Hermosa y auténtica cabaña Amish en Silver Lake en Lampson, WI. La cabaña de troncos mide 18 'x 40' con loft superior. Todas las comodidades del hogar, cable incluido. Beautiful Northwoods setting, all the basics were covered Make sure to read the entire lisitng and house rules before booking. No linens, bedding, pillows or towels are provided. The requriement is that the guest clean the property after use. A mop was provided but I could not find a a proper mop bucket. This is more like staying at a friends cabin, since professional cleaning appears sporadic.

Perfect location for a getaway to spend quality time with the family. The home was cozy and neat. The sleeping arrangements were good, everyone had their own bed. Amenities were perfect for our family gathering to fish. Host was easy to work with and very prompt. Would definitely book here again.

The cabin and property are nice. Setup is weird, no bedroom, all the beds are crammed up in the loft area. The property is not on the water but within walking distance.We were told we need to mop the floors and to bring our own linens which we thought was weird, especially because the floors were not clean when we got there.The host charged us for laundry, WiFi and a pet fee when we discussed that we would not be using those and that our pet was a service animal. It was a little bit of a hassle to get the refundThe host was extremely upset saying that our dog went onto the neighbors property twice, which we don’t believe to be true. Also, the host never told us about it even though he was texting us during the stay. After I requested the refunds he went off about the dog. Bad communication, I wouldn’t stay here again mainly because of the host.

Cabin up north

The cabin was as described on-line and the proximity to the lake was spot on - about a 2 min walk. The cabin was very clean and easy to get to. Overall rating of this property would be a 9 out of 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was adorable and located in a quiet setting with a very short walk to the water. We brought our pups with us and they had a blast swimming in the water. I would definitely recommend you give it a try.

4th of July Getaway

Great little cabin in the north woods. We were there for a few days around the 4th of July this year. Close to amenities and restaurants, great recreational lake. We’ll be back!

Stayed for nine days in October. The cabin is a beautiful structure on a large, well treed lot in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Northwoods Getaway

The cabin was an ideal location for our small group getaway--including our Golden Retriever, who enjoyed all the room to run around and chase balls in the yard as well as walks down to the lake, which is just across the road. Guests are 100% responsible for cleaning, which does take some time on departure day. But it is worth it to spend a few days in the Wisconsin Northwoods!

Nice Quiet Cabin

Beautifully built cabin in quiet woods: my best friend and I wanted to take a reading vacation and it was a peaceful place. You could hear the occasional ATV go by, and the dishes and beds could have been cleaner. Other than that, this cabin was a great place to unplug: we enjoyed our stay!

Nice place very close to atv trails.

Overall was ok experience. I think they should install a keypad deadbolt on front door vs an old school key hanger like you are selling a house especially if they want you to leave key whenever you leave. Also i think they should give context if possible to why yhere is a sign to limit showers and flushing, is it due to performance of well/septic? Cleaning up wasnt hard but might be nice to find a cleaning service?

High price for bare bones accommodations

Location was very private, a lot of streaming options for tv and dependable internet. Cabin is not lake view or water front. The dock is a walk across a highway and a UTV trail. Old, small A/C unit couldn't cool the cabin at all. Old, ratty mismatched furniture, signs in the bathroom limiting shower length and toilet flushes. There was dishes in the sink and a dead bug in the refrigerator but i had to sweep and mop the floor with pine sol before leaving. We booked for 2 nights and checked out after the first night.

Quiet and Serene

Very quiet and relaxing. The house was perfect sized and I loved the layout with the loft for sleeping above. Everything was clean and uncluttered. We spent 3 of our nights by the firepit and it was divine. It was a full moon too which added to it. One thing that surprised us though was that the lake is not right off the property. You have to cross an asphalt road and a gravel road to get down to the lake. The ad was not real clear on that but in spite of that, it all still worked out just fine. Just an extra bit of walking. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Cabin get away

Stay was nice. A place i recommend. The paperwork needs to be updated, details about firewood were unclear. We were unable to use the boat due to no lifejackets and dog was scared. ATVs nearby were a detriment. Nice cabin, nice lake, large lot.

Weekend getaway

My husband, baby and I stayed for 2 nights just to relax and it was perfect. Communication with the owner was very simple. Very quiet and peaceful lake to relax by!

Quiet and relaxing

Getting here was a breeze honestly. Situated about a half mile off off hwy 53 which can take you anywhere north or south for emergency items if need be. Plenty of land to explore and a very quiet community. Thank you again Jim!
