Encantadora Eco-Casa de madera en la naturaleza virgen que rodea Sougia

Encantadora casa ecológica de madera cerca de Sougia (3 km). Construida en el verano de 2017. Entre los pueblos de Sougia y Moni en la costa suroeste de Creta, situado en un olivar en una colina, rodeado de montañas, se encuentra esta nueva Eco-casa de madera en la naturaleza virgen, con una vista al mar distante. Ofreciendo paz y silencio, pero muy cerca de las aguas cristalinas del Golfo de Libia y todas las comodidades que ofrece la aldea de Sougia. Allí encontrará una larga playa de guijarros, una de las playas más bellas de Grecia y muchos restaurantes, bares y tiendas. También es un punto de partida perfecto para el senderismo de montaña ya que está conectado a la ruta de senderismo E-4.
Como la casa está rodeada por varios acres de olivos, en un entorno muy tranquilo, completamente privado, es un lugar perfecto para las personas que buscan una verdadera relajación, silencio y privacidad. La casa está completamente hecha de madera y la electricidad se proporciona a través de la energía solar. La casa es de aproximadamente 53 metros cuadrados con una sala de almacenamiento adicional. Comprende una gran sala de estar con cocina abierta. Hay dos habitaciones. En un dormitorio se encuentra una cama doble (140 x 200 cm). En el segundo dormitorio hay una cama individual que se puede convertir fácilmente en una cama doble (160 x 200 cm). Todas las camas tienen colchones ortopédicos dobles y varias almohadas para elegir. Detrás de la casa hay un garaje sobre el cual se montan los paneles solares y el sistema de agua caliente. Como llamamos a nuestra Casa Ecológica, tratamos de mantenerla lo más "verde" posible. Excepto la energía solar, también proporcionamos agua fresca a nuestros huéspedes para que no necesiten comprar y usar botellas de plástico que aún no se reciclan en Grecia. La casa está pintada con pintura ecológica, tanto en el interior como en el exterior. Tampoco utilizamos pesticidas en nuestro olivar.

Highlight im Olivenhain

Kurz gesagt: Eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, die wir je hatten. In Mitten eines Olivenhains in absoluter Ruhe gelegen, merkt man sofort, daß das Haus mit viel Geschmack und Liebe eingerichtet wurde, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Zum sehr herzlichen Willkommen durch die Vermieterin Corinne gab es noch lokalen Wein, Oliven und Raki. Nach einer sehr erholsamen Woche ist die Wiederholungsgefahr recht hoch... Und da sind wir offensichtlich nicht die Ersten :-) Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Man merkte sofort, dass man in jeder Hinsicht volle Unterstützung hatte.

Ein sehr angenehmes Holzhaus an dem nichts fehlte. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur. Man hat keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Dafür zwei nette Schafe. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, aber auch der Weg zum Meer ist auch nicht weit .Kulinarische Köstlichkeiten sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr gastfreundlich und einfach spitze.

Perfect Cretan experience

Corinne is the sweetest host and the house is perfectly located to access Sougia within minutes but yet feel alone in the universe, surrounded by Olive trees. Bubbles and Baba Luca, the 2 domesticated sheeps, are the best entertainment for kids.

The dream exists : it's in Sougia. There, the road stops at the end of south Creta. The paradise exists too : it's in the Eco-house. It's time to leave and i can't get my eyes off the mountains around, and my mind off the wonderful time we had here, simple life without stress. Corinne is so warm and friendly...we'll be back someday. Just the heat was unbearable inside the house during 2 or 3 nights, and we had to sleep outside. But staring at the stars before falling asleep is not horrible, isn't it .....? Thank you to enable us to share your woodhouse. Kiss to Bubble !

Urlaub in der Natur

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in einer traumhaften Landschaft Kretas verbracht. Inmitten von Olivenbäumen und Schafen liegt völlig ruhig das moderne Holzhaus, wo wir als vierköpfige Familie königlich logieren durften. Tolles Haus in perfekter natürlicher Umgebung mit wirklicher Ruhe

Das Ökohaus ist geschmackvoll im nordischen Stil eingerichtet und duftet nach Holz. Alles ist neu und penibel sauber. Das Haus liegt in Alleinlage und ist ein guter Ausgangspukt für Wanderungen. Sougia ist ca. 4 km entfernt und hat Restaurants und einen Supermarkt. Corinne ist eine ganz wundervolle und herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns in allem super unterstützt hat. Sie hat uns sogar ein Rad geliehen. Zwei süße Schafe leben in der Nähe, die unser Sohn füttern durfte. Das Haus wird durch eine Solaranlage versorgt, was wir auch gut fanden.

Wonderful and peaceful place

We spent a lovely week at Corinne’s house. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and spotless clean. Everything we needed was there and it immediately felt like home! And Corinne made us feel very welcome and she was there to help whenever we needed anything. The house is located on a small hill with a great view, completely silent and peaceful, a great place to disconnect completely and just relax. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Außerordentlich gelungene Mischung aus Ästhetik und Naturnähe

Wir haben ca. eine Woche in dem stilvoll eingerichteten Ökohaus verbracht. Die Lage ist grandios. Das Haus steht allein, der Hauptblick gleitet bergab über die auch im Herbst grüne Vegetation Richtung Sougia, welches in 5 min. mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und zugleich praktisch eingerichtet. Die Haustechnik (Warmwasser und Strom) wird ausschließlich mit Sonnenenergie versorgt. Dennoch sind alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden, was den großen Speicherbatterien zu verdanken ist. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir werden wieder kommen, dann aber für mindestens zwei Wochen. Wonderful

A unique place to stay, comfortable and very well-equipped, perched in a perfect position among olive trees in the hills to glimpse the sea down at Sougia. The best of both worlds, so quiet at the house yet only 5 minutes in the car to swim in the sea and enjoy something to eat in laid-back Sougia. Corinne is a fabulous host who has thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

Endroit parfait

Maison tres agreable, au milieu de la nature, parmis les oliviers. On a aime.... absolument tout, de l’acceuil chaleureux de la proprietaire a la beaute du lieu, en passant par la presence de bubble, le mouton qui a fait la joie des enfants, tout etait absolument parfait. La maison est tres proche de la mer (Sougia), un village tranquille on les gens etaient tres sympa et on l’on mange tres bien. Un grand merci a corrine pour ces vacances cretoises inoubliables.

Fantastic !

This house is a dream house, lost in the middle of olive trees. The wooden-house is comfortable, beautiful furnished (with both traditionnal and modern stuffs), and eco-friendly. The terrace is such a great space to spend time, looking at the surrounding mountains, at the sea or at the stars. We had the feeling to be alone, while it only takes 5 minutes to reach Sougia. We were travelling with our two young children (1 and 3). They also appreciated their stay, running around the house, watering the flowers and providing water to the sheep. And the owner, Corinne, is the sweetest host. A smiling person, very enthousiastic, happy, present but never invasive. She filled the fridge up with stuffs for the breafast and shared with us olives, olive oil and wine (the best red wine we drank in Crete :-)) she produces. Everything was so perfect! We stayed in a lot of different places in Crete but this one has something very special !

Tolles Zuhause auf Zeit! Besser geht es nicht! Wiederholung nicht ausgeschlossen!

Das Ferienhaus war genauso, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten - vielleicht sogar noch etwas schöner! Wir hatten uns bewusst für eine Ferienbleibe mit viel Ruhe entschieden und sind auch nicht enttäuscht worden. Es gibt viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten vor dem Haus, mit Schatten oder Sonne. Der Sternenhimmel war grandios, das Vogelgzwitscher und die Grillen haben uns gezeigt, wie schön die kleinen Dinge im Leben sind, ansonsten war nur der Wind zu hören. Wir hatten unsere absolute Privatsphäre, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Einziger Gesprächspartner in der Nähe war "Bubbles", die im Olivenhain nebenan lebende Schafdame, die uns beim Wegfahren oder Ankommen oft freudig begrüßt hat. Herrlich - Griechenland außerhalb des Touristenrummels! Die Gastgeber sind absolut toll! Wir kamen nach 3-facher Flugverschiebung nicht wie eigentlich geplant schon morgens sondern erst abends kurz vor 23 Uhr an. Unsere Gastgeberin, Corinne, hat uns schon erwartet, mit romantischer Beleuchtung vorm und im Haus. Corinne hatte bestens für uns gesorgt: es gab etwas zu Essen im Kühlschrank und ein "griechisches Begrüßungspaket" bestehend aus Oliven aus eigener Ernte, selbstgemachtem Raki und Rotwein. Weiterhin stand reichlich frisches Quellwasser für uns bereit, was wir übrigens während unseres Aufenthalts immer wieder bekommen konnten. Perfekt und sehr aufmerksam nach der langen Anreise. Corinne hat uns geduldig alles erklärt und gezeigt. Das Haus hat Corinne mit ihrem Mann Giorgos erst im letzten Jahr fertig gestellt - es ist eigentlich viel zu schade, um es an "fremde" Menschen zu vermieten. Deshalb war es uns auch ein besonderes Anliegen, es pfleglich zu nutzen. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt, sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit reichlich Geschirr jeglicher Art, der neue Gasherd bringt Spass beim Kochen. Lesestoff, zwei neue Sonnenliegen und eine Wäscheleine stehen zur Verfügung. Nach Sourgia sind es 3-5 Min. Autofahrt, wir sind abends zum Essen runtergefahren. Das "Anchorage" war unser Lieblingsrestaurant: tolle, welchselnde Speisen, keine Massenabfertigung und herzlicher Service. Die Samaria-Schlucht ist beeindruckend, aber sehr touristisch. Unser Paradies haben wir in der Irini-Schlucht (fast menschleer und vor der Haustüre) gefunden. Giorgos hat uns immer sicher an unsere Wanderausgangspunkte gebracht und uns auf der Fahrt Kreta näher gebracht. 1000 Dank an Corinne und Giorgos, herzlichst Nicole&Bernd

Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100% mit dem, was den Gast erwartet überein, nur ist es noch viel besser.

Wer Ruhe, die Ursprünglichkeit der Natur und dennoch Gastlichkeit sucht, ist dort genau richtig. Es ist die schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir in den letzten 30 Jahren kennengelernt haben. Die Vermieter stehen überzeugend für das ökologische Konzept. In aller Kürze: besser geht nicht.

A beautifull oasis in the olivegroves, with stunning views.

I loved my stay in this very welcoming place, everything shows a loving and caring hand. The kitchen is nice and well equiped, and the double mattrasses on the beds are very comfotable. Many places to sit and relax in- or outside, in the sun or in the shadow of an olive tree. I liked the views of the mountains so much and the millions of stars at night, the feeling of being part of nature. I made some great walks and Sougia with the crystal clear sea and good restaurants is only a 5 min. drive away. Corinne Falagaris is a very nice and helpful person and my stay was a fantastic holiday.

A Dream

This charming place is a little up in the mountains.By car five minutes away from Sougia bay. , Surrounded by mountains you can catch yet a glimpse of the sea.Nature speaks to you up there.Wonderful olive trees all around , fresh water from a source that the owners supply you with help you save buying plastic bottles.A perfect spot for a personal retreat.The house itself smells of wood and the light but yet cosy atmosphere makes you just happy. Everything of furniture to the dishes has been lovingly chosen by the owners who are very friendly. All you need ist there. And bubbles, a tame sheep, a funny lovable creature keeps you company. I would visit any time again.

Mitten in der Natur und doch so nah am Meer

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem so liebevoll eingerichtetem Eco Haus von Corinne sehr genossen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur, mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge und bei Nacht auf einen gigantischen Sternenhimmel. Schön ist auch die Nähe zum Meer und zu dem Dorf Sougia, wo man sich in netten Restaurants und Bars kulinarisch verwöhnen lassen kann und wo sich alles zur Selbstverpflegung kaufen lässt. Wir haben uns in dem Haus schnell zu Hause gefühlt, was auch an dem so herzlichen Empfang von Corinne und ihrer Fürsorge lag. Wir werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen !!!!

Villa Wittgenstein - Ruhe und Ganzheit

Unvergesslich werden diese drei Wochen sein, gerne wären wir noch geblieben. Corinne (Buchautorin) und Giorgos sind ganz wunderbare, warmherzige, erfahrene Gastgeber, die uns viele wertvolle Informationen zu Land, Quellen und Leute geben konnten. An alles war gedacht, obwohl wir die ersten Gäste in diesem bezaubernden Holzhaus waren. Feine, geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgesuchte Details taten unserem Sinn für schlichte Estetik gut. Das Haus auf großzügige Grundstück, bestückt mit vielen Olivenbäumen, liegt auf einem Hügel, umsäumt von hohen Bergen. Von der schattigen Terasse aus öffnet sich der Blick, Sougia und das immer wieder andersblaue Meer erahnend. Tief beeindruckend ist der nächtliche, so klare, so weite Sternenhimmel. Inmitten von Natur, Ruhe und Kontemplation ist es möglich, schnell in das kleine, lebendige Sougia zu gelangen und wieder zurück. So gerne nächstes Jahr wieder!!!!!! Petra und Christoph

I have lived on Crete for more than 20 years and I love it! It is wonderful any time of the year. It's amazing to see all the different landscapes, the change of atmosphere when you travel around the island. Nothing is ever the same. And there is always more to discover. Crete's people and its impressive nature inspire me and I have been writing short stories about it for many years. In 2013, my first book was published, Kalimera Pefki. As the house is located in an olive grove, surrounded by old and some younger olive trees, in a very quiet environment, completely private, it is very suitable for people looking for silence, privacy and seclusion. The house is completely made of wood and electricity is provided through solar energy. The house is approx 50 sq m with an extra storage room. There are two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed (140 x 200 cm). In the second bedroom there is a single bed which can very easily be turned into a double bed (160 x 200 cm). All beds come with double mattresses and several pillows to choose among. Behind the house there is a garage on top of which the solar panels and the hot water system are mounted.

The perfect place to relax! The only complete house for rent in Sougia. Unique wooden house, including a fully equipped kitchen. Wonderful cozy atmosphere. Serenity. Silence. Nature. Surrounded by mountains. Distant sea view. Very near the village of Sougia with all its amenities and the wonderful beach and sea but in the house on the hill you are away from any noise, in peacefulness. Solar energy.
Eco: As we named our house Eco-house, we try to keep it as "green" as possible. Except the solar energy we also provide our guests with fresh well water so they don't need to buy and use plastic bottles that are not being recycled yet in Greece. The house is painted with eco-paint, both in -and outside. We do not use pesticides in our olive grove either.
Great starting point for mountain hikes (connected to E-4 hiking route) and visiting ancient sites.
