This was an amazing rental for my daughter and I. All questions were answered by renter. Very clean and it had everything we needed. Renters were always available iif I had a question or wanted recommendations for dinner, etc. highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We LOVED the stay! Randy was so kind and VERY easy to communicate with. He made our stay so nice. It is next door to the pools for the kids which was so nice. The trolley pick up is very close if you want to go to beach club. The house itself was amazing! Very clean and comfortable. It was myself, my husband and our two kids (10 &7) and it was great space for all of it. Highly recommend. - Jennifer Bohrer

Upgraded features and lovely decorated room. The wonderful kitchen was just what we were looking for in a home away from home. The king bed and large tub were perfect for recouping from warm summer fun on the beach. Clean and perfect with an extremely help friendly host. 5 stars

Super clean in a beautiful community right across the street from Camp Water Color Pools. The beach is beautiful with white sand and is just a 2-3 min free shuttle away. 10/10

Fantastic Stay

We enjoyed our stay with our two young kids, it was perfect for our family of 4. It was a short walk to Camp Watercolor and enjoyed the bikes that were provided. We used them to bike to dinner and the beach. Randy, the host, was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this carriage house. It was steps away from camp watercolor and short drive or scenic walk to the beach. My kids had a blast at the different pools at the beach club and the beach was gorgeous. Hope to return again to this special community.

Mother/Daughter Weekend in the Happiest Place!

Watercolor has been a family tradition of ours for over 20 years. Now that two kids are grown up, with big kid obligations, we needed a smaller place to stay. This coach house was the perfect place to land. It is perfectly located across from the Camp Pool. It can easily accommodate a family of four if you have two little kids (there is a pull out couch), and it has a full kitchen. The owners are so easy to access and communicate with; they are so friendly and accommodating, which we greatly appreciated while traveling alone.If you haven’t been to the area, it’s is the best possible family vacation spot in the world…a treasured town with biking, great restaurants, shopping, art, white sand beaches, phenomenal pools and more. We chose to stay in a smaller place because we wanted the Watercolor amenities, and easy access to everything by bike. I am so glad that we did. Our favorite meal was the lobster roll at Shrimp Shack. Our favorite night was watching the Texas Longhorns play (but lose) in the final four watching the sunset from Bud and Alley’s. Our favorite day was riding bikes to Grayton Beach and making a piece of art at the Shard Shop! A fabulous mother and daughter trip that I will always remember. We will be back! Thank you Randy and Diana, for the warm southern hospitality in your charming coach house!

Relaxing and great stay!

Loved this space for our family of three! Randy was such a great host and gave us tons of recommendations of what to do, where to eat, etc. Such a nice person and so helpful. The included bikes were perfect for getting around and are honestly essential there. The beach club and camp watercolor are lovely. 100% recommend!

Randy is very attentive and accommodating. The room is clean and has everything you need! Very close access to camp watercolor. The area is drivable. Parking is difficult but we did it every day successfully.

Wonderful Carriage House

We had a fantastic time staying at Randy’s place. The carriage house was very clean and in a great location. We used the bikes to explore Watercolor and Seaside. Having access to the Watercolor amenities was also a lovely addition. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for us!

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Randy is a great host and the space was just right for myself and my two kids. The bed was super comfortable and the place was very clean! It is the perfect spot for those wanting to use Camp Watercolor! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful watercolor getaway!

We took our three small children to the carriage house and had a great time! We had everything we needed. The carriage house was very clean! Randy was very helpful during our stay and gave lots of recommendations. Easy, quick walk to camp watercolor to take the kids to the pool. Loved driving down and parking or taking the trolley to the beach and beach club pool. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to Publix for groceries. Loved being so close to seaside as well! We will be back!

Better than expected

Wow, this neighborhood had everything you could think of! This place was perfect for our family. Clean and spacious. Actually bigger than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. Quiet street with little traffic flow but also right by camp watercolor! If this place is available, snag it!!

Great Location/Super Clean/Spacious

We had a wonderful stay! Super close to Camp Watercolor and an easy walk to Seaside Town Square and the Beach Club. Randy was super kind, responsive and helpful. The space was clean and quite spacious.

Can't wait to go back!

A perfect place for a family with children! Randy's place gave us everything we needed from cookware to towels to location to the pool and the beach. Randy was also incredibly helpful in providing suggestions on where to eat, what to do in the area and was just a really nice person to stop and chat with for a bit while on our way home from the pool. Thank you!

Quaint experience with wonderful host!

We had a great time at the Carriage house - you can comfortably sleep 3-4 (we brought a blow up for our 3 year old and it worked great). There was a full kitchen with bar stools so that worked great for quick meals, and you cannot beat the location.. it's very close to camp watercolor and a few minute bike ride from the beach. Only downside was no laundry, but for a quick trip away, that was totally do-able! Would 100% stay again, and Randy is the best!!

Perfect spot for a couples get away

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend get away and it was perfect. Beautiful carriage house with everything we needed. Everything in water color is close so we just rode the bike to the pools and seaside. We Uber’d to dinner and back. The owner was very kind and responsive when we did have a question as well. We would love to stay there again. Perfect for couples or a small family.
