a large as it looks. The only thing to note is that the furnishings and decor are a bit dated (think 1990s or early 2000s). But the property manager is great to work with and the space is very comfortable. We had a group of 8 people and it worked really well for us.

Views and expansive space are breathtaking

Some of the bedrooms have glass doors or no curtains. Privacy an issue with a big group. Lack of amenities would have been helpful to know beforehand. Owner should prepare a binder that explains the quirks of the house. Dishwasher did not work this morning . (Previous days we used paper products so did not know until last day when we cooked.) Location is beautiful but house needs updating for the price.We had a GREAT TIME HOWEVER , exploring all the great spaces to hang.,the hot tub and pool were heated to perfection and the sunsets were gorgeous.

We had fun! Plenty of room!!

Even though the dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, and intercom system did not work the place is actually very cool. The pool and spa were awesome! The BBQ grill was great! Lots of storage for food and drink. Nice fridge and wine fridge.

Scottsdale Thanksgiving

This was an amazing property to host three generations for a family Thanksgiving. Everyone had private space. Lots of room for teens and kids too play games, watch movies and play in the pool. All adults loved the pool and patio. Kitchen was great for prepping a big Thanksgiving meal. Gorgeous views. Perfect location to go out for some easy hikes. Quick access to groceries or other restaurants. Location is very private and quiet.

Magical stay for the whole family!

We hosted my family here in the week leading up to my wedding, and everyone had truly a wonderful experience. The property is totally true to photos and the views are just unbelievable. Tiffany and her husband were the perfect hosts, and immediately addressed any concerns that we had. Nothing major, just a few things that needed some maintenance or extra towels, etc. We also hired house cleaners through Tiffany and they were fantastic - so helpful and kind! Our family fell in love with Arizona because of this home, and are already dreaming about coming back another time!

Birthday Celebration

We had several couples coming into town to celebrate a 40th birthday. The house was perfect with each couple having a room and plenty of space to celebrate. Tiffany was fantastic to coordinate with and I would absolutely recommend the incredible house and management.

What a view!

The interior is a bit dated, but the outside patio/pool area is beautiful. That's where we spent most of our time during the day (when we were home) and definitely during the evening. It was perfect for our group, and we really enjoyed the property. We went out for a small business meeting, and it couldn't have gone any better.

Reunion

Family reunion here with 14 of us staying here and up to 25 for gatherings. Tiffany was great with any communication - quick with responses to questions. House was as pictured - lots of room to spread out and many sitting areas, inside and out. Pool was great and the view was awesome! That being said - would have expected a few more amenities with the house. Not very many glasses, coffee cups or decent wine glasses ( house says it sleeps +20). Bar soap on sinks- no hand soap in kitchen or even dish towels, sponge to clean up. Had an issue with hot water in 2 of the showers, not sure what that was - didn’t call as it wasn’t too big of a deal as it was so hot out. Did have an issue that was unforseeable, which Tiffany was quick to take care off - so imagine if we had called about the hot water, she would have been quick to address it. . All in all very good stay - just don’t expect the full amenities.

Amazing home!

Our group of 12 friends had the best time at Mansion on the Mountain for my husband’s 40th birthday! The home is beautiful with plenty of space for all and the view cannot be beat! We especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and wet/dry saunas. We brought a private chef in one evening to cook dinner and it was a great experience. Tiffany and her husband were very communicative and excellent hosts!
