Si vous recherchez une maison propre et bien conçue, dans un endroit paisible loin de l'agitation touristique du nord et de l'est de l'île ! La propriétaire, Giolya, est très réactive pour toute question ou besoin de conseils. La terrasse et le jardin sont très agréables. Bref, nous recommandons vivement.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir waren ganztags unterwegs, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, ordentlich ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen.Die Vermieterin hatte uns am Anreisetag eine Grundausstattung hingestellt, da wir Sa.sehr spät nachts ankamen, war es toll, dass wir am nächsten Morgen gleich ein tolles Frühstück (Eier, Sandwiches, Kaffee, Milch, Obstsaft und frisches Obst) machen konnten. Herzlichen Dank.

Very nice quiet stay

Lovely property in rural setting

The house was really nice and well appointed and the garden was lovely with lemon orange and grapefruit trees The surrounding area was very pretty with rocky hills at the side. We could watch the sunrise from the main bedroom or sit outside on nice comfortable chairs on the terrace. Gioyla was available by phone if we needed anything and left us some milk bread butter etc which was useful as we arrived during the evening. The village had 3 tavernas and a mini market which was very handy This was truly a lovely property and we would not hesitate to visit again

Wonderful stay away from mass tourism

Lovely house in the welcoming village of Salakos. Peaceful ans quiet neighbourhood, beautiful house with all facilities you need. Very Nice owner who was easy to reach for giving us tips ans who Made sure we already had breakfast for the first morning. I would highly recommend this house of you like to have a perfect and central spot to discover the rest island and you prefer Nice and authentic above mass tourism.

Beautiful situation in friendly village

Lovely private garden with a well appointed, spacious house. Communication with the owner was excellent and the aircon was useful to cool the bedroom ready for sleep. Great walk up the mountain behind the house and not too far from the coast for the all- important beach and swim. A perfect place to stay if you like a rural setting and like exploring the quieter side of Rhodes

Beautiful holiday home

The house is wonderful with everything you need in it. It's nice decorated and that makes you feel at home. Gioyla and her father are very friendly people. They had some groceries for us when we arrived and Gioyla regularly asked if we needed anything. They were also very helpful when we had a problem with our rental car. The village is small and quiet and has very friendly people. Eating is good in the few restaurants in the village. This house with it's lovely garden with a lot of privacy, is a perfect place to stay and is located perfectly to discover the wonderful island of Rhodos. We had a fantastic holiday here and when we come to Rhodos again we will definitely stay in this house if it is available.

I'll be Back

This time I tried a short stay in late March. Cold at night due to the altitude but nice and warm during the day. A great base for exploring most of the Island. Gioyla and her father ensured I had everything I needed, including a few groceries and lots of fresh oranges. A problem with the wifi will no doubt be corrected before the next to stay.

Wir kommen wieder

Absolut ruhige Lage, wunderbarer Blick, schönes Haus... Wir haben uns für dieses Ferienhaus entschieden,obwohl es mit den drei Schlafzimmern für zwei Personen eigentlich zu groß ist - und haben es nicht bereut.... Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten, die Einrichtung sehr gemütlich. In drei Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Dorfplatz mit seinen drei Tavernen und Minimarkt. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Alles in allem hat alles hundertprozentig gestimmt - da kann man schon mal über die fehlende Untensilien wie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Abwaschlappen hinwegsehen.

Home away from home

Communication from the owners was amazing. When we arrived, they had fruits, bread, milk, cheese etc, that was very thoughtful and we appreciate. The property is in a bery good village and everyone helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our village life especially getting our desserts every evening from the local shop. We enjoyed our road trips so coming here needs a ar definitely. What a peaceful and good time we had. Property just wow.....

Tranquility on your Doorstep

The property is the type of place in which you could live. Well situated for visiting the island, yet quiet and only the sound of the birds in the morning. Gioyla and her father were helpful in meeting my needs and expectations. As I arrived on a Sunday afternoon, even the local small supermarket opened especially for me (the shop's owner lives next door), I would highly recpomme3nd this property to any one seeking to visit Rhodes, especially looking for the quiet village life.

Schönes Ferienhaus - perfekt für Tagesausflüge

Ferienhaus im schönen Bergdorf Salakos, in ruhiger Lage, das Dorf selbst ist zentral gelegen und sehr gut versorgt mit 2 Dorfläden und 4 Restaurants. Haus mit toller Aussicht, schöner Garten mit Terrasse, Eigentümer bei Fragen immer verfügbar. Von Salakos aus sind alle Ziele auf Rhodos gut erreichbar - ideal für viele verschiedene Tagestouren. Wer reinen Strandurlaub möchte, sollte aber vielleicht näher an die Küste.

sehr schönes Ferienhaus

wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Für alle ,die Ruhe suchen und die Natur lieben, genau richtig. Im Dorf gibt es Tavernen in denen man sehr gut und auch preiswert essen kann. Es gibt auch einen Minimarkt im Dorf. Gioyla hatte uns vom Flughafen abgeholt und die ersten Lebensmittel besorgt . Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend vorhanden. Für uns war es perfekt. Vielen Dank.
